Military Specification MS35058 Series Toggle Switches can be used to upgrade your aircraft's cockpit controls. These heavy-duty metal switches have a standard shape that works well for a variety of applications can be used for most components that only function in either the on or off positions. The RAY ALLEN Trim Systems are trim servos of flight surfaces offered with different travel options designed specifically for experimental aircraft. RAY ALLEN servos are small enough to fit in individual control surfaces or can be used with lighweight springs acting directly on the control system. They come with RS2 rocker switches,  RP3 LED indicators and a RC8-7 clevis/pushrod kit. All RC ALLEN indicators operate off of feedback sensors located inside the servo. These feedback sensors are purposefully isolated from the power supply to the servo motor to guard against possible electronic failure.  Different servos are available:

The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life. Metal cables are are stranded wires used in a wide variety of applications in aviation and many other industries. The term "wire rope" is also used when the cable diameter is larger than 3/8" (9.52 mm), with smaller gauges designated as cables or cords. They are specified in terms of their construction by the number of strands times the number of wires in each strand. For example, “7x19” means the cable with seven (7) strands, and 19 wires in each strand. 7x19 is the most flexible cable, approximately twice as flexible as its 7x7 counterpart.

Aircraft cables are encountered on or around the aircraft including flight control surfaces and tie-downs or other uses. In contrast to the commercial (industrial use) cables, aircraft  cables undergo extensive testing and are lubricated providing substantially better fatigue life. For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. Most light aircraft take 2 linings per wheel. Extra rivets are also available. Please refer to the attached Application Guide for additional information.
