POLY-FLO tube is a flexible, economical thermoplastic tube fabricated from high molecular weight polyethylene for improved strength. The base resin has the greatest resistance to environmental stress cracking of all the regular polyethylenes. Used for instrument or pneumatic lines. Use Nylo-Seal fittings (259-N inserts are required), nylon or polyethylene hose fittings such as 0710-153. It meets A.S.T.M. D-1248-60T, Type 1, Class A, Grade 4 and Federal Specification LP- 590, Type 2, Grade 7. Color:- natural.

Hydraulic  & pneumatic fittings (also called compressed air connectors)  are used today in a wide range of applications as a connection for conductors such as hoses, tubes, pipes and machinery carrying fluids or gas and compressed air respectively to maintain their pressure without leakage. Nylaflow®, Nylon Tubing is a high-quality pressure tubing, available in several types. Nylaflow® tubes are tough and durable, offering low friction and high flexibility. Offered by different producers, Nylaflow® tubing is suitable for applications that require toughness, resilience, a small bend radius and high burst strength. Nylaflow® tubing offers superior burst strength compared to vinyl, ethylene, and urethane tubing and it is a high performance, long-lasting alternative to copper, rubber, aluminum and other types of plastic tubing. Its high burst rating makes it a common solution pneumatic and hydraulic lines. Nylon has excellent chemical resistance and can withstand exposure to relatively high concentrations of harsh chemicals at elevated temperatures. Its extremely smooth inner surface resists abrasion and wear and makes for a low coefficient of friction. It is often used in corrosive environments because of its excellent resistance to harsh chemicals. 

Nylaflow® tubing comes in different types.

Types T (Thin Wall) and H (Heavy Wall) are the most common Nylaflow general purpose tubing made from type 6/6 nylon. FDA compliant for use in food or beverage handling applications also meeting 3A sanitary standards. The High performance of this Nylon tubing makes it perfect for applications that require durability, resilience, a small bend radius, and high burst strength.

Type LM tubing is a premium high flex tubing available in two types: natural or black, which exhibits improved light stability. Type LM offers excellent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. Often used in automotive fuel lines, lubrication lines, air lines, and vacuum environments.

Type LP tubing is a low pressure, general purpose type 6 nylon tubing with carbon added for UV stability. 

Nylaflow® nylon tubing is available with custom markings, cut to length and custom packaging. It can be cut with a sharp knife and flared hot or cold. They are odorless, tasteless and noncorrosive.

The AE701 hoses consist an upgraded version and a direct replacement for old 601 ones, widely used for aircraft fuel and oil lines where flexibility and light weight are prime considerations. The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 Aerospace  Firesleeve was specially developed to meet the fire resistance requirements of FAA TSO C53a or TSO-C75. This firesleeve can be indentified by its orange colored outer surface.  It can be used for all fuel, oil, hydraulic, fire extinguisher & propeller feathering lines for "Fire-proof"(*)  hose lines functioning effectively within a continuous operating temperature range of -65F to +450F (-54C to +232C). It is denser and more tightly woven and has more fiberglass than most of the competition. Even the thickness of the protective silicone is better. Available in different internal diameters in inches. The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 can be used with EATON AEROQUIP hoses and 900591B clamps to secure firesleeve material on each end over the basic hose assembly. Please refer to chart for correct size or contact us for additional information. 

(*) Conforming with FAA requirements, "Fire-resistant"hose  lines must withstand a 5-minute exposure under specified flow conditions without failure. "Fire-proof" hose lines must withstand a direct flame for 15 minutes.

NYLO-SEAL tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.

NEWTON CONSULTING offers a range of fuel valves featuring distinct features that make them better than the rest. Ceramic disks have no soft moving/rubbing seals to wear out, unlike other valves but also give an 'indefinite' life with a very smooth light action.

The lift and turn selector is instinctive, secure, and easier to use than the complex 'lift button' type. The locking detents avoid accidental movements. The fixings match most installations, and the internal ports prevent cross feeds, unless 'selected to 'Both'.

NEWTON offered valves range from simple V1 and V3, designed to minimise stockholding costs to V6, tapped 10mm for standard Rotax banjo's on the input and 1/4" nps output or V9 and V10 duplex valves, threaded 1/4"nps which will accept 1/4"npt fittings and NEWTON AN-6 banjo assembly.

NEWTON fittings (purchased separately) can be used with these valves. Normal AN fittings will not fit directly to these valves.

NEWTON Male AN fittings enable plumbing straight into the aeroplane system with no extra fittings to buy. The lightweight alloy construction is anodized for protection; the Viton 0 ring seals are suitable for all current fuels.  For experimental aircraft only.
