Modern reciprocating-engine aircraft (especially large and high-performance ones) use electrically operated auxiliary fuel boost and transfer pumps to keep fuel moving toward the aircraft engine or move fuel between tanks to balance aircraft weight. Centrifugal boost pumps, electric motor driven, are the most common type and are used to supply, back up the engine-driven fuel pump or transfer fuel between tanks if the aircraft is so designed. They are most frequently submerged in the fuel tank or located just outside of the bottom of the tank with the inlet of the pump extending into the tank. Cartridge/canister or in-tank mounted pumps supply fuel to the aircraft engine while reverse flow through the pump is prevented by check valves. The cartridge/canister design allows removal of the pump cartridge without draining the fuel tank. If the pump is mounted outside the tank, a pump removal valve is typically installed so the pump can be removed without draining the fuel tank.
The RAPCO FAA-PMA approved pumps are offered as direct replacements of the respective pumps by OEMs such as PARKER AIRBORNE or DUKES (please refer to their separate product presentations). The letters " RA" in the beginning of the RAPCO part number are used to denote the correlation of RAPCO part number to the OEM part number. They incorporate modern design, materials, and manufacturing processes to provide high quality and performance fuel pumps at competitive prices.
These pumps can be furnished as NEW or OVERHAUL EXCHANGE, namely new or overhauled pumps in exchange of existing customer owned units (cores). In all exchange cases, the full selling price of the ordered unit is charged and the core credit is refunded or credited towards future orders with us when our co-operating supplier verifies that the unit is in a reasonable serviceable condition. In the case of overhauled pumps, these are overhauled in accordance with FAA-approved process specification and come with a FAA Form 8130-3. All RAPCO fuel pumps are thoroughly tested for guaranteed pump performance, with a worldwide distribution and a full warranty (same as OEM). For additional information please consult the supplied documentation (*) or contact us.

BRACKET Air Filters by BRACKET AERO FILTERS, Inc. have been in service on aircraft and helicopters for many years. BRACKET Foam Filters are installed as factory original equipment (OEM) on 16 current production aircraft and four helicopters. They number 88 different FAA-PMA approved models and they are also approved for sea planes. Their specially treated polyurethane element assures near total protection from any foreign material entering the system. Their treated foam is highly efficient at filtering with a dual stage foam element increasing dust holding capacity. They have no pleats to store dirt, they repel water, they are fire retardant and abrasive resistant and exhibit a good air flow for proper fuel/air ratio. Designed for low-cost maintenance with increased engine life requiring replacement of only the low cost element. FAA approved these air filter assemblies can replace original air filter units. Air filter elements are also offered for replacements.
The expected shelf life of Brackett elements stored in their original packaging and out of direct sunlight is 4 years from date of manufacture listed on the front of element packaging. This allows the element to be installed on an aircraft at the end of its shelf life.

CHAMPION FAA/PMA Approved Spin-On Oil Filters replace oil filter elements. They are easy to install and save time and clean-up.
Their full-pleat, resin-impregnated micronic filter media traps all harmful particles, including metallic chips which result from abnormal engine wear. Because the oil flows through many layers of locked-in fibers, there is no migration of fiber material to clog engine oil passages or affect bearing surfaces. According to industry-approved tests, the CHAMPION oil filters trap and hold more dirt and harmful particles during their normal operating time than any other similar filters.
Product Features:
Replacement elements service engine-mounted or line-installed filter systems incorporating a permanent housing assembly.
All sizes of replacement elements are packed 12 per case of a single part number in heavy, re-shippable corrugated-board cartons
Modern spin-on oil filters contain the element, incorporating the anti-drain back valve mechanism (and internal bypass valve 48108-1/48109-1), and are sealed in a disposable housing.
All sizes of spin-on filters are packed 12 per case of a single part number in heavy, re-shippable corrugated-board cartons.
Silicone impregnated filter gasket aids in future removal.
Shorter stud length on CH 48110-1 for tight clearance applications.
Heavy, corrugated steel center tube supports each convoluted pleat of the filter element and produces a substantially higher collapse-pressure rating, twice that of other similar filters.
Maximum full-flow design, without interference from center-bolt oil filter assemblies, provides increased oil filtration each engine-operating hour.
Sold each or in packs of 12 filters per pack.
