EXXONMOBIL® Mobil Turbo 319A-2 is a fully synthetic lubricant developed to meet the performance requirements of Russian gas turbine aircraft engines which operate on mineral-oil-based lubricants. Formulated from a synthetic hydrocarbon combination of polyalphaolefin (PAO) and hindered ester based stock, Mobil Turbo 319A-2 is fortified with a unique chemical additive system. The resulting product has far superior thermal and oxidation stability than mineral-oil-based lubricants. The ability of Mobil Turbo 319A-2 to resist deterioration and deposit formation allows the potential for extended oil drain intervals and less frequent maintenance.

The closely controlled viscosity of Mobil Turbo 319A-2 at -51º C, along with a -60ºC pour point, ensure good low-temperature fluidity, permitting engine starting and lubrication at low temperatures. Mobil Turbo 319A-2 exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperatures up to 200º C (392º F). The evaporation rate of Mobil Turbo 319A-2 at high temperatures is significantly lower than mineral-oil-based products, and helps minimize oil consumption. The lubricant has excellent resistance to foaming.

PPG AEROSPACE® PR-812 is a high temperature primerless firewall sealant. It is a two-part, synthetic rubber compound designed for sealing firewall structures against the passage of air and vapours.

The uncured material is a low sag paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant to common aircraft substrate. It has a service temperature range from -54°C (-65°F) to 204°C (400°F), and will withstand flash temperatures of 1093°C (2000°F). HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.

PPG AEROSPACE® Pro-Seal P/S 700 Firewall Sealant is a high temperature two-part, synthetic rubber compound primerless firewall sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 400°F (204°C, with withstand flash temperatures of 2000°F (1093°C). The material is designed for sealing firewall structures against the passage of air and vapors.The uncured material is a low sag paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant to common aircraft substrates. Its storage life is at least 12 months when stored at temperatures below 80 °F ( 27 °C) in original, unopened containers. Meets MIL-S-38249 TYPE 1 and AMS3374 Type 4. Petroleum distillates include a range of products such as mineral oils, naphtha solvents, heavy fuel oils, waxes, benzenes and others used in many industrial and other applications. They are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product portfolio or as OEM products (separately listed).

Naphtha Solvents are chemical product comprised of volatile and extremely flammable liquid hydrocarbons  derived from the refining of crude oil but can also be produced from natural gas condensates or petroleum distillates. Naphtha solvents are very strong and versatile, often used in hydrocarbon cracking, laundry soaps, and cleaning fluids among other applications. Those conforming to Mil-Spec TT-N-95 or its latest Rev. EXXONMOBIL® MOBIL MOBILTEMP SHC™ Series Synthetic Antiwear Greases are primarily intended for high temperature applications. They combine the unique features of polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids with those of an organo-clay, non-soap thickener. The excellent resistance to thermal/oxidative degradation provided by the PAO base, coupled with the excellent high temperature structural stability and high dropping point of the clay thickener result in outstanding high temperature greases. Atlas Copco Roto Inject Fluid (RIF) NDURANCE is a mineral based oil specially formulated to protect GA-GX rotary screw compressors. RIF NDURANCE unique additive package enables its operation in harmony with all other components in the compressor.

RIF NDURANCE allows the compressor to operate in dusty and humid conditions and keeping the system deposit free. Protects the compressor against oxidation leading to a longer drain interval, up to 4 000h or 1 year when operatng in mild conditons.

Its tailor made viscosity (55mm²/s) together with specially designed an -wear additives provide the compressor with the right lubrication for rotors, bearings and gears for a wide spread of operating conditions, preventing metal-metal contact of critical parts.

Ensures that lubricant will keep its original properties after separation from water. It will also keep water out of the oil circuit, avoiding corrosion on the metal parts.

RIF NDURANCE  is offered in different containers with 5, 20, 209  and 1000 liters' capacity.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product range of multigrade motor oils (indicated by the letter  "W") aim to ensure proper operation of the engine, wear and damage protection of different types of petrol, gas and diesel engines installed in passenger cars, vans and trucks. They contain a low-viscosity motor oil as well as various polymer additives. The additives have little effect at low temperatures, but cause the oil to thin down in hot conditions more slowly than usual.They come in different viscocity (SAE) grades to cover respective oil viscosity needs in different temperature ranges. In addition to SAE, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA motor oils  comply with American Petroleum Institute (API) service rating classification system of passenger car and commercial automotive motor oils. API rating certifies that an oil meets certain Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) quality and performance standards. AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 308 is a 3 mm2/s synthetic ester oil incorporating additives to improve resistance to oxidation and corrosion and to minimise wear. It was developed specifically for use in particular models of aircraft turbo-prop and turbo-jet engines for which a MIL-PRF- 7808 (formerly MIL-L-7808) oil is required. AEROSHELL® 308 turbine oil contains a synthetic ester oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials and it also affects some paints and plastics.

The AEROSHELL® range of mineral and synthetic aviation greases are multi-functional to reduce costs and improve maintenance efficiency.

AEROSHELL® greases No. 5 and 6 are microgel thickened with mineral oil base. No 5, combines high load-carrying ability with excellent resistance to water and high temperatures. Used primarily in aircraft wheel bearings and engine accessories operating at high speeds/relatively high temperatures. No 6 is a general purpose airframe grease with outstanding low temperature torque properties and resistance to water. Used primarily in plain and anti-friction bearings on general aviation aircraft. No 14 is a leading helicopter multi-purpose, calcium soap thickened, mineral  grease inhibiting corrosion and oxidation due to its anti-rust additives.

No 7, an advanced multipurpose airframe grease and No 22, a versatile multipurpose grease, are both microgel thickened with synthetic diester/synthetic hydrocarbon oil base respectively. Both are corrosion inhibited and fortified against oxidation. No 7 is recommended for highly loaded gears and actuator screw mechanisms, instrument and general airframe lubrication while No 22 for aircraft wheel bearings, engine accessories and airframe lubrication and for anti-friction bearings operating at high speeds at high or low temperatures.

No 33 is a universal airframe grease with a synthetic hydrocarbon/ester oil base and enhanced corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity to reduce wear and extend re-greasing intervals. Developed to satisfy almost all airframe lubrication requirements with a single grease. Like No. 58, an advanced wheel bearing grease, they are lithium thickened greases. No 64, an extreme pressure (EP) MIL-G-21164D compliant airframe grease containing molybdenum disulfide, extends  component life through its exceptional load-carrying and EP properties. Fully compatible with No 33, both can protect over 98% of the grease application points on a typical airliner.

AEROSHELL® Grease products now carry a 6 year shelf life from manufacture. These products include AEROSHELL® Grease 5, 6, 7, 14, 22, 33, 58 & 64.
