BRACKET Air Filters by BRACKET AERO FILTERS, Inc. have been in service on aircraft and helicopters for many years. BRACKET Foam Filters are installed as factory  original equipment (OEM) on 16 current production aircraft and four helicopters. They number 88 different FAA-PMA approved models and they are also approved for sea planes. Their specially treated polyurethane element assures near total protection from any foreign material entering the system. Their treated foam is highly efficient at filtering with a dual stage foam element increasing dust holding capacity. The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life. ARKWIN INDUSTRIES has been designing and manufacturing engine actuators for over 60 years for operation with fuel, engine oil and hydraulic oil pressurization. Their actuators are used on numerous civil, military, and industrial applications to provide actuation force to direct engine control components. They differ from conventional hydraulic actuators, a major difference being the incorporation of the fire resistance features necessary to meet engine safety requirements. Engine actuators are frequently exposed to elevated temperature during normal operation. If extended periods of flame resistance are required, protective coatings can be applied to the actuator housings including the use of intumescence or ablative coatings. Where temperature permits, ARKWIN uses aluminum alloys. For higher operating  temperatures or pressure requirements exceeding the allowables of aluminum alloy, stainless PH steel alloys or titanium alloys can be provided. The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. The SPRL caps are non vented and recommended to keep the fuel in, the water out and in the locking version, other unwanted items out of your tank.

CURTIS Superior Valves are designed for installation in a standard NPT port for NPT threaded valves or an AND-10050 stlye port for UNF threaded valves. CURTIS CCA valves are quick opening brass drain valves for aircraft oil or fuel systems. A slight twist opens the valve. No safety wire needed in closed position. FAA approved. TSO-C76 Approved. Available in different thread sizes and lengths in inches.

Use a sealant on NPT threaded valves or a fuel resistant o-ring of the proper size for UNF threaded valves. Refer to aircraft manufacturers torque specifications for the aircraft in which it is being used. Curtis Superior Valves require no special maintenance. Keep them reasonably clean and replace according to the prescribed synthetic rubber maintenance schedule for the aircraft in which they are used or 10 year usable life per Curtis Superior Valve whichever occurs first. Curtis Superior Valves cannot be OVERHAULED. Replace the entire valve per the maintenance schedule of the aircraft in which it is used or usable life per Curtis Superior Valve should it begin to leak.
