ENGINEERED CUSTOM LUBRICANTS (ECL), part of Quaker Houghton, is a producer of lubricants for automotive, aviation & aerospace, semiconductor and specialty valves' applications. Aircraft and Instrument Greases meeting MIL-PRF-27617G spec. Fully fluorinated, PTFE  thickened, capable for extreme temperature operations with an outstanding stability with oxygen and an excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. Chemically inert, resistant to hydrocarbon fuel and liquid oxygen for use as lubricants in aircraft & supporting equipment. 

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 109 -65 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating bearings, gears and actuators typically found in the semiconductor industry. Clean room compatible. Performs exceptionally well under extreme vacuum environments. Supplied in 2oz Tube and 1 lb Jar.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 -60°C to 230°C qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G, Types I, II, III.  Medium consistency fluorinated lubricant for lubricating valve and regulator components requiring non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents. Also  NSF  H-1  registered lubricant for use in food processing equipment/operations. Offered packings (5 gr/ 2 oz./4 oz./8 oz./ 1 lb tubes, 2 oz. syringes, 1 lb  jars or 1.76 lb cartridges).

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 114 -40°C to 140°C qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G,Type I.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 117 -65°C to 250°C Wide temperature, extremely inert grease for use in vacuum systems where pressures may be as low as 10-12 Torr.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 134 -50°C to 260°C Specified for rotary and push button selector switches. Contains a PFPE-soluble corrosion inhibitor for use on parts in long term storage.

CHRISTO-LUBE® LUBRICANTS - PFPE Oils, Greases, and Dispersions

ECL offered PFPE oils, greases, and dispersions are briefly presented below together with their operating temperature range in °C. ECL fully fluorinated lubricants operate under extreme temperature conditions, feature outstanding stability with oxygen other gasses, chemicals, solvents, or automotive fluids as well as excellent compatibility with a vast majority of metals, plastics and elastomers. Particularly useful where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is needed ECL products are used in automotive, aviation & aerospace, semiconductor and specialty valves' applications. Some are NSF H1 registered lubricants approved for use in food processing equipment and all food processing operations including mixing, stirring, baking, frying, cooking, freezing, cleansing, packaging, canning and bottling.

5110UV-L  -75 to 250 °C - PFPE fluid cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent and a suspended UV dye for easy identification.

5115 / 5115A / 5170A -60 to 200 °C - AbsoLube 411A cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvents. AbsoLube 411A is synthetic grease made from polyfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluid thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer. Excellent low temperature properties and inert to oxygen and other aggressive chemicals.

5130 -75 to 250 °C / 5180 -20 to 250 °C - High viscosity  (5180) PFPE fluids cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent. 5130 features excellent low temperature properties and both 5130 & 5180 are inert to oxygen and other aggressive chemicals. Compatible with a vast majority of plastics and elastomers.

5250UV-L -40 to 200 °C - PFPE fluid cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent and a suspended UV dye for easy identification. Excellent low temperature properties and inert to oxygen and other aggressive chemicals. 

6004 - Fast drying, non-flammable, ozone safe solvent for cleaning fluorinated oils and greases.

B4010 / B4011 -60 to 300 °C - High technology perfluoropolyether fluids possessing excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. Their very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow them to function in a very broad temperature range while B4010 is suitable for aerospace applications due to excellent radiation hardness and low evaporation loss. Non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers and extremely high viscosity index for less viscosity changes than many other fluids as temperature changes.

B4039 -40 to 200 °C / B4055 -40 to 200 °C / B4077 -35 to 200 °C - High technology perfluoropolyether fluids possessing excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. Their very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow ithem to function in a very broad temperature range. Non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers.

MCG 1004 -40 to 140 °C - Fully fluorinated, low viscosity PFPE oil. Non-reactive with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents.

MCG 1005 -30 to 150 °C / MCG 1006 -60 to 300 °C - High technology perfluoropolyether fluids exhibiting excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. Non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers. MCG 1006 very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow functioning in a very broad temperature range while the excellent radiation hardness and low evaporation loss make it suitable for aerospace applications. Both fluids have  an extremely high viscosity index.

MCG 1007 -50 to 250 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE oil.

MCG 1008 -25 to 240 °C - High technology perfluoropolyether fluid exhibiting excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. Its very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow use in a very broad temperature range. Non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers.

MCG 1009 -50 to 120 °C - Light viscosity fully fluorinated oil operating under extreme temperature conditions. Features outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. 

