The RAPCO Dry Air Vacuum/Pressure pumps are are FAA approved quality and performance pumps intended for use as direct replacements of respective models of AIRBORNE and AERO ACCESSORIES (AA) in vacuum or pressure system applications. They are offered as NEW or OVERHAULED.

The NEW RAPCO Air Vacuum/Pressure pumps are FAA-PMA approved and have an inspection port for monitoring vane wear and determine when replacement is needed. An oil seal on the main shaft helps to prevent oil from entering and damaging the pump. Cooling fins reduce operating temperatures and help to extend pump life. They are internally coated with a special Mil-Spec. hard lube coating reducing friction and wear. The carbon rotor has also been improved by chamfering the leading edges of the vane slots reducing failure due to foreign object damage. With every pump, RAPCO includes a mounting gasket and vane measuring caliper. Fittings not included. There is no core charge when purchasing a new RAPCO dry air pump.  Manufacturers warranty on the 200 series is three years / 1300 hours. The warranty period on the 240 and the 400 series is 1 year / 500 hours, which ever comes first. There is no Core Charge on new pumps. 

The OVERHAULED RAPCO pumps are FAA approved and come with an FAA form 8130-3. Mounting gasket included. The warranty period for the 200 series is two years / 1000 hours. The warranty period for the 240 and the 400 series is one year / 400 hours, which ever comes first. Core charge applies. Please refer to the attached documentation for additional information.

The RAPCO Model RA215CC Dry Air Pump is used in ROTAX® 912 UL, 912 ULS and 914 UL engines. This pump replaces the old model 211CC and can also be used in other engines listed below:

The RAPCO Model RA215CC-9  replaces the old model 211CC-9. It is the most common model in General Aviation applications using the O-200 engine. This pump can be used with Continental C90-16F, all 0-200 engines and most Lycoming O-320 engines installed on Cessna 150s, 172s, etc.

The RAPCO Model RA216CW replaces the old models 212CW, 216CW and RAPCO P/N RA212CW. This pump can be used with a wide range of aircraft engines including Textron Lycoming LIO-360, GO-435, TIO-541 and Continental E-185, E-225, IO-346, O-470, IO-470, TSIO-470 and IO-520.

The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life. The FC300 hoses are designed for high pressure fluid applications such as power steering, hydraulics, air, fuel, lubricating oils, fire resistant hydraulic fluids and other industrial fluids. They are also suitable for biodiesel use up to B20 and max temperature of 212°F (100°C). Manufactured to the highest standards, the Andair standard fuel selector range incorporates 1/4"(FS16), 3/8"(FS20) and the 1/2"(FS25) valves. These valves allow for multiple tank switching of one fuel line. Duplex fuel selectors are also offered  (see separate product presentations). FS16, FS20 and FS25 series of fuel selectors are designed for safety, provide a precise and smooth feel in operation  and come in different types, ranging from Type 1 ON/OFF shut off valves to valves with multiple positions. To prevent the pilot switching the wrong tank or turning the fuel off they feature  a large red lever with 'Fuel' engraved on it and a clearly labelled fascia plate to indicate which tank has been selected. It allows for a good solid detent at each tank position and also the button on top of the lever must be raised to switch the fuel off.

FS25 series 1/2" fuel selectors has been designed for engines up to 560 HP (50+ GHP), provides a choice of fittings and all units can be operated with an extension and universal joints. They come in the following types:

Type 1 (FS25-1): ON / OFF Shut Off valve for 1/2" fuel lines. There is a 90 degree action between the two positions and included with the valve is the safety button. 

Type 2 (FS25-2): Three way 3/8” fuel selector with positions LEFT-RIGHT-OFF and a 90 degree action between each tank selection. No lower fitting for use where there is little space behind the valve. 

Type 3 (FS25-3): Three way selector with positions LEFT - RIGHT - OFF. No lower fitting. This valve has inlets ports at the Left and Right hand side and the outlet towards the front.

Type 4 (FS25-4): Designed for high wing aircraft, it has four lever positions OFF - LEFT - BOTH – RIGHT with a 90 degree action between each position.There are 3 ports. The lower port is the outlet to the engine and can be Male AN-8, Female 3/8 NPT or a  360 degree Banjo adjustable fitting with a male AN-8 end.

Type 5 (FS25-5): 4 way Fuel Selector ( 3 tanks and OFF ) with positions LEFT - MAIN - RIGHT - OFF, each at 90 degree intervals. The inlet ports are around the side of the valve and the outlet is at the bottom of the valve.

NEWTON CONSULTING offers a range of SPRL branded fuel valves featuring distinct features that make them better than the rest. Ceramic disks have no soft moving/rubbing seals to wear out, unlike other valves but also give an 'indefinite' life with a very smooth light action. The lift and turn selector of their SPRL valves is instinctive, secure, and easier to use than the complex 'lift button' type. The locking detents avoid accidental movements. The fixings match most installations, and the internal ports prevent cross feeds, unless 'selected to 'Both'. The PARKER HANNIFIN electronic plug amplifier VS 111 provides control for proportional pressure, directional, and throttle valves.

The plug amplifier may be mounted directly on the proportional solenoids and secured with a screw. The output of the amplifier supplies DC current for controlling one proportional solenoid.

This current is proportional to the command signal at the input of the amplifier. Through this, together with a proportional valve, an infinitely variable adjustment can be made to the pressure or flow.
