For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. Most light aircraft take 2 linings per wheel. Extra rivets are also available. Please refer to the attached Application Guide for additional information.

When there is a need for connection of a set of electrical wires, terminal blocks provide a safe & convenient way to keep them organized. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA TR series of snap on (clip type) terminal blocks allows for terminal block assemblies to be installed and realeased fast and easily. Terminal block connectors are rugged, easy to use and designed to keep wires of varying gauges securely connected. They can be mounted on the 35/7.5mm DIN rail of 1 or 2 meter length made from aluminum or zinc plated steel which is in turn can be mounted on control panel backplates. Any pole assembly is possible. With the use of a DIN rail protective conductor terminal block, the rail itself can be used as the grounding terminal block.

Aircraft wheels and braking systems serve a vital function during takeoff, landing and taxiing. Pitot tubes scan the static and dynamic pressure, and they are used on aircraft to determine the aircraft airspeed. 

WULTRAD INC. is a manufacturer of non-certified flight and engine instruments under FALCON GAUGE brand for experimental and homebuilt aircraft. Although their products are Non-TSO, they are made to TSO or MIL specifications for quality. 

FALCON GAUGE Non TSO'd (non-certified) pitot tubes have been used for many years on different types of experimental or other aircraft where no certification is required. Oval shaped copper sleeves used in making eye or lap splices in flexible cable. Sleeves are slipped over the two strands of cable to be fastened and are then compressed with special Nicropress hand squeezers. Provides a bond that is even stronger than a standard splice. They are offered in pure copper or zinc/tin coated for different cable sizes in inches. Plain copper ("18" series) and zinc coated sleeves ("28" series) are used with galvanized cable, and tin coated sleeves are to be used with stainless steel cable. 

CURTIS Superior Valves are designed for installation in a standard NPT port for NPT threaded valves or an AND-10050 stlye port for UNF threaded valves. CURTIS CCA valves are quick opening brass drain valves for aircraft oil or fuel systems. A slight twist opens the valve. No safety wire needed in closed position. FAA approved. TSO-C76 Approved. Available in different thread sizes and lengths in inches.

Use a sealant on NPT threaded valves or a fuel resistant o-ring of the proper size for UNF threaded valves. Refer to aircraft manufacturers torque specifications for the aircraft in which it is being used. Curtis Superior Valves require no special maintenance. Keep them reasonably clean and replace according to the prescribed synthetic rubber maintenance schedule for the aircraft in which they are used or 10 year usable life per Curtis Superior Valve whichever occurs first. Curtis Superior Valves cannot be OVERHAULED. Replace the entire valve per the maintenance schedule of the aircraft in which it is used or usable life per Curtis Superior Valve should it begin to leak.

ARKWIN INDUSTRIES has been designing and manufacturing engine actuators for over 60 years for operation with fuel, engine oil and hydraulic oil pressurization. SKYBOLT® stainless cowling fastener kits replace the old parts from other manufacturers originally installed on aircraft cowlings and access panels with exclusive SKYBOLT® CLoc®, ZLoc®, or ALoc® style stainless steel fasteners manufactured by SKYBOLT®. SKYBOLT® Cloc style fasteners are compatible with Camloc and are available in 2000 and 4000 series. ZLoc fasteners are compatible with Dzus and Aloc fasteners with Airloc ones. BRS AEROSPACE™ has first invented the first Whole Aircraft Rescue Parachute System (WARPS) in 1980 currently being installed on more than 35,000 aircraft. Today the company offers a wide range of WARPS suitable as retrofits to Cessna series 172 and Cessna 182, as standard installations on Cirrus SR20 and SR22 models but also for installations on LSA and experimental aircraft.

BRS WARPS are offered in 3 different types:

Canister. The BRS Canister is waterproof when the original factory seal remains intact, making it the perfect design for exterior installations. With a six year repack schedule and versatile mounting hardware, it is one of the most popular systems.

Softpack. The BRS Softpack is best suited for aircraft manufactur-ers that require a ballistic parachute mounted inside their aircraft. When mounted internally, this system also has a six year repack schedule.

VLS - Vertical Launch System. Built specifically for aircraft with limited interior space, the VLS (Vertical Launch System) installs on top of the wing or fuselage. Upward firing works well with pusher designed aircraft

A small solid-fuel rocket is used to pull the parachute out from its housing and deploy the canopy fully within seconds. Typically on ultralight installations the rocket is mounted on the parachute container. On larger aircraft installations the rocket may be remotely mounted. The current version, BRS-6. has a separate rocket installation that can be removed from the parachute so that the parachute can be sent for re-packing without the problems of trying to ship the rocket along with it. Typically the parachute requires repacking every six years and the rocket requires replacing every 12 years.
