Wire/cable dash controls are locking units securing wires/cables from turning loose from vibrations. These controls can be mounted from front or rear of instrument panel.

T-handle dash controls are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are sourced from quality manufacturers and made from duralumin and brass. One-fourth turn locks them in any position. T-handle dash controls have a width of 1-3/4" and a standard 2-1/2" travel. They can hold up to 100 lbs. These controls are offered in single or two wire versions and come complete with wire(s) and casing which may be shortened.

In the two-wire T-handle dash controls, two cables come out of the T-handle. The inside wire is .073" and the outer housing is 2" OD. Single wire T-Handle dash controls are available in three models with 5, 8 or 12 feet cables with the following specifications:

Aircraft hydraulic pumps are used to move non-compressible fluid through an aircraft hydraulic system. This power is often used on small airplanes to operate wheel brakes, retractable landing gear, and some constant-speed propellers. On larger airplanes, hydraulics are used for flight control surfaces, wing flaps, spoilers, and other systems. Aircraft hydraulic pumps are normally engine driven, but sometimes to simplify the system manufacturers use an electric motor to drive the hydraulic system. These hydraulic power packs incorporate a reservoir, control valve and auxiliary valves into a single unit.

All aircraft fuel systems have filters and strainers to ensure that the fuel delivered to the engine(s) is free from contaminants. The first of these is encountered at the outlet of the fuel tank. A sump is used to encourage the collection of debris in the lowest part of the tank, which can then be drained off before flight. The actual tank outlet for the fuel is positioned above this sump. Some type of screen is used to trap contaminants attempting to flow out of the tank into the fuel system. Finger screens (strainers) are common on light aircraft. They effectively increase the area of the fuel tank outlet, allowing a large amount of debris to be trapped while still permitting fuel to flow. They are screwed into a fitting welded in the tank outlet.

Offered finger strainers are intended for use in fuel tank outlets. They are available in standard and lage sizes. Standard size features a brass fitting with 3/8" male pipe thread which fits AN867-3 welding flange, and 1/4" female pipe thread for valve or fuel line fitting. Screen is 16 mesh brass. Large finger strainer has a 3/8"-NPT x 1/2"-M-NPT brass bushing with a T304 stainless steel screen.

Metal cables are are stranded wires used in a wide variety of applications in aviation and many other industries. The term "wire rope" is also used when the cable diameter is larger than 3/8" (9.52 mm), with smaller gauges designated as cables or cords. They are specified in terms of their construction by the number of strands times the number of wires in each strand. For example, “7x19” means the cable with seven (7) strands, and 19 wires in each strand. 7x19 is the most flexible cable, approximately twice as flexible as its 7x7 counterpart.

Aircraft cables are encountered on or around the aircraft including flight control surfaces and tie-downs or other uses. In contrast to the commercial (industrial use) cables, aircraft  cables undergo extensive testing and are lubricated providing substantially better fatigue life. They conform to MIL-DTL-83420 specification. Sourced by leading manufacturers such as CONTINENTAL CABLE or CENTRAL WIRE Group of Companies (CWI) they are offered with or without coating (jacket) in different constructions, materials (such as galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel), diameters in inches and pre-cut or cut-to-order lengths in feet. Many of the offered aircraft cables are also included in U.S. DoD Qualified Products List (QPL) which relates to products, components, or materials, often used in aerospace or military applications, which have been examined, pre-tested & found to conform with all applicable standards or qualification requirements set by a certifying organization or government entity.

Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant (Russian: Московский вертолётный завод им. М.Л. For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. Most light aircraft take 2 linings per wheel. Extra rivets are also available. Please refer to the attached Application Guide for additional information.

RAPCO produces quality FAA-PMA approved replacement organic and metallic brake linings for Cleveland and McCauley brake assemblies on most general aviation aircraft. Organic linings are actually made from a semi metallic mix. RAPCO combines brass, copper and Kevlar fibers with a high temperature binding compound to provide outstanding performance and long service life. Most RAPCO organic linings have a built in wear indicator, which reduces the risk of damage to the brake disc and helps to optimize lining life. RAPCO organic linings are available in boxes of 10 or in organic lining kits containing the proper number of linings and rivets necessary for replacement on Cleveland or McCauley brake assemblies. They are convenient to have on hand when the need for relining occurs. Metallic lining replacements for the Cleveland brake assemblies are made of sintered steel, a specially developed process that fuses metallic particles to a steel carrier plate. RAPCO metallic linings offer long life and excellent braking performance.

RAPCO Brake Rivets are FAA-PMA approved quality tubular rivets produced from plated steel for mounting aircraft brake linings. The RAPCO RA825 Rivet Tool Kit is recommended for proper installation.

