Thermal fluids (aka thermal oils, thermic fluids, thermo fluids, heat transfer fluids, heat transfer oils, hot oils, thermic oils or thermo oils.) are specialized liquids used to transfer heat from one point to another in various industrial processes, including chemical processing, oil and gas refining, and power generation. Designed to operate at high temperatures they can provide efficient and reliable heat transfer, even under extreme conditions. CONNTECT® 5000 - concentrated water based gas turbine compressor cleaner specifically designed to remove deposits commonly found on gas turbine compressor blades.

CONNTECT® 6000 - concentrated non-toxic high performance low foam water based gas turbine compressor cleaner with cleaning efficiency similar to solvent-based cleaners.

CONNTECT® 7000 - concentrated solvent-based gas turbine compressor cleaner. The combination of non-ionic surfactants, emulsifiers and organic solvents is specifically designed to remove deposits commonly found on gas turbine compressor blades including carbonaceous deposits, oil, grease and soot. It should not be used undiluted.

The ash free ingredients in CONNTECT® cleaners have been carefully selected to ensure that no incremental trace elements can contribute to corrosion of the hot section of the gas turbine, while they contain special inhibitors to ensure compatibility with aluminum, nickel, nickel-cadmium, stainless steel, titanium and common coatings including painted surfaces and elastomers. They can be generally mixed at 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water but the method of injection and total amount of cleaning solution required differs for ON LINE and OFF LINE cleaning.

CONNTECT® AF-100 is a superior quality, specially designed propylene glycol based gas turbine anti-icing fluid for use with all CONNTECT® compressor cleaners. It is non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. High purity, ash free product insuring no incremental contamination of the hot section of the turbine.  Depending upon the percentage of AF-100 used, the freezing temperature of the cleaning or rinsing solution can be reduced down to -22 deg. F (-30 deg. C). However, its viscosity increases significantly at cold temperatures should not be mixed with cleaner or water when the  product is very cold.

BIOBOR® MD Fuel Stabilizer and Detergent is a cutting edge over-the-road and marine fuel additive engineered to enhance fuel performance, increase lubricity and lower exhaust emissions. Cetane levels are raised for easier cold starting, fuel lubricity and combustion is increased, while the entire fuel system is cleaned of sludge. These advantages result in more power and torque with less fuel-related downtime and maintenance costs.

BIOBOR®  EB Alcohol free Gasoline Performance Enhancer is a specifically formulated additive for gasoline and ethanol fuel blends which helps combat the negative effects of ethanol in fuel tanks and engines while increasing engine performance, efficiency and fuel stability. It contains 2.5 times the EPA-required detergent and provides an “A” rating in NACE corrosion testing. BIOBOR®  EB supports engines' better performance and more power with increased fuel economy, while eliminating the problem of fuel phase separation. Prevents fuel phase separation and corrosion, cleans engine, injectors and valves, increases fuel efficiency, adds lubricity, protects pistons, o-rings, fuel lines and seals, stabilizes fuel for up to 18 months, provides easy start after long-term storage, 

BIOBOR® DC+Cetane Corrosion Inhibitors & Lubricity Additives are multifunctional diesel fuel conditioners offered in both summer and winter blends. They provide increased cetane, fuel stability, lubricity, detergency and water control. BIOBOR® DC+Cetane raises cetane, improves fuel economy & cold starting, reduces exhaust emissions and smoking, prevents sludge and asphaltene issues, decreases filter plugging, extends storage life of fuel, reduces injector and engine wear scar, cleans injectors, improves fuel economy, reduces power loss, disperses moisture and prevents water accumulation and corrosion.

DONALDSON® AEROSPACE FILTRATION (AFS) cleaners/degreasers and oils are used in inlet barrier filters to bring the filters back to full capacity after their cleaning process. Offered in 1 US gallon and 5 US gallon sizes. Filter Cleaning Kits are also offered containing 1 US gallon of AFS Oil, 1 gallon of AFS Cleaner/Degreaser, a 16-ounce bottle and spout for re-oiling, a cleaner/degreaser sprayer, and seamer pliers (2-inch and 6-inch).
