AN822 90° Flared Tube & Pipe Thread Elbow Fittings are superseded by those of Military Standard MS20822 and these are superseded in turn by SAE-AS5195 standard. SAE-AS1035/MS24402/AN824 series tee, flared tube fittings are available as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches. The AN824 series tee fittings are superseded by the respective fittings of SAE-AS1035 series (SAE International, Standard SAE AS1035, FITTING, TEE, STANDARD AND REDUCER, FLARED). They are manufactured from Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES), Titanium Alloy. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.)  in inches. The following Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting. Finish code “V” in the PN indicates high purity Aluminum coating for “W” or “D” fittings. 

Depending on their Part Number they are sold in pieces but also in packs a with specified number of fittings indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU).

Note: In SAE AS standards for new designs, aluminum fittings with material code letter D in their Part or Identifying Number (PIN) are replaced by those with material code letter W for Aluminum Alloy 7075-T73 providing a higher tensile strength. In addition CRES fittings with material code letter S can be used for replacement parts. For new designs use of CRES fittings with material code letter R is recommended for applications requiring higher temperature. 

The  Parker Aerospace (Stratoflex Products Division) offers a broad array of PTFE, rubber and metal hose and hose assemblies, hose fittings, rigid tube assemblies, couplings, quick disconnects, swivel joints, fuel break-away valves, hydraulic fuses, and flow regulators, and specialty fittings including permanently swaged and welded fittings suitable for virtually any aerospace application. 680 Series are 90º elbow flared fittings  for use with Stratoflex 156 hoses. They come in different outside diameters (OD) and thread sizes in inches. Please refer to the attached Stratoflex catalog for offered hoses and fittings or contact us.

Hose and tubing insert fittings are available in high density black polyethylene or white nylon. Polyethylene fittings can be used with tygon, nylon or soft rubber tubing to assemble low pressure instrument lines such as airspeed pitot and static lines. Nylon fittings can be used in gravity-feed fuel lines and engine breather lines.

NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are light-weight, aircraft application clamps from 300-series stainless steel available with either a 1/4" round slotted screw or a 1/4" slotted hex-head screw. 

NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are included as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are available in different sizes (NAS1924 clamps are available in sizes 48 & above). Different types can be used to direct the compressed air from one access point to several  outputs at the required location.

NYLO-SEAL tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.

MIL-DTL 6000D Soft Flexible Aircraft Fuel (*), Oil, Water & Alcohol Rubber Hoses (superseeding MIL-DTL-6000C hoses) are offered as part of our own labeled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They replace the respective MIL-DTL 6000C hoses.

These hoses are designed to handle oil, alcohol, coolant, and water.  The tube of these hoses is oil resistant with a black cover reinforced with high strength mildew resistant yarns. It withstands extreme temperature conditions from -40 deg. F to +250 deg. F.  Lightweight, flexible and easy-to-handle, they meet or exceed U.S. military specs and consist the right choice for hard-to-get-to spots in tight engine compartments. Their burst pressure is 1000 PSI (400 PSI for the hose with ID 2-1/2 in.). 

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MIL-DTL 6000D hoses are available in different internal and outer diameters in inches. Priced and sold in feet in one foot increments. The last part of our product reference code (SKU) indicates the inner diameter of the hose in inches.

DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® AE246/AE446/AE546/AE846 Series Hoses are based on AE246 advanced technology designed, tested and proved high pressure 3000 psi PTFE hose with Hi-Pac®braid reinforcement containing densely packed small diameter wires braided over a minimum thickness Teflon tube. This reinforcement offers up to 50% lighter in weight while the wires absorb stress more uniformly resulting in a stronger wire braid with less metal. Available in different tubing sizes and internal diameters in inches. They meet or exceed AS1339 performance requirements.

The AE546 series hoses feature an integral braided polyester chafe guard (manufactured by braiding polyester yarn onto existing hose styles) while those of  AE246 series come with an integral silicone firesleeve. 

The AE446 and AE846 Series hoses are AE246 high pressure teflon hoses with an integral silicone asbestos free fire protection (sleeve), adhering directly onto the hose metal braid and end fittings to form a smooth, tight bond.

Common end fittings used with these hoses include CRES fittings of -3 to -12 thread size, flared (MS33656), flareless (MS33514) or BSP type offered in straight, 45 deg and 90 deg styles.

“Super Gem” Reusable Flared Fittings can also be used with these hoses. They consist of 3 pieces: a socket, sleeve and nipple assembly.Made from corrosion resistant materials elbow fittings are available in standard, 45°, and 90° styles. Mate with AS4395 and AS33514 end connections. These service proven flared fittings provide permanent protection against leakage, even after high temperature aging and pressure impulsing to 250,000 cycles or more. This is due to the separation of the sealing function from the retention function.

SAE100 R7 thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are commonly used with petroleum, fire-resistant, and water-base fluids, pneumatic, fuel, and lubricating systems.