OMRON A3C series cylindrical pushbutton switches have the basic design as the M2C Series cylindrical indicators. They provide a high-intensity uniform surface lighting while they have a miniature size with excellent feeling of operation. They have a cylindrical 20-mmX12-dia. body making panel cutouts easier. These switches are offered in lighted and non lighted versions, different colors, display shapes, with LED or incandescent lamps and different socket units. RBC NICE 5000 Series bearings are similar in construction to those of 400 Series except that they have a flange on the outer ring to locate the bearing when pressed into a tube or housing, thus eliminating the need for an external mounting device. Designed for moderate loads and speeds (not exceeding 1200 rpm) where running accuracy and noise level requirements do not warrant the more expensive precision ground bearings. They feature a full ball complement without a retainer. The rings are case hardened and the soft steel band on the outer ring of the unitized assembly allows the bearing to be pressed into a housing without the necessity of close housing tolerances. The bearings are supplied pre-greased as a standard.

The number of times the  tread has been replaced in the tire casing is indicated by a number just after the letter "R" in the product reference number (SKU), namely R1, R2, R3 and so on.

Since its introduction in 1994, the B&C SPECIALITY PRODUCTS BC320 Starter for Continental engines has established an impressive service record as the ONLY starter design on the market that has provided reliable, long-term service for these engines. 

Suitable for installation on Continental engines (C-75, C-85, C-90, C-145-2, O-200, IO-240, O-300-A, -B, and -C, and GO-300-A, -B, and -C) it solves all the problems that other starter designs have had:  worn-out clutches, broken pinions, nagging oil leaks, and catastrophic failure modes. Featuring the durability of all-steel gears and heavy-duty ball-bearings, and the efficiency of a high-torque series-wound motor, it provides greater starting torque, while saving 4.3 to 5.2 lbs. over the old key-type and pull-cable type starters (respectively).

The B&C SPECIALITY PRODUCTS BC320 Starter is STC-PMA approved for use in certificated aircraft, and is available with or without the STC (*). Two installation kits are also available:  one for replacing a key-type starter (Installation Kit 501-1), the other for replacing a pull-cable type starter (Installation Kit 501-3). For key-type starters, before installing the BC320, you will need to remove the needle bearing pressed into the engine case & install the supplied plug in its place. For pull-cable starters, before installing the BC320, you will need to cut off the 9/16 steel shaft that is installed in your engine case.

Other versions of BC320 Starter for 12v and 24v electrical systems (BC320-2, 12v Counter-Rotating or the 24v BC320-3) are also available.

(*) For the issue of the STC, the aircraft make and model, aircraft registration and serial number are required.

TIMKEN® lock nuts and respective lock washers are used in the mounting of straight bore bearings on shafts. They are available for bearings in the various series. Their dimensions relate to the bearing bore sizes.

MATCO mfg's PVPV series parking brake valves have been designed for installation in a wide variety of homebuilt aircraft applications due to their light weight and easy in-line installation . In-line installation can be used in conjunction with either a single or dual parking brake system set- up with the respective use of valves  PVPV-S or PVPV-D available in single or double sided configuration.

WELDON J Series FAA-PMA fuel pumps work with different fluids including gasoline, jet fuels, diesel fuel and oils. They can be used (depending on selected pump) for a variery of applications including emergency fuel boost, priming injected engines and others.

The kits contain all pulleys and cotter pins required to replace all flight control system pulleys in one airplane containing the respective part numbers and quantities required. Different McFarlane pulley series include: 

MCS378 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings, FAA-PMA approved replacements for the Cessna S378, A-/BB-, and NAS383- series pulleys on Cessna Aircraft. The MCS378- series pulleys supersede these for most Cessna aircraft applications and  feature high quality sealed precision ball bearings, superior to low grade, open seal bearings used in the Cessna S378-()L light duty series pulleys that they replace.

MS20219 Series aircraft secondary control pulleys, superseding the respective AN219 series pulleys are offered either with high pressure laminated phenolic sheave (MS20219 Series) or aluminum alloy sheave anodized per MIL-A-8625 (MS20219A Series), both with fixed ball bearing with contact seal. The aluminum body is recommended for -1 and -3 pulleys. The -1 pulley should not be installed in flight control systems.

MS20220 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. These supersede the AN220- Series pulleys of like dash number.

MS24566 Series phenolic flight control pulleys with ball bearings. MS24566 pulleys can be used to replace the corresponding AN210 pulleys designated by the letters "A" or "B" in their dash numbers as they differ in the maximum load limit.

NAS383 Series phenolic commercial grade pulleys with graphite impregnated bronze sleeve bearings. These are typically used with a bushing. The MCS378 pulley replaces both the NAS383 pulley and it's bushing.

S394, S1052-1/ S1710-1 Cessna nylon pulleys with no bearings.

S378-4S Cessna pulley similar to S378-4 but with smaller diameter. Used on Cessna airplanes 177RG s/n 177RG0202 and on, and F177RG0038 and on for routing stabilator, stabilator trim, and rudder cables. Six required per aircraft.
