DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® 491 and 471 hose fittings consist of an AN818 style nut, an externally threaded 37 nipple and an internally threaded hose socket. Fittings of sizes 3 through 6 have nuts and nipples of cadmium plated steel. Nuts and nipples for size 8 and larger are of anodized aluminum. Fittings conform to MS24587. DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® FD45 Series quick disconnect couplings are general purpose industrial interchange couplings offered in different sizes, materials, port and multiple valved and non-valved configurations. They are replaced by EATON Hansen HK 1-8 Series couplings which set the industry standard for ISO B Couplings.
They feature a rugged PUSH-PULL design ball latch mechanism allowing quick and easy connection and disconnection of hose lines. Their automatic self-sealing poppet valves provide excellent high and low pressure sealing. Standard seal materials include Buna-N, EPR and Viton. Standard body materials Include:
- High resistance carbon steel with zinc trivalent chromate plating (Brass poppet guide in –02 size)

SAE100 R7 thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are commonly used with petroleum, fire-resistant, and water-base fluids, pneumatic, fuel, and lubricating systems. These hoses are poduced by different manufacturers such as KURT HYDRAULICS, DANFOSS EATON, PARKER and others they are offered as standard (conductive) and non-conductive (blocking electrical flow). They are generally composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube and cover are made from high quality thermoplastic while reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber.
KURT HYDRAULICS, part of KURT Manufacturing Group. manufactures and supplies a wide range of hydraulic fittings, hoses and couplings. The KURT HYDRAULICS thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Available in different grades for medium- to high-pressure applications in a range of sizes from 1/8” to 1”, depending on grade. Matching hydraulic fittings, quick crimpers, and more are also offered to create a complete hydraulic system.
KURT HYDRAULICS SAE100 R7 hoses feature a three-layer construction—nylon inner tubes, braided synthetic fiber reinforcements, and flexible, durable urethane outer sleeves. Offered in electrically conductive and non-conductive styles in most grades. They are rated up to 5000 PSI WP and 20000 PSI BP, varying by grade and diameter. AN823 45° Flared Tube & Pipe Thread Elbow Fittings are superseded by those of Military Standard MS20823 and these are superseded in turn by SAE-AS5196 standard. These fittings are offered as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines in steel or aluminum in different tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches. Aluminum fittings are designated by the letter "D" after the suffix number.

Plastic tubes sleeves combine durability and flexibility with low cost and light weight. SAE-AS5174/MS24392/AN815 series union, flared tube male to male hydraulic fittings are available as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches. The AN815 series fittings are superseded by the respective fittings of Military Standard MS24392 which in turn are superseded by SAE International standard SAE-AS5174 series. Materials include: Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES), Titanium Alloy. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.) in inches. The following Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting. Finish code “V” in the PN indicates high purity Aluminum coating for “W” or “D” fittings.
Depending on their Part Number they are sold in pieces but also in packs a with specified number of fittings indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU).

For example, AS5174D0606 union fitting is made from Aluminum Alloy with a tubing outer diameter (O.D.) 3/8" and a 0.5625-18 UNJF thread. The corresponding union fitting in AN832 series would be AN815-6D.
Note: In SAE AS standards for new designs, Aluminum fittings with material code letter D in their Part or Identifying Number (PIN) are replaced by those with material code letter W for Aluminum Alloy 7075-T73 providing a higher tensile strength. In addition CRES fittings with material code letter S can be used for replacement parts. For new designs use of CRES fittings with material code letter R is recommended for applications requiring higher temperature.

DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® AE246/AE446/AE546/AE846 Series Hoses are based on AE246 advanced technology designed, tested and proved high pressure 3000 psi PTFE hose with Hi-Pac®braid reinforcement containing densely packed small diameter wires braided over a minimum thickness Teflon tube. This reinforcement offers up to 50% lighter in weight while the wires absorb stress more uniformly resulting in a stronger wire braid with less metal. Available in different tubing sizes and internal diameters in inches. They meet or exceed AS1339 performance requirements.
The AE546 series hoses feature an integral braided polyester chafe guard (manufactured by braiding polyester yarn onto existing hose styles) while those of AE246 series come with an integral silicone firesleeve.
The AE446 and AE846 Series hoses are AE246 high pressure teflon hoses with an integral silicone asbestos free fire protection (sleeve), adhering directly onto the hose metal braid and end fittings to form a smooth, tight bond.
Common end fittings used with these hoses include CRES fittings of -3 to -12 thread size, flared (MS33656), flareless (MS33514) or BSP type offered in straight, 45 deg and 90 deg styles.
“Super Gem” Reusable Flared Fittings can also be used with these hoses. They consist of 3 pieces: a socket, sleeve and nipple assembly.Made from corrosion resistant materials elbow fittings are available in standard, 45°, and 90° styles. Mate with AS4395 and AS33514 end connections. These service proven flared fittings provide permanent protection against leakage, even after high temperature aging and pressure impulsing to 250,000 cycles or more. This is due to the separation of the sealing function from the retention function.

Flared tube coupling nuts conforming SAE International standard AS5175 are used for a leak-free solution on aircraft and other applications replacing respective AN818 parts. Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting (No code for Steel 1137 or 4130, "D" for Aluminum alloys (except 7075-T73), "J" for 304 Stainless Steel (CRES 304), "K" for 316 Stainless Steel (CRES 316), "T" for Titanium 64AI-4V or "W" for Aluminum 7075-T73. The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 Aerospace Firesleeve was specially developed to meet the fire resistance requirements of FAA TSO C53a or TSO-C75. This firesleeve can be indentified by its orange colored outer surface. It can be used for all fuel, oil, hydraulic, fire extinguisher & propeller feathering lines for "Fire-proof"(*) hose lines functioning effectively within a continuous operating temperature range of -65F to +450F (-54C to +232C). It is denser and more tightly woven and has more fiberglass than most of the competition. Even the thickness of the protective silicone is better. Available in different internal diameters in inches. The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 can be used with EATON AEROQUIP hoses and 900591B clamps to secure firesleeve material on each end over the basic hose assembly. Please refer to chart for correct size or contact us for additional information.
(*) Conforming with FAA requirements, "Fire-resistant"hose lines must withstand a 5-minute exposure under specified flow conditions without failure. "Fire-proof" hose lines must withstand a direct flame for 15 minutes.
NYLO-SEAL tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.

GATES FLEXCORD PLUS Series lightweight straight coolant hoses have been designed to withstand today's severe conditions in automotive applications. They feature EPDM tube with Aramid reinforcement and EPDM cover. Non-latching automatic self-sealing and Thread-Lok Quick Disconnect (QD) valved hose couplings are manufactured by the Stratoflex Products Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation.
Automatic couplings are recommended for use with today's advanced precision fluid systems for space flight, aircraft, ground and undersea applications. Stratoflex non-latching automatic self-sealing couplings are designed for use in diverse applications like electronic cooling systems, hydraulic accumulators/cylinders, brake systems, manifolds, vapor cycle and cryogenic systems. Automatic couplings are best utilized where space is limited, and hands off operation is required. Small envelope, high performance and unsurpassed reliability are key features of Stratoflex non-latching couplings. Their respective Thread-Lok Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Quick Disconnect (QD) couplings are intended for use with fluid conveyance systems providing a robust connection for ground service equipment to the aircraft flight systems. The Thread-Lok QD is used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications.
They integrate a highly reliable and robust positive locking mechanism to ensure the performance needed in difficult aircraft system environments such as the engine nacelle, landing gear and brake systems, and other QD demanding installations . The Thread-Lok QD couplings can be used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications while they provide a simple one-hand operation to thread the QD halves together with a visual confirmation of proper and full coupling to improve both time and safety.
The Thread-Lok QDs incorporate tang and slot design, with QDs engaging and locking in one position when the coupling halves are threaded together and fully connected, providing both visual and touch indication of the fully connected position.