MCG 101 -20 to 220 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened and fortified with anti-corrosion additives.

MCG 1011 -30 to 200 °C / MCG 1011K -30 to 200 °C - Fully fluorinated medium viscosity PFPE oils. Useful in lubricating plastic and elastomer components common in automotive applications. NSF H1 registered lubricants.

MCG 1011RP -30 to 260 °C / MCG 1013 -70 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated oils. Useful in lubricating plastic and elastomer components. Formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of metal or lubricated parts in long term storage.

MCG 102 -20 to 220 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened and fortified with anti-wear additives.

MCG 1024 -20 to 250 °C- Fully fluorinated high viscosity PFPE oil. Useful in lubricating metal components at high temperatures.

MCG 1026 -50 to 300 °C- High technology perfluoropolyether fluid possessing excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. Its very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow use in a very broad temperature range. MCG 1026 also features excellent radiation hardness and low evaporation loss for aerospace applications. Non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers. Extremely high viscosity index.

MCG 1028 -70 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated oil.

MCG 103 -40 to 140 °C - Fully fluorinated, low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 103-D5 -40 to 140 °C - Fully fluorinated, low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened and cut with a fluorinated solvent.

MCG 1030 -23 to 260 °C- Fully fluorinated oil. This high viscosity, low vapor pressure PFPE oil has excellent thin-film strength and was formulated specifically for reducing friction and wear in precision high vacuum applications.

MCG 1031 High-performance, inert, fluorinated fluid used for heat transfer and for various high-tech applications in the Electrical & Electronics and Semiconductors markets.

MCG 1032 Fluorinated corrosion inhibitor providing a long term protective film on metal surfaces. 

MCG 1034 -20 to 250 °C - Fully fluorinated  high viscosity PFPE oil. Useful in lubricating metal components at high temperatures. MCG 1034 is formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of metal parts. Registered NSF H1 lubricant.

MCG 1036 -30 to 120 °C - Fully fluorinated, low viscosity PFPE oil. 

MCG 1037N -50 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated high viscosity PFPE oil. Useful in lubricating plastic and elastomer components requiring non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents.

MCG 106 -75 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE. Useful in lubricating bearings, gears, splines and actuators at low temperatures where extremely low torque is an important factor. Formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of lubricated parts in long term storage. 

MCG 1063 -50 to 300 °C - High technology perfluoropolyether fluid cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent. Upon application, the solvent evaporates and leaves behind a thin film of oil. The PFPE oil film left behind possesses excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. It’s very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow it to function in a very broad temperature range. MCG 1063 also possesses excellent radiation hardness and low evaporation loss that make it suitable for aerospace applications. Since it is non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers, it is useful in a wide variety of applications. Extremely high viscosity index.

MCG 1066 -54 to 149 °C - Insoluble in most solvents, non-reactive with strong acids and alkalis, compatible with plastics, elastomers and most metals, and has a wide operating temperature range. Because of its unique properties, MCG 1066 can be used in many areas of high technology including damping, hydraulic, and heat transfer fluids, lubricating oil. It can also be used in environments of extreme corrosiveness, oxidation and radiation where conventional oils would fail to function.

MCG 106B 85 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated, very low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 109RP -65 to 250 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened and fortified with anti-corrosion additives.

MCG 109 -65 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating bearings, gears and actuators typically found in the semiconductor industry. Clean room compatible. Performs exceptionally well under extreme vacuum environments.

MCG 110 -60 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened. Registered H1 by the NSF.

MCG 111 -60 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components.  Qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G Types I, II & III and also registered with NSF as an H-1 lubricant for use in or around food processing equipment and all food processing operations.

MCG 111-2 -60 to 230 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is needed. Qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G Types II & III. 

MCG 111-20 -60 to 230 °C - MCG 111 suspended in a non-combustible fluorinated solvent. Once applied to a lubricated part, the solvent will evaporate leaving a uniform thin film of MCG 111 on the surface. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components such as threads and o-rings.

MCG 111BLUE -65 to 230 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency  low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened. It is dyed blue for easy detection against light colored surfaces

MCG 111RP -60 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened and an anti-corrosion additive. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components.

MCG 112 -50 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components.

