The KLIXON® 7270/7271 series circuit breakers were designed to utilize less behind panel space while protecting wire and cable in aircraft and ground support equipment on either 120 VAC, 400 Hz or 30 VDC systems.

These circuit breakers are available with neck mounting (7270-1 and 7271-8) or standard cover plate (7270-7 and 7271-3). In each of these KLIXON® circuit breakers, the bi-metallic element assures uniform current distribution throughout its responsive area. This design reduces current density at the critical areas, resulting in an element having a much higher interrupting capability than conventional design. Inherently resistant to shock and vibration, the KLIXON® disc element is capable of precise calibration settings and will retain the initial calibration within close tolerances throughout the service life of the breaker. Both circuit breakers have conventional actuator action; i.e., the toggle actuator on the 7270 moves to the OFF position for trip indication and the button the 7271 pops out. Military Specification MS35058 Series Toggle Switches can be used to upgrade your aircraft's cockpit controls. These heavy-duty metal switches have a standard shape that works well for a variety of applications can be used for most components that only function in either the on or off positions. They are available in several sizes to fit your particular airplane and are shipped with all necessary rings and hardware for installation. Toggle switches are available with two or three operating positions, 1 or 3 hole mounting and a variety of circuitry & electrical ratings. Contacts are made of solid silver. Fine quality switch from ACS used in many aircraft. The switch housing is machined from billet aluminum which makes this switch 25% lighter. It provides “ON” and “OFF” electrical control of both magnetos on a single engine aircraft. The key-operated switch mounts from the rear of the panel in a 7/8” dia hole. Available with or without starter position. A-510-2 model with starter position is supplied with switch plate two keys. (diode included). FAA PMA Approved. Made in USA.

The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. The SPRL caps are non vented and recommended to keep the fuel in, the water out and in the locking version, other unwanted items out of your tank. 

SPRL-L (locking) and SPRL-S (non-locking) fuel  caps have an 65 mm O.D. and can be used on Europa, Compair, Glasair, Lancair, Murphy, OMF, Rocket, Velocity, Zenith and many more experimental aircraft. Wt: 80 grams.

DUNLOP AIRCRAFT TYRES manufactures several different types of aircraft tIre for many applications: bias tIres for modern jet and military aircraft, radial tires for military jets, bias tires for helicopters and chined tyres used for nose wheel applications primarily on rear-engined jet aircraft   Different tire size designations grouped into various 'types' are also used such as Type III mainly for low-pressure service on older piston-driven aircraft or Type VII related to high-pressure tires with high load capacity designed for modern jet and turboprop aircraft. They are made from natural rubber which ensures maximum life and meets cold temperature performance requirements.

DUNLOP inner tubes are factory balanced. The heavy spot is marked in red. If there is no red mark, the valve is considered the heavy spot. The valve stem, core and cap are manufactured for aircraft use and designed for high and low pressure requirements.

GROVE manufactures axles and hardware for use in GROVE wheels as well as those of other manufacturers.

GROVE 500x5 wheel axles (P/N. 5013 standard and P/N. 5018 with wheel pant stub) are produced from solid 2024-T3 aluminum with anodized finish. They have a 1-15/16" Bolt Circle hole pattern and 1/4" diameter holes.

500x5 1-1/4" diameter standard axle (P/N. 5013) is the most popular axle for 500x5 wheels. It is designed to fit Grove 50-1, 51-1, 56-1, 57-1, 57-5 and Cleveland 500x5 wheels. Axle Weight: 0.92 lbs. Static Load Rating 1,250 lbs.

500x5 1-1/4" diameter axle (P/N. 5018) has built-in wheel pant stub with 1/4-28 thread. It is designed for use with Grove 50-1, 51-1, 56-1, 57-1, 57-5 and Cleveland 500x5 wheels. Axle Weight: 0.95 lbs. Static Load Rating 1,250 lbs.

Both axles require two spacers per axle (P/N. 5710) sold separately.  I.D: 1-1/4", O.D. 1-3/4", Thickness: 1/4". They can be used with 500x5 axles.

Standard axle nuts and axle bolt kits sold separately are also offered as part of GROVE product portfolio. Castle type nuts are manufactured to MIL Specification MS21025 using 4140 steel. Mild steel nuts are not acceptable for use on certificated aircraft. 1-1/4" dia. nuts for 500 x 5 axles, 1-1/2" dia. nuts for 600 x 6 axles.

The 90340/90375 Series wing tip mounted light systems from WHELEN AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES (WAT) combine  strobe anti-collision/LED position lights, eliminating the need for a tail mounted position light. 90375 Series is same as 90340 with the addition of 3 feet of braided bonded protection for use in composite wingtip structure. They can be direct replacements (exact footprint) for the Whelen Model A600PG/PR series without replacing the current strobe power supply. The LEDs in position lights provide a significant reduction in current draw over conventional light bulbs. The strobe light lens assembly is radio shielded for maximum EMI/RFI protection. Aircraft hydraulic pumps are used to move non-compressible fluid through an aircraft hydraulic system. This power is often used on small airplanes to operate wheel brakes, retractable landing gear, and some constant-speed propellers. On larger airplanes, hydraulics are used for flight control surfaces, wing flaps, spoilers, and other systems. Aircraft hydraulic pumps are normally engine driven, but sometimes to simplify the system manufacturers use an electric motor to drive the hydraulic system. These hydraulic power packs incorporate a reservoir, control valve and auxiliary valves into a single unit.

An extensive range of standard MIL-SPEC and Cessna pulleys and pulley kits is offered by McFARLANE® AVIATION. The kits contain all pulleys and cotter pins required to replace all flight control system pulleys in one airplane containing the respective part numbers and quantities required. Different McFarlane pulley series include: 

MCS378 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings, FAA-PMA approved replacements for the Cessna S378, A-/BB-, and NAS383- series pulleys on Cessna Aircraft. The MCS378- series pulleys supersede these for most Cessna aircraft applications and  feature high quality sealed precision ball bearings, superior to low grade, open seal bearings used in the Cessna S378-()L light duty series pulleys that they replace.

MS20219 Series aircraft secondary control pulleys, superseding the respective AN219 series pulleys are offered either with high pressure laminated phenolic sheave (MS20219 Series) or aluminum alloy sheave anodized per MIL-A-8625 (MS20219A Series), both with fixed ball bearing with contact seal. The aluminum body is recommended for -1 and -3 pulleys. The -1 pulley should not be installed in flight control systems.

MS20220 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. These supersede the AN220- Series pulleys of like dash number.

MS24566 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. MS24566 pulleys can be used to replace the corresponding AN210 pulleys designated by the letters "A" or "B" in their dash numbers as they differ in the maximum load limit.

NAS383 Series phenolic commercial grade pulleys with graphite impregnated bronze sleeve bearings. These are typically used with a bushing. The MCS378 pulley replaces both the NAS383 pulley and it's bushing.

S394, S1052-1/ S1710-1 Cessna nylon pulleys with no bearings.

S378-4S Cessna pulley similar to S378-4 but with smaller diameter. Used on Cessna airplanes 177RG s/n 177RG0202 and on, and F177RG0038 and on for routing stabilator, stabilator trim, and rudder cables. Six required per aircraft.
