Petroleum distillates include a range of products such as mineral oils, naphtha solvents, heavy fuel oils, waxes, benzenes and others used in many industrial and other applications. They are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product portfolio or as OEM products (separately listed).

Naphtha Solvents are chemical product comprised of volatile and extremely flammable liquid hydrocarbons  derived from the refining of crude oil but can also be produced from natural gas condensates or petroleum distillates. Naphtha solvents are very strong and versatile, often used in hydrocarbon cracking, laundry soaps, and cleaning fluids among other applications. Those conforming to Mil-Spec TT-N-95 or its latest Rev. B (TT-N-95B) are aliphatic naphtha acrylic cleaning solvents available in Type I or Type II for use in organic coatings and as a cleaner for acrylic plastics. Usual packings include 1 USG cans, 5 USG pails or 55 USG drums.

EXXONMOBIL® AVIATION Mobil Jet Oil 254 is a third-generation oil formulated to deliver exceptional high-temperature thermal stability  (HTS), excellent resistance to coking and deposit control as well as exceptional oxidation and corrosion protection. It meets the demanding requirements of latest technology  aircraft-type gas turbines operating over a wide range of severe operating conditions.  When compared to a typical Type II lubricant, Mobil Jet Oil 254 reduces bulk oil oxidation by up to 50 percent and shows deposit control capability 50 F higher.  These properties have been confirmed in various laboratory tests including; the Corrosion-Oxidation Stability Test,  Alcor Deposition Test, Vapor Phase Coker, Erdco High-Temperature Bearing Test, Ryder Gear and the Mobil Thin Film Oxidation Test.The closely controlled low-temperature viscosity of Mobil Jet Oil 254, along with its low pour point (below -54 ºC), ensure good low-temperature fluidity to permit starting and lubrication at temperatures as low as -40 ºC.  In extensive laboratory testing and in-flight experience, Mobil Jet Oil 254 also exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperatures up to 232 ºC (450 ºF) for extended periods.  The evaporation rate at these temperatures is low enough to prevent excessive loss of volume.  The load-carrying ability of Mobil Jet Oil 254 comes from its synthetic base stock viscosity and, therefore, is not subject to loss from viscosity index additive shear.

AEROSHELL® 100 Series SAE 50 Mineral Aviation Piston Engine Oils are  straight mineral oils blended from selected high viscosity index base oil. AEROSHELL®Turbine Oil 750 is a 7½ mm2 /s synthetic mixed ester oil containing a thickener and additives which provide excellent load carrying, thermal and oxidation stability. Atlas Copco Roto Inject Fluid (RIF) NDURANCE is a mineral based oil specially formulated to protect GA-GX rotary screw compressors. RIF NDURANCE unique additive package enables its operation in harmony with all other components in the compressor.

RIF NDURANCE allows the compressor to operate in dusty and humid conditions and keeping the system deposit free. Protects the compressor against oxidation leading to a longer drain interval, up to 4 000h or 1 year when operatng in mild conditons.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product range of multigrade motor oils (indicated by the letter  "W") aim to ensure proper operation of the engine, wear and damage protection of different types of petrol, gas and diesel engines installed in passenger cars, vans and trucks. They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges. Turbine engine oils (abbreviated as TEOs), also known as jet oils, turbo oils are specialty lubricants designed to support the operation of turbine engines. Apart from their lubricating function of the engine,  gearbox, shafts and associated accessories, TEOs have two additional functions. Their various additives protect the components from corrosion, and filter contaminants in the engine such as carbon deposits (coking) while TEOs are also used as heat transfer fluids, cooling the engine in temperatures reaching 1000°C, in turn extending the life of the oil up to 25,000 hours of operation. TEOs have been initially developed as mineral and and subsequently innovated to synthetic.

Castrol™ 5000 is a 5 centistoke "Type II" synthetic lubricant designed for use in modern gas turbine engines operating at bulk oil temperatures exceeding those which "Type I" oils can successfully withstand. It  is a clear, amber-colored fluid having the appearance of a thin oil with a faint aromatic odor. It is based on a blend of high quality hindered esters and additives used to offer a product with excellent high temperature and oxidation stability, good load-carrying properties and complete compatibility with engine and accessory constructional materials, such as metals and elastomeric sealing compounds. 

