The plug amplifier may be mounted directly on the proportional solenoids and secured with a screw. The output of the amplifier supplies DC current for controlling one proportional solenoid.

The KLIXON® 7270/7271 series circuit breakers were designed to utilize less behind panel space while protecting wire and cable in aircraft and ground support equipment on either 120 VAC, 400 Hz or 30 VDC systems.

These circuit breakers are available with neck mounting (7270-1 and 7271-8) or standard cover plate (7270-7 and 7271-3). In each of these KLIXON® circuit breakers, the bi-metallic element assures uniform current distribution throughout its responsive area. This design reduces current density at the critical areas, resulting in an element having a much higher interrupting capability than conventional design. Inherently resistant to shock and vibration, the KLIXON® disc element is capable of precise calibration settings and will retain the initial calibration within close tolerances throughout the service life of the breaker. Both circuit breakers have conventional actuator action; i.e., the toggle actuator on the 7270 moves to the OFF position for trip indication and the button the 7271 pops out. The RAY ALLEN Trim Systems are trim servos of flight surfaces offered with different travel options designed specifically for experimental aircraft. RAY ALLEN servos are small enough to fit in individual control surfaces or can be used with lighweight springs acting directly on the control system. They come with RS2 rocker switches,  RP3 LED indicators and a RC8-7 clevis/pushrod kit. All RC ALLEN indicators operate off of feedback sensors located inside the servo. These feedback sensors are purposefully isolated from the power supply to the servo motor to guard against possible electronic failure.  Different servos are available:

T2-7A Trim System with a  .7" (17mm) travel

RAY ALLEN (RAC) R2S Rocker Switch provides a very positive snap action in 2 directions and returns to a center off position. It was designed specifically for Ray Allen trim systems. It is wired to connect both power leads to ground when the rocker is released. This eliminates motor coasting and allows very precise trimming. The RS2 switch is rated at 1amp. The faceplate measures 1.75" (44mm) x 1.0" (25mm) x 1.47" (37mm) deep. Self adhesive labels are not included. Sold separately.

The 317 type IC voltage regulators are adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulators capable of supplying in excess of 1.5 A over an output voltage range of 1.25 V to 37 V. Unlike other IC regulators designed to provide a fixed output voltage, 317 type IC voltage regulators are widely used adjustable positive voltage regulators available in many different packages intended for surface mounting on circuit boards. They are exceptionally easy to use and require only two external resistors to set the output voltage. For getting a stable output the input voltage must be 2 to 3 volt higher than the output.

The 317 type IC voltage regulators are offered by different manufacturers and can be used in commercial equipment and a variety of other applications including but not limited to those where there is a need for an  adjustable regulated power supply circuitry in a single chip providing 1.2V to 37V DC output voltage with up to 1.5A output current capability and very low external components. Versatile split red master switch used in virtually all single engine Cessna models since 1970. It can be used in most light aircraft with single alternator systems. Left rocker normally is used for alternator and right half for battery. Amp Rating: 20. The swich housing mount (P/N: S1843-1) is sold separately and can only be ordered together with the switch.

Oval shaped copper sleeves used in making eye or lap splices in flexible cable. Sleeves are slipped over the two strands of cable to be fastened and are then compressed with special Nicropress hand squeezers. Provides a bond that is even stronger than a standard splice. They are offered in pure copper or zinc/tin coated for different cable sizes in inches. Plain copper ("18" series) and zinc coated sleeves ("28" series) are used with galvanized cable, and tin coated sleeves are to be used with stainless steel cable.

Static dischargers, commonly known as static wicks or static discharge wicks, are installed on the trailing edges of aircraft, including (electrically grounded) ailerons, elevators, rudder, wing, horizontal and vertical stabilizer tips. They are high electrical resistance (6-200 megaohm) devices with a lower corona voltage than the surrounding aircraft structure and used on aircraft to allow the continuous satisfactory operation of onboard navigation and radio communication systems during precipitation (p-static) conditions.  This wick comes with 2 holes to rivet to trainline edge and plain wire extension.