MCG 114 -60 to 300 °C / MCG 116 -30 to 230 °C. - Fully fluorinated soft (MCG 114 ) and medium consistency (MCG 116) greases thickened with PTFE. MCG 114 is useful in lubricating components found on aircraft and aerospace vehicles where resistance to hydrocarbon fuel and liquid oxygen are important factors. Qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G Type I. MCG 116 can be used for lubricating components found on aircraft and aerospace vehicles where resistance to hydrocarbon fuel and liquid oxygen are important factors. Qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G Type III.

MCG 117 -65 to 260 °C - Wide temperature range anti-rust grease for use in extreme environments. Suited for use in systems where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. is mandatory and in vacuum systems where pressures may be as low as 10-12 Torr. Suitable for the lubrication of ball, plain spherical, roller and needle bearings, electrical contacts, gears, splines, valves, screw actuators, and in systems employing elastomeric and plastic seals, gaskets, and o-rings. Although MCG 117 is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the grease under certain extreme conditions.

MCG 118 -65 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened and fortified with anti-wear additives.

MCG 125 -65 to 230 °C - Fully fluorinated, low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 126 -20 to 260 °C / MCG 128 -65 to 230 °C - Fully fluorinated, low (MCG 128 ) and medium (MCG 126) viscosity PFPE greases thickened with PTFE.

MCG 129 -30 to 175 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components found in medical and industrial gas applications. Registered H1 by the NSF for use in or around food processing equipment and all food processing operations. In addition, this grease is formulated with rust preventative additives for protection of metal parts subject to corrosion.

MCG 129N -30 TO 175 °C - Fully fluorinated grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components in medical and industrial gas applications.

MCG 130 -65 to 230 °C - Fully fluorinated, low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 132 -20 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Formulated with a thermally stable base oil for use in high temperature environments and corrosion inhibitors for protection of metal parts.NSF H1 registered lubricant.

MCG 132BN -20 to 260 °C - Wide temperature range, perfluoropolyether grease developed for use in low-pressure systems where non-reactivity with chemicals including strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. is an important factor. Suitable for use in applications including electrical contacts, gears, valves, screws, bearings, and in systems employing elastomeric and plastic seals, gaskets, and o-rings. Although MCG 132 BN is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the grease under certain extreme conditions.

MCG 132N -20 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated grease, PTFE thickened. Formulated with a thermally stable base oil for use in high temperature environments.

MCG 132N-NLGI-1 -15 to 260 °C - Fully stiff consistency fluorinated, high viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened. NSF H1 registered lubricant.

MCG 132NS -15 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency , high viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened. NSF H1 registered lubricant.

MCG 133 -20 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated grease, PTFE thickened and fortified with corrosion inhibitors.This NLGI Grade #2 fluorinated grease is especially useful in lubricating bearings, gears and actuators typically found in the semiconductor industry. It is 

clean room compatible and performs exceptionally well under extreme vacuum conditions.

MCG 134 -50 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating bearings, gears, splines and actuators over a broad operating temperature range. Formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of lubricated parts in long term storage.

MCG 135 -50 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated grease thickened with graphite.

MCG 136N -60 to 260 °C - Extremely wide temperature capable PFPE high viscosity Index grease, PTFE thickened. Exhibits extremely low volatility, with minimal change in base oil viscosity over much of its operating range. This grease does not oxidize or varnish like most other lubricants when heated to extremes. It is also resistant to most aggressive chemicals and will not affect most plastics and elastomers. Suitable for bearings, gears, tracks, cables and most moving parts operating over a wide temperature range.

MCG 137 -15 to 250 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency high viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 138 -30 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 144 -15 to 260  °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency high viscosity PFPE grease thickened with fumed silica.

MCG 146 -70 to 150 °C -Fully fluorinated soft grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating bearings, gears, splines and actuators at low temperatures where extremely low torque is an important factor.  Formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of lubricated parts in long term storage. NSF H1 registered lubricant.

MCG 146N -75 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated, soft consistency very light viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 148 -50 to 250  °C -Fully fluorinated, medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened and cut with a fluorinated solvent.

MCG 153 -30 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. It can be used to lubricate plastic components.. Meets Material Specification Chrysler MS-9987 and Ford WSS-M13P12-A. NSF H1 registered lubricant.

MCG 153K -30 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. It can be used to lubricate plastic components in automotive applications.

MCG 153MS -30 to 260 °C - Wide temperature capable perfluoropolyether grease for use in high temperature with high load applications. Contains molybdenum disulfide for extreme pressure capability and is non-reactive with most chemicals, strong acids, fuels and solvents. Compatible with most plastics and elastomers.

