NEWTON CONSULTING manufactures and offers Aero extensive range of fue/oiI/water tank caps and special fittings for use on most of the worlds super cars and bikes and many light aircraft (Adam, CAP, Cirrus, Diamond, Lancair Columbia, Lancair kits, Nemesis, Vans, Velocity and others). Different Aero cap series include:

The Aero 200 series, the smallest and lightest of Aero filler caps. Available only in non-locking version and with either a 6 hole bolt on flange  (A26S) or a Glass-in flange (A20G).

The Aero 300 series, the first choice among designers and installers, offered as standard (non-locking) or locking versions with four different bolt configurations (0 hole, glass in, 6 hole & 9 hole, flange necks with lead free restrictor flaps and many special flange options to meet application requirements such as:

- F30G for installation into a composite skin.

- F30 GS, ideal for wooden aeroplanes avoiding recesses and doors.

- A30L CIRRUS with a low profile threaded flange designed for Cirrus to enable the cap to be fitted after the wing is painted, avoiding damage, dirt, masking, filling and other nuisances.

The Aero 400 series, with lock (L) or without a lock (S) including A48S/L with aluminum flange for direct connection to tank and A4LT, plastic centre for use with Aero 400 flanges.

The Aero 500 series, with lock (L) or without a lock (S) and two standard fixing arrangements: A512S/L with flange for direct connection to tank and A50S/LG, glass in flange, moulded directly into tank vehicle skin.

The Aero 600 series, a super light version of the Aero 500, with a smaller footprint but retailing the same 3 inch (77.0mm) filling hole allowing the cap to be used for all fuels.

Aircraft hydraulic pumps are used to move non-compressible fluid through an aircraft hydraulic system. This power is often used on small airplanes to operate wheel brakes, retractable landing gear, and some constant-speed propellers. On larger airplanes, hydraulics are used for flight control surfaces, wing flaps, spoilers, and other systems. Aircraft hydraulic pumps are normally engine driven, but sometimes to simplify the system manufacturers use an electric motor to drive the hydraulic system. The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. 10585HP High Pressure Gascolator - High Pressure gascolator with lighter weight and simpler design

New ACS high pressure gascolator. Lighter weight and simpler design than the ACS "classic" gascolator. Bailwire and attaching hardware have been eliminated. Threaded collar secures bowl to top. Tested to 50lbs. Bowl is cadmium plated and top and collar are anodized for corrosion protection. Top has 1/4" pipe ports for 3/8" fuel line and one 1/8" pipe port for primer fitting.

Versatile bracket of .016 stainless steel accommodates gascolators with either metal or glass bowl. When mounted as illustrated, inlet and outlet connections are on sides. FACET® and PUROLATOR® fuel pumps were manufactured and branded by MOTOR COMPONENTS, LLC. They were  compatible with gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, blended alcohol fuels and fuel additives and capable of operation with 12/24V electric systems according to the selected model. Although FACET® GOLD-FLO solid state fuel pumps were certified and often used on UL and VCA aircraft, they were not FAA approved and as per their manufacturer statement, they were not designed, tested or manufactured for aircraft applications. Tempest FAA-PMA approved Platinum Electronic Fluid Pumps (separately listed) can be used as Facet Gold-Flo fluid pump replacements in this case. The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life.
