BRS AEROSPACE™ Whole...

BRS AEROSPACE™ has first invented the first Whole Aircraft Rescue Parachute System (WARPS) in 1980 currently being installed on more than 35,000 aircraft. Today the company offers a wide range of WARPS suitable as retrofits to Cessna series 172 and Cessna 182, as standard installations on Cirrus SR20 and SR22 models but also for installations on LSA and experimental aircraft.

BRS WARPS are offered in 3 different types:

Canister. The BRS Canister is waterproof when the original factory seal remains intact, making it the perfect design for exterior installations. With a six year repack schedule and versatile mounting hardware, it is one of the most popular systems.

Softpack. The BRS Softpack is best suited for aircraft manufactur-ers that require a ballistic parachute mounted inside their aircraft. When mounted internally, this system also has a six year repack schedule.

VLS - Vertical Launch System. Built specifically for aircraft with limited interior space, the VLS (Vertical Launch System) installs on top of the wing or fuselage. Upward firing works well with pusher designed aircraft

A small solid-fuel rocket is used to pull the parachute out from its housing and deploy the canopy fully within seconds. Typically on ultralight installations the rocket is mounted on the parachute container. On larger aircraft installations the rocket may be remotely mounted. The current version, BRS-6. has a separate rocket installation that can be removed from the parachute so that the parachute can be sent for re-packing without the problems of trying to ship the rocket along with it. Typically the parachute requires repacking every six years and the rocket requires replacing every 12 years.

DYNON AVIONICS Aircraft...

DYNON AVIONICS AOA/Pitot probes perform two functions: airspeed and angle of attack sensing. These functions require having two pressure ports on the tip of the probe. The normal pitot pressure port is on the front face of the probe and is designed to be insensitive to angle of attack. The second pressure port is located on an angled surface just under the pitot port and is designed to be very sensitive to AOA. They are under-wing mount, L-shaped  probes which can be installed  easily with simple plug-n-play integration with Dynon and Advanced Products.Their installation requires a mounting bracket sold separately. The pressure from each port is delivered via separate air lines to the instrument where they are compared to previously calibrated scenarios specific to the aircraft. Competitively priced, they are offered in Non-Heated and Heated versions. The Heated AOA Pitot includes a nichrome heating element that is regulated by a separate pitot heater controller unit supplied with the pitot. The controller actively monitors a temperature sensor embedded within the pitot head and regulates the power to maintain a constant temperature. This not only conserves energy but additionally prolongs the life of the heater. The controller also outputs a signal that can be wired to a warning light in the cockpit to warn the pilot anytime there is a malfunction or that the pitot is turned off.

GROVE Aircraft Wheel &...

GROVE Wheels and Brakes are precision engineered and manufactured to provide the highest quality and performance in the aircraft industry. GROVE wheels are manufactured in both aluminum and magnesium.  Aluminum wheels are more corrosion resistant than magnesium, are less expensive, but weigh more.  Both have the same strength and performance ratings. They are offered in sets (kits) in different sizes to comply with tire and axle sizes and static load ratings to match  the static aircraft gross weight on each wheel. GROVE brakes are offered for different braking torques, a function of the hydraulic system pressure and total caliper piston area, and with different kinetic energy capabilities. Aircraft with oversized tires or with a larger than normal engine should consider brake calipers with more or larger pistons. Different brake discs offered absorb the heat energy developed during braking.

PRT H3R Aircraft Fire...

Aviation Fire Extinguishers by H3R Aviation, Inc. include Halon, Halotron 1, Halotron BrX and wheeled  fire extinguishers. They come in different models with varying agent weights & technical characteristics to meet application requirements.

H3R RT Series Liquefied Gas Portable Extinguishers are popular general aviation fire extinguishers, and standard equipment on many light aircraft due to their light weight,  low maintenance and a 12 year shelf life. They contain a unique blend of liquefied gas 1211/1301, two highly effective fire fighting agents. These units are self expelling which means that the pressure remains constant even when the extinguishers are almost empty. They are available in different models with respective charge weights in lbs.

H3R A344T Halon 1211 Aircraft Fire Extinguisher is the company's smallest fire extinguisher with a gauge, similar in size but heavier than the Halon blend model RT A600. Recommended for a 1-4 person aircraft, including the pilot.

H3R C352TS and C354TS models of Halon 1211 fire extinguishers can be used for cockpit/cabin and is found on a wide variety of commercial and general aviation aircraft, from Boeings to Cessnas. C352TS fire extinguisher is of same size tand uses the same mounting bracket with C354TS model except that the C354TS  fire extinguisher carries twenty percent more Halon 1211 than C352TS.

H3R  Halotron 1 series of fire extinguishers use Halotron® 1 the most widely tested and accepted Halon 1211-alternative agent for streaming applications. Just like Halon 1211, Halotron® 1 expels as a rapidly evaporating liquid and leaves no residue.

H3R Halotron BrX series of fire extinguishers have been designed as replacements for their Halon 1211 counterparts, addressing environmental regulations. They use Halotron BrX clean agent, feature a lightweight design and are effective for Class B and C fires.

H3R Halotron BrX series are non-rechargeable and have a 12-year service life. They carry ICAO, UL, ISO, EN, EASA, and FAA approvals for use as Halon 1211 alternative fire extinguishers on private and commercial aircraft.

Fire extinguishers  are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and must comply with respective packaging & certification requirements.

For more information on H3R fire extinguishers please consult the Product Description section.