MCG 157 / MCG 157RP -20 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated grease, PTFE thickened for use in low-pressure systems requiring non-reactivity with chemicals including strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. Suitable for applications including gears, valves, screws, bearings, and in systems employing elastomeric and plastic seals, gaskets, and o-rings. Formulated with rust preventative additives for protection of metal parts subject to corrosion.

MCG 158  / MCG 158S -50  to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency (MCG 158) / soft consistency (MCG 158S) medium viscosity PFPE grease thickened with PTFE.

MCG 159 -20 to 260 °C - NLGI Grade #3 fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE. Useful in lubricating bearings, gears and actuators typically found in the semiconductor industry. Clean room compatible. Performs exceptionally well under extreme vacuum conditions.

MCG 160 / MCG 160RP -15 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency greases, PTFE thickened and fortified with anti-corrosion additives (MCG 160RP). Formulated with a thermally stable base oil for use in high temperature environments. 

MCG 161 -15 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, soft consistency high viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 161-10HT -15 to 250 °C - MCG 161 dispersed in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent.  Upon application, the solvent evaporates and leaves behind a film of MCG 161. 

MCG 169 -50 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated, soft consistency very light viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 173 -45 to 300 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency high viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 173-10 -45 to 250 °C - MCG 173 grease cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent. Upon application, the solvent evaporates and leaves behind a film of MCG 173 grease.

MCG 180 -50 to 260 °C -Fully fluorinated, medium consistency medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened. Useful where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor.

MCG 184 -65 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated,  soft consistency low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 185 -35 to 150 °C - Fully fluorinated, soft consistency medium viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 187 -65 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated,  soft consistency low viscosity PFPE grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 188 -15 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency high viscosity PFPE grease thickened with PTFE and fortified with anti-corrosion additives.

MCG 189 -60 to 260 °C -Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating valve and regulator components. Can be also used to lubricate plastic and/or elastomer components.

MCG 195 -25 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated soft consistency grease, PTFE thickened. Useful in lubricating under-hood automotive components where high temperature stability and non-reactivity with chemicals and fuels are required.

MCG 197 -40 to 260 °C - High viscosity fluorinated grease with excellent high temperature capability, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent material compatibility.

MCG 199 -30 to 250 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency grease, PTFE thickened.

MCG 200 / MCG 200A -30 to 230 °C - Fluorinated polysiloxane (fluorosilicone) non-migrating greases, PTFE thickened. Clean room compatible and useful in lubricating various types of bearing, gears and rails in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

MCG 202 -30 to 230 °C - Specially formulated synthetic grease with exceptional extreme pressure, anti-wear and antirust properties. Under high load conditions the anti-seizure and anti-weld characteristics are greatly advanced over other greases in its chemical class.

MCG 303 -54 to 177 °C - Designed for use in pneumatic systems and other applications where elastomeric gasket and seal compatibility is required. It has a wide temperature range and excellent anti-wear and anti-rust characteristics. It is also capable of performing in ball, roller and plain bearings and gears.

MCG 5170 / MCG 5170UV / MCG 5170UV -75 to 250 °C  - PFPE fluids cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent. Upon application, the solvent evaporates and leaves behind a thin film of oil.  These lubricants exhibit excellent low temperature properties and are inert to oxygen and other aggressive chemicals. The MCG 5170UV has a UV dye added for identification.

MCG 5180UV -40 to 250 °C - High viscosity PFPE fluid cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent. Upon application, the solvent evaporates and leaves behind a thin film of oil. This lubricant is inert to oxygen and other aggressive chemicals.

MCG 612 -30 to 125 °C - Characterized by exceptional mechanical stability, high dropping point, high load carrying performance, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and corrosion.

MCG 709 / MCG 709RP  -65 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated, medium consistency medium viscosity PFPE greases thickened with precision PTFE and fortified with anti-corrosion additives (MCG 709RP).

MCG 734 -50 to 260 °C - Fully fluorinated medium consistency  grease thickened with a very efficient PTFE. Useful in lubricating various types of bearings, gears and actuators. Formulated with additives to protect against corrosion of metal parts.

MCG 905X-10 -40 to 200 °C - MCG 905X paste cut with non-combustible fluorinated solvent.  Upon application, the solvent evaporates and leaves behind a film of MCG 905X paste.
