NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are light-weight, aircraft application clamps from 300-series stainless steel available with either a 1/4" round slotted screw or a 1/4" slotted hex-head screw. 

NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are included as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are available in different sizes (NAS1924 clamps are available in sizes 48 & above). Both screw styles can be supplied with optional lock wire hole for tamper resistance. Black Oxide coated band versions (designated by the letter "L" in the part number) are also offered for increased wear resistance.

The MATCO MCR-100A Remote Reservoir is designed for both aerobatic or non-aerobatic flights and includes mount bracket, cap,check valve, and bowl. Reservoir has approximately 2 oz. volume and has valve incorparated for checked flow to the vent when inverted or negative g's. Reservoir includes 1/8 NPT adapter fitting and seal for connection to poly bowl and easy open top.

The MATCO MCR-100K Brake Fluid Reservoir features a clear plastic bowl for easy inspection of reservoir fluid. Furnished with pre-drilled aluminum flange for easy mounting.Small and compact, this reservoir mounts almost anywhere. It is offered as Reservoir only or as Kit includin the reservoir, tubing, and fittings for installation.

Clevis pins are used as a quick and secure fastener in place of bolts and rivets. Clevis pins can be partially threaded or unthreaded. Unthreaded Clevis pins have a domed head at one end and a cross-hole at the other end. A Clevis pin is inserted through the holes at the pronged ends of a Clevis and is kept in place by a cotter pin. Threaded Clevis pins are partially threaded on one end with a formed head on the other.

MS20392 series Clevis pins are straight, headed pins with a drilled shank. They supersede those of AN392 to AN396 series and those of AN400, AN402, AN404, and AN406 series. MS20392 series Clevis pins are produced in different materials (steel alloy, corrosion resistant steel (CRES), titanium alloy) and surface finishes (cadmium plated, chrome plated, titanium alloy - aluminum coated) with a drilled hole for cotter pin. The following letters in the part number specify materials and finishes:

“C”  Steel alloy, 4037 4130 8630 or 8740 cadmium plated

“S”  Steel alloy, 8740 cadmium plated

“R” Corrosion resistant steel, PH13-8Mo chrome plated

MS20392 series Clevis pins are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, head, shank diameters and effective lengths. Cotter pins are used to secure bolts, screws, nuts, and pins. Military standard MS24665 split cotter pins are made from cadmium plated steel, replacing those of AN380 series or passivated corrosion resistant steel (CRES), replacing those of AN381 series. The CRES cotter pins are more resistant to corrosion and also used where heatresisting attributes are desired, such as forward of firewall or  in locations where nonmagnetic material is required. Regardless of their shape or material, all cotter pins serve the same general purpose - safetying. MS24665 split cotter pins are superseded by respective part numbers of NASM24665 series.

(*) The term "Ultralight" is often used to denote different aircraft types across the world. In the U.S.,Ultralights are referred to as vehicles (not aircraft) and must be a single-place of very light weight. The term "Light Sport Aircraft (LSA)" is used in FAA regulations (FARs) for certification of aircraft complying with the ASTM standards and subject to specified limitations such as non-pressurised cabin, max seating capacity of two persons (including the pilot), a single reciprocating engine, a MTOW of not more than 1,320 pounds, a fixed-pitch or  ground-adjustable propeller, etc. In Europe, certification of Ultralights falling under Annex II of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Basic Regulation is handled under national rules. Titanium fasteners are best known for their strength,  lightweight, and corrosion resistance. Aircraft washers used in airframe construction or repair works are either plain, lock, or special type washers. 

AN960/AN960L series are aeronautical (Army-Navy) standard flat washers superseded by the respective washers in NAS1149/NAS1149L series. They come in regular thickness (NAS1149/AN960) or light thickness (NAS1149L/AN960L) indicated by the letter "L" in the dash number of the product reference number (SKU). They are made from different materials such as carbon steel, corrosion resistant steel (CRES) and aluminum alloys. These washers are used under hex nuts to provide a smooth bearing surface, as shims to obtain the correct grip length for a bolt and nut assembly, and to adjust the position of AN310 and AN320 castle nuts with respect to drilled cotter pin holes in bolts and clevis pins. 

NAS1149/AN960 and NAS1149L/AN960L series washers are offered as part of our own labeled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They can be furnished in different materials (such as carbon steel, CRES, anodized aluminum or aluminum alloy), different finishes and different inside, outside diameters and thicknesses in inches.  Letters in the part number of NAS1149/AN960 washers are used for material and finish specification. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Hexagon Socket Head Screws are made of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel with a Black Oxide or Galvanized finish (depending on the P/N) and a strength class of 4.8 or other as specified by the letter "S" in the P/N. They are fully threaded, coarse type, and produced by certified manufacturers in accordance with DIN 7984 standard. They are offered in competitive prices in different diameters ("M" designated), indicating the screw's diameter in mm and lengths in mm. The thread pitch (the distance between threads measured along the length of the screw) expressed in mm is indicated by the "P" designation in the P/N. Sold in packs of 500, 250 or  50 pieces depending on the selected product. The number of pieces included in each pack is mentioned after "PK" designation.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Hexagon Bolts are made of Stainless Steel 304/316 (depending on the P/N) with a bright surface treatment and a strength class of A2-70 for SS 304 bolts and A4-70 for SS 316 bolts. They are fully threaded, coarse type, and produced by certified manufacturers in accordance with DIN 933 standard. Structural screws are made of alloy steel, are properly heat treated, and can be used as structural bolts. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MS27039 Series structural machine screws are pan head cross recessed screws equivalent to those of NAS 220 Series. MS27039 Series screws are fabricated from Alloy Steel and Cadmium plated per specification QQ-P-416A, Type II, Class 3, Anodized Aluminum Alloy 2024 or Stainless Steel Unplated  to MIL-S-6050 or MIL-8695 specifications. Those from are designated by the letters "DD" and their counterparts from stainless steel  by the letter "C" respectively in the product part number after MS27039 and before the size number. These screws have 125,000 to 145,000 psi tensile strength.
