Series BHM, HFX G and HMX G four piece precision extra capacity rod ends are the high strength series intended for more heavily loaded, static and dynamic industrial applications. These rod ends have 4130 or 4340 alloy steel, heat treated bodies for increased strength and aluminum bronze race inserts for high bearing capacity. The rod end bodies are protective coated for corrosion resistance and the balls are chrome plated for superior wear and corrosion resistance. Series BHM (male) and series HFX G (female) have common thread sizes. Series HMX G (male) have oversized shanks for additional shank strength.

The letter "G" indicates Zerk Lubricator (standard on HFX G/HMX G Series). The letter “L” to prefix indicates Left Hand thread.

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA RNB brazed seam lug type battery terminals are made from brass and are tin plated. They can be used for control cabinets & similar applications. The seam in the barrel of the terminal is brazed allowing the terminal to be crimped in any position around the barrel, which helps give extra wire holding strength. They comply with DIN 46234 standard for solderless terminals. Solderless terminals are used in crimping with several, fine and super-fine stranded conductors. GROVE Wheels and Brakes are precision engineered and manufactured to provide the highest quality and performance in the aircraft industry. For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. NEWTON CONSULTING manufactures and offers Aero extensive range of fue/oiI/water tank caps and special fittings for use on most of the worlds super cars and bikes and many light aircraft (Adam, CAP, Cirrus, Diamond, Lancair Columbia, Lancair kits, Nemesis, Vans, Velocity and others). Their centres are forged from 6063 or 6082 aluminum and then polished and anodised. The high precision and easy to operate mechanism is very secure and non vented. The flanges are diamond turned and again polished and anodised.  Cap assemblies come complete with cap, gasket, and flanges as ordered. Two keys come with the locking version. (*) Retread tires have undergone a remanufacturing process to replace the worn tread on used tires with new tread to help extend the life of the tire. The number of times the  tread has been replaced in the tire casing is indicated by a number just after the letter "R" in the product reference number (SKU), namely R1, R2, R3 and so on.

Versatile split red master switch used in virtually all single engine Cessna models since 1970. It can be used in most light aircraft with single alternator systems. The Parker Stratoflex’s Thread-Lok Quick Disconnect (QD) valved couplings provide a proven solution for fluid conveyance systems  for aerospace and derivative markets when envelope and weight are important and robust performance is critical. Applications range from hydraulic, fuel, and cooling systems to pneumatic, air data systems, landing gears, wheel and brakes hydraulic fluid motors, military ground vehicles and space applications. Their respective Thread-Lok Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Quick Disconnect (QD) couplings are intended for use with fluid conveyance systems providing a robust connection for ground service equipment to the aircraft flight systems. The Thread-Lok QD is used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications.

They integrate a highly reliable and robust positive locking mechanism to ensure the performance needed in difficult aircraft system environments such as the engine nacelle, landing gear and brake systems, and other QD demanding installations . The Thread-Lok QD couplings can be used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications while they provide a simple one-hand operation to thread the QD halves together with a visual confirmation of proper and full coupling to improve both time and safety. 

The Thread-Lok QDs incorporate tang and slot design, with QDs engaging and locking in one position when the coupling halves are threaded together and fully connected, providing both visual and touch indication of the fully connected position. They use Parker’s efficient, self-sealing valve design that permits fluid flow with minimum pressure loss and turbulence.

Available in different tube sizes, from ¼ to one inch. Their stainless steel construction meets typical electrical bonding requirements.They meet or exceed MIL-C-25427 and AS1709 specifications.

The Andair standard fuel selector valve range incorporates 1/4"(FS16), 3/8"(FS20) and the 1/2"(FS25) valves. These valves allow for multiple tank switching of one fuel line. 

Manufactured to the highest standards, all Andair fuel selector valves are designed for safety, provide a precise and smooth feel in operation and can be supplied with custom engraving. They feature  a large red lever with 'Fuel' engraved on it and a clearly labelled fascia plate to indicate which tank has been selected. It allows for a good solid detent at each tank position and also the button on top of the lever must be raised to switch the fuel off. All these features help prevent the pilot switching the wrong tank or turning the fuel off.

Andair duplex fuel selector valves have two separate compartments so that two independent fuel lines can be switched simultaneously making them ideal for fuel injected or diesel engines where there needs to be a return line. It allows to pipe surplus fuel to the same tank from which it was drawn. This avoids overfilling the return tank or having an overly complicated fuel system. 

FS2020(*) fuel selector valves feature two 3/8" sections for feed & return. FS2520(*) fuel selector valves feature one 1/2" feed section and one 3/8" return section. Both can be supplied with different ANDAIR fittings to meet application requirements. 

Engines that can benefit from these valves are Surburu, Continental, Rotax, and Diesel aircraft engines.
