K&N Performance Filters have been well known in the automotive world for years, unsurpassed in airflow and filtering capability they are now one of the most used filters on the road today. Made of a woven cotton fabric instead of paper, the K&N filter medium offers superior filtering without the restriction of airflow presented with paper or foam filters. Based on K&N technology CHALENGER filters have been certified for most general aviation aircraft. CHALLENGER air filters can be used as replacement parts to other OEM products but an STC (available by CHALLENGER) is required. Air filters come with an application chart, instructions, warranty card and a STC request form which needs to be  filled out for approval for the specific aircraft. The filters comes with a gasket, but do not include the grease which is sold separately, unless otherwise stated.

LENZ externally-mounted tank hydraulic suction line strainers are offered in different NPT and SAE series below to cover the needs of a range of applications.They do not require access to the tank interior for ease of servicing and feature perforated steel support tubes, cast iron bushings and 100 mesh stainless steel pleated screens as standard.

Part Numbers include subsections for the Series, the Size, the By-pass Option and the Mesh Oprion of the strainer.

Versions with by-pass options are designated by "-R" and PSI number after the size number of the strainer (e.g. -R3 and -R5 for 3 or 5 PSI by-pass options respectively).

Their actuators are used on numerous civil, military, and industrial applications to provide actuation force to direct engine control components. Using these filters at the pressure side of a pump, foreign particles 25 microns and larger, such as those created by pump wear, are removed before damage can result to the valving in the system. A sintered bronze element ensures protection against crushing should dirt accumulate and increase pressure drop across the element. The unique construction features an anodized aluminum housing for light weight, and a conically shaped sintered bronze element positioned by a retaining spring to allow true, uninterrupted axial flow. Special viton O-rings are available for oil systems where chemical action may be a problem. The standard 25 micron bronze filter element can be easily cleaned or replaced. Made from 14L 12 steel and cadmium plated, SAF-AIR FAA-PMA approved push type fuel drain valves are close tolerance valves of simple design. These valves provide the most trouble free operation of any other line of valves in the industry. SAF-AIR valves are manufactured with an o-ring placed on the stem to seal against a flat seat on the body. This design eliminates an area where dirt can gather, thus putting an end to the main cause of fuel drain valve drip. Available in eight models in two styles with or without 1/4" hose adapter.

Aircraft hydraulic pumps are used to move non-compressible fluid through an aircraft hydraulic system. This power is often used on small airplanes to operate wheel brakes, retractable landing gear, and some constant-speed propellers. On larger airplanes, hydraulics are used for flight control surfaces, wing flaps, spoilers, and other systems. Aircraft hydraulic pumps are normally engine driven, but sometimes to simplify the system manufacturers use an electric motor to drive the hydraulic system. NEWTON CONSULTING manufactures and offers Aero extensive range of fue/oiI/water tank caps and special fittings for use on most of the worlds super cars and bikes and many light aircraft (Adam, CAP, Cirrus, Diamond, Lancair Columbia, Lancair kits, Nemesis, Vans, Velocity and others). Their centres are forged from 6063 or 6082 aluminum and then polished and anodised. The high precision and easy to operate mechanism is very secure and non vented. The flanges are diamond turned and again polished and anodised.  Cap assemblies come complete with cap, gasket, and flanges as ordered. Two keys come with the locking version. Fixing can be by rivet, bolt, weld or glass in as appropriate. Attach o-ring kits are available and can be ordered separately as needed.

Different Aero cap series include:

The Aero 200 series, the smallest and lightest of Aero filler caps. Available only in non-locking version and with either a 6 hole bolt on flange  (A26S) or a Glass-in flange (A20G).

The Aero 300 series, the first choice among designers and installers, offered as standard (non-locking) or locking versions with four different bolt configurations (0 hole, glass in, 6 hole & 9 hole, flange necks with lead free restrictor flaps and many special flange options to meet application requirements such as:

- F30G for installation into a composite skin.

The Aero 400 series, with lock (L) or without a lock (S) including A48S/L with aluminum flange for direct connection to tank and A4LT, plastic centre for use with Aero 400 flanges.

The Aero 500 series, with lock (L) or without a lock (S) and two standard fixing arrangements: A512S/L with flange for direct connection to tank and A50S/LG, glass in flange, moulded directly into tank vehicle skin.

The Aero 600 series, a super light version of the Aero 500, with a smaller footprint but retailing the same 3 inch (77.0mm) filling hole allowing the cap to be used for all fuels.

The ACS unvented flush fuel cap operates with a lift and turn lever. This cap has a 3" opening for easy refueling. Cap & adapter ring are anodized "clear" for corrosion resistance. Cap is fastened to adapter ring with safety chain.

Check valves are used in aircraft fuel, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to prevent the backflow of process media. MS28885 series fuel check valves come under different part numbers depending on their respective producers and used in aircraft made by different airframe manufacturers.
