WHELEN A600 PG/PR Wingtip...

The ORION A600 PG/PR code 4 lighting system by WHELEN AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES (WAT) combines a wing tip anti-collision white strobe with forward and tail position conventional navigation lights in one unit which can be used as a replacement for conventional teardrop type navigation lights. Tail position light eliminates the need for a tail mounted position light.

WHELEN A600 PG/PR incorporates red or green nav light on the forward section, a strobe light with magnifying glass lens in the center and a clear tail position light on the aft portion. Newly developed magnifying strobe lens (A 612) concentrates the maximum xenon light energy in the horizontal plane increasing the light intensity by two to five times. The tail position light on the wingtip gives turning reference to the aircraft behind by displaying angle and white bank while turning. It also eliminates the need for a tail mounted position light which may be omitted when using A600 lighting system. FAA-PMA Approved. Available in 14 or 28 VDC and in a radio-shielded versions.

Available in 14 or 28 VDC and in a radio-shielded version. The forward position lamp is 26 watts and the taillight lamp is 25 watts.

BRS AEROSPACE Whole...

BRS Aerospace has first invented the first Whole Aircraft Rescue Parachute System (WARPS) in 1980 currently being installed on more than 35,000 aircraft. Today the company offers a wide range of WARPS suitable as retrofits to Cessna series 172 and Cessna 182, as standard installations on Cirrus SR20 and SR22 models but also for installations on LSA and experimental aircraft. A small solid-fuel rocket is used to pull the parachute out from its housing and deploy the canopy fully within seconds. Typically on ultralight installations the rocket is mounted on the parachute container. On larger aircraft installations the rocket may be remotely mounted. The current version, BRS-6. has a separate rocket installation that can be removed from the parachute so that the parachute can be sent for re-packing without the problems of trying to ship the rocket along with it. Typically the parachute requires repacking every six years and the rocket requires replacing every 12 years.

Organic linings are actually made from a semi metallic mix. RAPCO combines brass, copper and Kevlar fibers with a high temperature binding compound to provide outstanding performance and long service life. Most RAPCO organic linings have a built in wear indicator, which reduces the risk of damage to the brake disc and helps to optimize lining life. RAPCO organic linings are available in boxes of 10 or in organic lining kits containing the proper number of linings and rivets necessary for replacement on Cleveland or McCauley brake assemblies. They are convenient to have on hand when the need for relining occurs. Metallic lining replacements for the Cleveland brake assemblies are made of sintered steel, a specially developed process that fuses metallic particles to a steel carrier plate. RAPCO metallic linings offer long life and excellent braking performance.

RAPCO Brake Rivets are FAA-PMA approved quality tubular rivets produced from plated steel for mounting aircraft brake linings. The RAPCO RA825 Rivet Tool Kit is recommended for proper installation.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Aircraft...

Aircraft cables are stranded wires used in a wide variety of applications on or around the aircraft including flight control surfaces and tie-downs or other purposes. The term "wire rope" is also used when the diameter is larger than 3/8 inch (9.52 mm), with smaller gauges designated as cables or cords. They are specified by the number of strands times the number of wires in each strand. For example, “7x19” means the cable has seven (7) strands, with 19 wires in each strand. 7x19 is the most flexible aircraft cable construction, approximately twice as flexible as 7x7 construction.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA aircraft ropes/cables feature smooth finish, corrosion resistance and high load bearing strength. They feature a tensile strength of 1570-1960 MPA, are sourced by certified manufacturers, competitively priced and offered in the common construction types (1X7, 7x17, 1x19, 7x19 ) in Galvanized or Stainless Steel, different diameters ( 9 -12mm for cables, 5-52 mm for ropes) and cut to order lengths in meters. Unit of measure and sale is the meter and the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 meters.  Appearing price is for reference only per meter. Please contact us for a quotation.

ARROW PNEUMATICS Hydraulic...

ARROW PNEUMATICS offers a complete line of filters, regulators, lubricators, desiccant and sintered bronze products which provide coverage for all markets – PBE, Industrial, Automotive Aftermarket, AG, Heavy Duty, etc. Coverage includes a complete line of desiccant products and air control units, not available through all competitors.

ARROW PNEUMATICS hydraulic in-line filters provide protection for small, high pressure systems up to 3,000 PSI

Using these filters at the pressure side of a pump, foreign particles 25 microns and larger, such as those created by pump wear, are removed before damage can result to the valving in the system. A sintered bronze element ensures protection against crushing should dirt accumulate and increase pressure drop across the element. The unique construction features an anodized aluminum housing for light weight, and a conically shaped sintered bronze element positioned by a retaining spring to allow true, uninterrupted axial flow. Special viton O-rings are available for oil systems where chemical action may be a problem. The standard 25 micron bronze filter element can be easily cleaned or replaced. Nominal filtration ratings of 90, 40, or 10 microns available.

DONALDSON FAA/PMA Aircraft...

DONALDSON is a leading world-wide filter supplier for commercial jets, military vehicles, off-road equipment, trucks, light-duty vehicles, power plants, dust collectors, industrial compressors and more. The company is the OEM for  FAA-PMA air filters installed in Cessna (all SE piston models), Piper (turbo charged aircraft), Beechcraft,  Maule & Mooney aircraft delivering consistent and reliable performance.

Product Features:

Selection: Over 75 filter models for Cessna, Beech, Maule, Mooney, Piper and other aircraft.

Easy Installation & Maintainance: No removable parts or oil, may be washed with water.

Better Airflow:  In laboratory airflow tests comparing Donaldson, Bracket and Challenger Aviation (K&N) filters for Cessna 172 aircraft, Donaldson had the lowest restriction (best airflow). The reasons for this include:

• Filter media is composed of synthetic fibers

• Evenly distributed uniform size and shape media fibers

• More media area and less frame

• Deeper filter pleats

• No oil

Stop more dirt and protect the engine better: They achieve 98.5% or greater filtration efficiency according to ISO5011 fine and coarse dust requirements, greatly exceeding the other filters.

Long Lasting: rated to last 500 hours, five to 10 times longer than foam filters. Replacement after three years, five cleanings or 500 flight hours, whichever occurs first.

OEM and FAA-PMA Certified: Designed to manufacturer specifications, Donaldson filters don not require STCs .

Thoroughly Tested: Third party lab tests show Donaldson filters meet or exceed FAA fire safety regulation per FAR 25.853 and FAR 23.1107 Induction system filters.

Please refer to the attached documentation on the application of DONALDSON filters in different aircraft/models.