Castrol™ 5000  is compatible with other MIL-PRF-23699F Std, 5 centistoke gas turbine lubricanrts such as AEROSHELL® 500, 560, EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Jet Oil II, EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Jet Oil 254, EASTMAN Turbo Oil 2380™ and others. However, it is unwise to mix grades of different viscosity.

Castrol™ 5000  oil  is not compatible with mineral oils and while it is miscible with phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, the latter will have a detrimental effect such as coking propensity and resistance to corrosion.

Although gearboxes and transmissions serve the same operational scope their lubricants differ. Generally, gear oils are used in manual gear boxes and transmission fluids in automatic transmissions. However, oils used in manual gearboxes are thicker, more viscous oils to withstand high temperatures and be able to function under extreme pressure. Those used in automatic transmissions are less viscous and thinner gearbox fluids which contain detergents and act as coolants while they contain further additives to improve their life expectancy.

BP® ENERGEAR range of automotive gear oils have been designed for use in a wide range of gear units with spur, bevel or helical gear design, including synchronized manual gearboxes, transmissions and axles under moderately severe load and pressure conditions. They were applicable for passenger cars, light and heavy trucks as well as agricultural and building machinery providing effective protection of gear transmissions and prolonging component life. The Energear EP range conformed to the requirements of API GL-4.

BP® ENERGEAR gear oils are replaced by respective BP® CASTROL® gear oils and transmission fluids developed to protect against wear, prolong gear life, and help to deliver optimum gear performance. Slick magnetos by CHAMPION AEROSPACE are used on nearly all aircraft piston engines. EXXONMOBIL® Mobil TERESSTIC 100 Series oil. TERESSTIC is the brand name for a line of long-service-life lubricating oils. They are formulated with carefully selected base stocks and highly effective additives, including oxidation and rust inhibitors and anti-foam agents.

The TERESSTIC line of circulating oils consists of nine viscosity grades. Eight of these grades are blended to viscosity values that conform to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) viscosity classification system.

EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Turbo 319A-2 is a fully synthetic lubricant developed to meet the performance requirements of Russian gas turbine aircraft engines which operate on mineral-oil-based lubricants. Formulated from a synthetic hydrocarbon combination of polyalphaolefin (PAO) and hindered ester based stock, Mobil Turbo 319A-2 is fortified with a unique chemical additive system. The resulting product has far superior thermal and oxidation stability than mineral-oil-based lubricants. The ability of Mobil Turbo 319A-2 to resist deterioration and deposit formation allows the potential for extended oil drain intervals and less frequent maintenance.

The closely controlled viscosity of Mobil Turbo 319A-2 at -51º C, along with a -60ºC pour point, ensure good low-temperature fluidity, permitting engine starting and lubrication at low temperatures. Mobil Turbo 319A-2 exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperatures up to 200º C (392º F). The evaporation rate of Mobil Turbo 319A-2 at high temperatures is significantly lower than mineral-oil-based products, and helps minimize oil consumption. The lubricant has excellent resistance to foaming.

MOBILGREASE™ 28 is a polyalphaolefin (PAO) based grease with a 10-year shelf life, designed for airframe and wheel bearing applications in aircraft. It provides excellent protection against rust, corrosion, and extreme temperatures. MOBILGREASE™ 33 is a high-performance, lithium complex grease that is ester-free and odorless. It is designed for multipurpose airframe applications and offers superior performance in wet environments. Both meet the requirements of key military and commercial aviation specifications. MOBILGREASE™ Special is a heavy-duty grease formulated with lithium hydroxystearate and molybdenum disulphide for added wear protection. Suitable for automotive, construction, mining, and mobile equipment. MOBILGREASE™ XHP™ 220 greases are extended service lithium complex greases, recommended for use in industrial & marine applications, chassis components and farm equipment. EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256  Gas Turbine Lubricant is a combination of a highly stable synthetic base fluid and a unique chemical additive package. Thecombination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and vapor phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming. The effective operating range of this lubricant is between -54°C and 176°C (-65°F and 350°F). The pour point is below -60°C (-75°F). The product has a high specific heat in order to ensure good heat transfer from oil-cooledengine parts. In extensive laboratory testing and in-flight performance, Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256  exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperaturesup to 176°C (350°F). The evaporation rate at these temperatures is low enoughto prevent excessive loss of volume. It is uniquely suited for use when extreme low temperatures restrict the use of higher viscosity engine oils

Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256 Gas Turbine Lubricant (QPL listed as RM 248A) is recommended for aircraft gas turbine engines in commercial and military service, particularly where start-up temperatures are below -40°C (-40°F). The product is approved against U.S. Military Specification MIL-PRF-7808, Grade 3 while it is also compatible with other synthetic gas turbine lubricants meeting MIL-PRF-7808 or MIL-PRF-23699 specifications (*). The product is compatible with all metals used in gas turbine construction, as well as with F rubber (Viton A), H rubber (Buna N), and FVMQ rubber (fluorosilicone).

(*) Mixing of Mobil Avrex™ S Turbo 256 Gas turbine lubricant  with other products is not recommended because the blend may result in some loss of its performance characteristics.

EXXONMOBIL® MOBIL MOBILTEMP SHC™ Series Synthetic Antiwear Greases are primarily intended for high temperature applications. They combine the unique features of polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids with those of an organo-clay, non-soap thickener. The excellent resistance to thermal/oxidative degradation provided by the PAO base, coupled with the excellent high temperature structural stability and high dropping point of the clay thickener result in outstanding high temperature greases. The wax-free nature of the synthetic base fluid and its high viscosity index also provide superior low temperature lubrication as well as excellent film protection at high temperatures. They meet or exceed the requirements of DIN 51825:2004-06 - KP HC 1-2 K -50. There is no Military specification for these products.

EXXONMOBIL® MOBIL Jet™ Oil II is a high performance aircraft-type gas turbine lubricant formulated with a combination of a highly stable synthetic base fluid and a unique chemical additive package. The combination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and vapour phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming The effective operating range of Mobil Jet Oil II is between -40 ºC (-40 ºF) and 204 ºC (400 ºF). The POLYREX™ EM Series greases feature an outstanding grease life, advanced polyurea thickener for increased durability versus conventional polyurea greases when subjected to mechanical shear forces, excellent corrosion resistance, and low-noise properties. MINERAL WAX PLANT BELWAX range of lubricants includes products for special uses outlined below:

LITOL-24 grease designed for application in friction units of wheel and tracked (crawler-type) vehicles, industrial equipment and seaborne machinery of different purpose, at operating temperatures from -40 °С to +120 °С (for shorter time periods up to 130 °С).

GRAPHITE grease intended for greasing of hard heavily loaded mechanisms (open geared wheels, threaded connections of actuator screws, jacks, spring, etc.). The temperature range of application is from -20°С to +60°С. In springs and similar devices, the grease can be used at a temperature below -20°С.

CIATIM-201 frost resistant grease designed for greasing of low-loaded friction, rolling and sliding units at temperatures from - 60°C to + 90 °C. 

KS-UNM cable lubricant for the protection of cables under conditions of warehouse storage and air storage, as well as in the process of exploitation. The lubricant guarantees protection of cables against corrosion in a climate emulation chamber under adverse conditions, not less than 30 cycles. The lubricant is thermally stable, provides a possibility of its application at a centralized system of preheating of feed to a cable-twisting machine, as well as satisfactory work conditions for maintenance personnel. In the process of application, cable lubricant KS-UNM can be used as an anti-friction agent for lubrication of wiring of steel cables, used as main cables in vertical lifting and slopping installations of rotary machines, balancers, brake units, shock tools, mining tools, parachute systems, fenders, guiding units, suspension units and other excavation equipment. In its consistency the lubricant is moderately viscous, it is applied preheated at stranding, making of cores and cables at the corresponding manufacturing plants. 

The TURBONYCOIL® product range of high-performance mineral and synthetic oils produced by NYCO are used in aircraft turbine (turbo-jet, turbo-prop, etc.) and piston engines, power units, turbo-reactors, APUs, starters, IDGs for aircraft, helicopters, naval vessels (aircraft carriers, frigates, etc.) and land equipment.
