The PARKER AIRBORNE designs and manufactures motor driven fuel fuel boost and transfer pumps and is part of the PARKER AEROSPACE GROUP of the PARKER HANNIFIN CORPORATION. These pumps consist standard equipment by the world's leading airframe manufacturers. The PARKER AIRBORNE product range includes:

The PARKER AIRBORNE fuel boost pumps use 28 V direct current (DC) to drive a highly efficiency, brushless DC (BLDC) motor or 115.5 V alternating current (AC) three-phase induction motors. The BLDCmotor-driven pumps incorporate integral electronic controllers using Hall Effect sensor rotor-position feedback. The hardware-only controller doe not use any software or programmable logic devices. These pumps feature:
-fuel cooled motor and electronics
-fuel wetted carbon bearings allowing for long-life fluid film design with no rotating shaft seals
-a high efficiency brushless DC (BLDC) motor or a three-phase induction motor
-qualification for high levels of lighting and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
The PARKER AIRBORNE fuel boost pumps can be furnished as either NEW, NEW EXCHANGE or OVERHAUL EXCHANGE.
Offered pumps in OVERHAUL Condition are supplied in accordance with FAA-approved process specification, come with a FAA Form 8130-3 and can be provided in exchange of existing customer owned units (cores). In all EXCHANGE cases, the full selling price of the ordered unit is charged and the core credit is refunded or credited towards future orders with us when our co-operating supplier verifies that the unit is in a reasonable condition. NEWTON CONSULTING offers a range of SPRL branded fuel valves featuring distinct features that make them better than the rest. Ceramic disks have no soft moving/rubbing seals to wear out, unlike other valves but also give an 'indefinite' life with a very smooth light action. The lift and turn selector of their SPRL valves is instinctive, secure, and easier to use than the complex 'lift button' type. The locking detents avoid accidental movements. The fixings match most installations, and the internal ports prevent cross feeds, unless 'selected to 'Both'. NEWTON offered valves range from simple V1 and V3, designed to minimise stockholding costs to V6, tapped 10mm for standard Rotax banjo's on the input and 1/4" nps output or V9 and V10 duplex valves, threaded 1/4"nps which will accept 1/4"npt fittings and NEWTON AN-6 banjo assembly.Their lightweight alloy construction is anodized for protection while the Viton O-ring seals are suitable for all current fuels.
NEWTON also offers a variety of adaptors/fittings (purchased separately) which can be used with these valves as normal AN fittings will not fit directly to these valves. An oil pressure sensor is a device used to measure the oil pressure on an engine. The term oil pressure sensor is often used to denote at least two different and distinct types of sensor - an oil pressure switch and and oil pressure sender.
An oil pressure switch is an egine protection device. It is a mechanical device that has a switch inside. The oil pressure switch may be 1, 2, or 3 insulated terminals (pins). Traditionally most oil switches for protection close when they activate, to show low oil pressure.
An oil pressure sender is a device that senses the oil pressure of an engine and transmits it to the engine or machine controller. It is used as a generator protection device, to display the oil pressure to a user or for logging and diagnostic purposes. Unlike an oil pressure switch, it can display a range of readings.
Oil pressure sensors are used aircrafts and offered either as parts from the respective OEMs or as replacement parts from third parties. They are alternatively termed as HOBBS switches.

Filler opening caps are parts basically circular in shape, designed to cover or seal the filler-neck or inlet opening of a fuel tank, radiator, oil reservoir, liquid storage tank or the like. They are either permanently attached or provided with a means of removal and replacement.
Pressure refuel caps are used to lock, seal, and vent the pressure refuel port for an aircraft fuel tank. Pressure refueling allows for single point refueling on larger aircraft and can be used with all aircraft fuels. To fuel the aircraft, the caps are manually actuated by pressing down on the handle, which will vent and unlock the cap for removal by twisting. The cap remains attached to the aircraft by a lanyard. Once refueling is complete, the cap is inserted back onto the adapter and twisted until locked into place, which effectively reseals the pressure refuel port.
Pressure refuel caps are offered by different manufacturers such as Parker Aerospace, Eaton Coporation and others. They are designed in accordance with military specification MIL-C-8605B (for technical requirements) and MS29526-2(for envelope requirements).
Those from Parker Aerospace are 4.5 inches diameter, with an indexing feature and they fit into a 2.5-inch pressure refuel adapter per military specification MS24484. Their main features include an aluminum base and handle, a fluorosilicone O-ring seal, and antisparking brass chain lanyard (per industry standard RR-C-271) with a plastic tubing cover and corrosion resistant steel hooks. Lanyards can also be fabricated with corrosion-resistant steel or flexible plastic and fuel resistant tubing. Optional features are also available such as key lock, ventilation, hinge, visual fluid level indicator, dust cover easy-lift handle and contoured adapter.

The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure.
