The AEROSHELL® range of mineral and synthetic aviation greases are multi-functional to reduce costs and improve maintenance efficiency.

AEROSHELL® greases No. 5 and 6 are microgel thickened with mineral oil base. No 5, combines high load-carrying ability with excellent resistance to water and high temperatures. Used primarily in aircraft wheel bearings and engine accessories operating at high speeds/relatively high temperatures. No 6 is a general purpose airframe grease with outstanding low temperature torque properties and resistance to water. Used primarily in plain and anti-friction bearings on general aviation aircraft. No 14 is a leading helicopter multi-purpose, calcium soap thickened, mineral  grease inhibiting corrosion and oxidation due to its anti-rust additives.

No 7, an advanced multipurpose airframe grease and No 22, a versatile multipurpose grease, are both microgel thickened with synthetic diester/synthetic hydrocarbon oil base respectively. Both are corrosion inhibited and fortified against oxidation. No 7 is recommended for highly loaded gears and actuator screw mechanisms, instrument and general airframe lubrication while No 22 for aircraft wheel bearings, engine accessories and airframe lubrication and for anti-friction bearings operating at high speeds at high or low temperatures.

No 33 is a universal airframe grease with a synthetic hydrocarbon/ester oil base and enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity to reduce wear and extend re-greasing intervals. Developed to satisfy almost all airframe lubrication requirements with a single grease. Like No. 58, an advanced wheel bearing grease, they are lithium thickened greases. No 64, an extreme pressure (EP) MIL-G-21164D compliant airframe grease containing molybdenum disulfide, extends  component life through its exceptional load-carrying and EP properties. Fully compatible with No 33, both can protect over 98% of the grease application points on a typical airliner.

AEROSHELL® Grease products now carry a 6 year shelf life from manufacture. These products include AEROSHELL® Grease 5, 6, 7, 14, 22, 33, 58 & 64.

Although gearboxes and transmissions serve the same operational scope their lubricants differ. Generally, gear oils are used in manual gear boxes and transmission fluids in automatic transmissions. However, oils used in manual gearboxes are thicker, more viscous oils to withstand high temperatures and be able to function under extreme pressure. Those used in automatic transmissions are less viscous and thinner gearbox fluids which contain detergents and act as coolants while they contain further additives to improve their life expectancy.

BP® ENERGEAR range of automotive gear oils have been designed for use in a wide range of gear units with spur, bevel or helical gear design, including synchronized manual gearboxes, transmissions and axles under moderately severe load and pressure conditions. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product range of multigrade motor oils (indicated by the letter  "W") aim to ensure proper operation of the engine, wear and damage protection of different types of petrol, gas and diesel engines installed in passenger cars, vans and trucks. They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges. MINERAL WAX PLANT BELWAX range of lubricants includes products for special uses outlined below:

LITOL-24 grease designed for application in friction units of wheel and tracked (crawler-type) vehicles, industrial equipment and seaborne machinery of different purpose, at operating temperatures from -40 °С to +120 °С (for shorter time periods up to 130 °С).

GRAPHITE grease intended for greasing of hard heavily loaded mechanisms (open geared wheels, threaded connections of actuator screws, jacks, spring, etc.). The temperature range of application is from -20°С to +60°С. In springs and similar devices, the grease can be used at a temperature below -20°С.

CIATIM-201 frost resistant grease designed for greasing of low-loaded friction, rolling and sliding units at temperatures from - 60°C to + 90 °C. 

KS-UNM cable lubricant for the protection of cables under conditions of warehouse storage and air storage, as well as in the process of exploitation. The lubricant guarantees protection of cables against corrosion in a climate emulation chamber under adverse conditions, not less than 30 cycles. The lubricant is thermally stable, provides a possibility of its application at a centralized system of preheating of feed to a cable-twisting machine, as well as satisfactory work conditions for maintenance personnel. In the process of application, cable lubricant KS-UNM can be used as an anti-friction agent for lubrication of wiring of steel cables, used as main cables in vertical lifting and slopping installations of rotary machines, balancers, brake units, shock tools, mining tools, parachute systems, fenders, guiding units, suspension units and other excavation equipment. In its consistency the lubricant is moderately viscous, it is applied preheated at stranding, making of cores and cables at the corresponding manufacturing plants. 

ENGINEERED CUSTOM LUBRICANTS (ECL), part of Quaker Houghton, is a producer of lubricants for automotive, aviation & aerospace, semiconductor and specialty valves' applications. ECL CHRISTO-LUBE® products include Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oils, greases, and dispersions chosen for their extreme temperature capabilities (-90° C to 250° C), excellent compatibility with virtually all materials (inc. plastics & elastomers), or their non-reactivity with oxygen, other gasses, chemicals, solvents, or automotive fluids. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 -60°C to 230°C qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G, Types I, II, III.  Medium consistency fluorinated lubricant for lubricating valve and regulator components requiring non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents. AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 308 is a 3 mm2/s synthetic ester oil incorporating additives to improve resistance to oxidation and corrosion and to minimise wear. It was developed specifically for use in particular models of aircraft turbo-prop and turbo-jet engines for which a MIL-PRF- 7808 (formerly MIL-L-7808) oil is required. AEROSHELL® 308 turbine oil contains a synthetic ester oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials and it also affects some paints and plastics.
