AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Multigrade Motor Oils SKU: AVEUNE-MGMO

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product range of multigrade motor oils (indicated by the letter  "W") aim to ensure proper operation of the engine, wear and damage protection of different types of petrol, gas and diesel engines installed in passenger cars, vans and trucks. They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges. In addition to SAE, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA motor oils  comply with American Petroleum Institute (API) service rating classification system of passenger car and commercial automotive motor oils. API rating certifies that an oil meets certain Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) quality and performance standards. Depending on their API classification, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA  motor oils aim to provide improved high temperature deposit protection for pistons, more stringent sludge control, and seal compatibility. Oils are offered in different packing options. Please contact us for additional information.

Note: Supplied information is provided for reference only. For the selection of the suitable motor oil please observe the manufacturer's instructions.

They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades(*) to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges. In addition to SAE, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA motor oils  comply with American Petroleum Institute (API) service rating classification system of passenger car and commercial automotive motor oils(**). Notes:

The number before and after the "W" indicate the oil's grade at 32 deg. Fahrenheit and 212 deg. Fahrenheit respectively.

(*) The Society for Automotive Engineers (SAE) system for rating motor oil viscosity. The SAE viscosity scale runs from 5 to 50, with larger numbers indicating higher viscosity. Viscosity refers to how easily a given liquid flows. A liquid with low viscosity flows easily, while a high viscosity liquid resists flowing. Like most liquids, motor oil becomes less viscous when it heats up and becomes more viscous when it cools.

(**) Motor oils with designations API SG/CD are intended for the maximum protection of petrol and diesel engines of a wide car fleet (passenger cars, light SUVs, minibuses and light trucks) produced by Russian, European and other manufacturers. They are all-season universal mineral engine oils for petrol (up to and including 1993) and diesel engines (up to and including 1983) with very high mileage with and without a turbocharger. Product properties:

- Compatible with all sealing materials thus reducing the leakage probability and ensuring the required oil pressure even for engines with high mileage;

- Low volatility reduces oil consumption through burning;

- A thoroughly balanced additive package ensures an efficient service of an engine in all modes of operation: cold start, increased load (off-road and uphill driving, towing, driving with maximum load) and in high-temperature ambient conditions;

- Long-lasting oil film effectively protects from wear, reduces friction and prevents corrosion;

- Ensures reliable lubrication of all engine components under all operating conditions;

- Good detergent and dispersing properties reduce ash content thus minimising the soot and carbon formation and maintaining engine components clean throughout the service life;

- Natural antioxidants effectively resist ageing.

(***) Motor oils with the following API designations indicate that the oils are designed for use in gasoline or diesel engines up to the mentioned year of manufacture:

SN for 2020 and older gasoline engines

SM for 2010 and older gasoline engines

SL for 2004 and older gasoline engines

SJ for 2001 and older gasoline engines

CK-4 describes oils for use in high-speed four-stroke cycle diesel engines designed to meet 2017 model year on-highway and Tier 4 non-road exhaust emission standards as well as for previous model year diesel engines. These oils are formulated for use in all applications with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 500 ppm (0.05% by weight). However, the use of these oils with greater than 15 ppm (0.0015% by weight) sulfur fuel may impact exhaust aftertreatment system durability and/or oil drain interval. These oils are especially effective at sustaining emission control system durability where particulate filters and other advanced aftertreatment systems are used. API CK-4 oils are designed to provide enhanced protection against oil oxidation, viscosity loss due to shear, and oil aeration as well as protection against catalyst poisoning, particulate filter blocking, engine wear, piston deposits, degradation of low- and high-temperature properties, and soot-related viscosity increase. API CK-4 oils exceed the performance criteria of API CJ-4, with CI-4 PLUS, CI-4, and CH-4 and can effectively lubricate engines calling for those API Service Categories. When using CK-4 oil with higher than 15 ppm sulfur fuel, consult the engine manufacturer for service interval recommendations.

CJ-4 for high-speed four-stroke cycle diesel engines designed to meet 2010 model year on-highway and Tier 4 non-road exhaust emission standards as well as for previous model year diesel engines. These oils are formulated for use in all applications with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 500 ppm (0.05% by weight). However, the use of these oils with greater than 15 ppm (0.0015% by weight) sulfur fuel may impact exhaust aftertreatment system durability and/or drain interval. API CJ-4 oils exceed the performance criteria of API CI-4 with CI-4 PLUS, CI-4, CH-4, CG-4 and CF-4 and can effectively lubricate engines calling for those API Service Categories. When using CJ-4 oil with higher than 15 ppm sulfur fuel, consult the engine manufacturer for service interval.

CI-4  for high-speed, four-stroke engines designed to meet 2004 exhaust emission standards implemented in 2002. CI-4 oils are formulated to sustain engine durability where exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is used and are intended for use with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 0.5% weight. Can be used in place of CD, CE, CF-4, CG-4, and CH-4 oils. Some CI-4 oils may also qualify for the CI-4 PLUS designation.

CH-4 for high-speed, four-stroke engines designed to meet 1998 exhaust emission standards. CH-4 oils are specifically compounded for use with diesel fuels ranging in sulfur content up to 0.5% weight. Can be used in place of CD, CE, CF-4, and CG-4 oils.
