The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life. The FC300 hoses are designed for high pressure fluid applications such as power steering, hydraulics, air, fuel, lubricating oils, fire resistant hydraulic fluids and other industrial fluids. The Parker Stratoflex’s Thread-Lok Quick Disconnect (QD) valved couplings provide a proven solution for fluid conveyance systems  for aerospace and derivative markets when envelope and weight are important and robust performance is critical. Applications range from hydraulic, fuel, and cooling systems to pneumatic, air data systems, landing gears, wheel and brakes hydraulic fluid motors, military ground vehicles and space applications. Their respective Thread-Lok Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Quick Disconnect (QD) couplings are intended for use with fluid conveyance systems providing a robust connection for ground service equipment to the aircraft flight systems. The Thread-Lok QD is used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications.

The Thread-Lok QDs incorporate tang and slot design, with QDs engaging and locking in one position when the coupling halves are threaded together and fully connected, providing both visual and touch indication of the fully connected position. MIL-DTL 6000D Soft Flexible Aircraft Fuel (*), Oil, Water & Alcohol Rubber Hoses (superseeding MIL-DTL-6000C hoses) are offered as part of our own labeled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They replace the respective MIL-DTL 6000C hoses.

These hoses are designed to handle oil, alcohol, coolant, and water.  The tube of these hoses is oil resistant with a black cover reinforced with high strength mildew resistant yarns. It withstands extreme temperature conditions from -40 deg. F to +250 deg. F.  Lightweight, flexible and easy-to-handle, they meet or exceed U.S. military specs and consist the right choice for hard-to-get-to spots in tight engine compartments. Their burst pressure is 1000 PSI (400 PSI for the hose with ID 2-1/2 in.).

Flared sleeve fittings are cylindrical metallic parts designed to be used on tubing to back up the flared end and provide a bearing surface for the coupling nut, thereby reducing wear on the tubing flare. POLY-FLO tube is a flexible, economical thermoplastic tube fabricated from high molecular weight polyethylene for improved strength. The base resin has the greatest resistance to environmental stress cracking of all the regular polyethylenes. Used for instrument or pneumatic lines. Use Nylo-Seal fittings (259-N inserts are required), nylon or polyethylene hose fittings such as 0710-153. It meets A.S.T.M. D-1248-60T, Type 1, Class A, Grade 4 and Federal Specification LP- 590, Type 2, Grade 7. Color:- natural.

SAE-AS1035/MS24402/AN824 series tee, flared tube fittings are available as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches. The AN824 series tee fittings are superseded by the respective fittings of SAE-AS1035 series (SAE International, Standard SAE AS1035, FITTING, TEE, STANDARD AND REDUCER, FLARED). They are manufactured from Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES), Titanium Alloy. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.)  in inches. The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 Aerospace  Firesleeve was specially developed to meet the fire resistance requirements of FAA TSO C53a or TSO-C75. This firesleeve can be indentified by its orange colored outer surface.  It can be used for all fuel, oil, hydraulic, fire extinguisher & propeller feathering lines for "Fire-proof"(*)  hose lines functioning effectively within a continuous operating temperature range of -65F to +450F (-54C to +232C). It is denser and more tightly woven and has more fiberglass than most of the competition. Even the thickness of the protective silicone is better. Available in different internal diameters in inches. Sold by the foot.

The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 can be used with EATON AEROQUIP hoses and 900591B clamps to secure firesleeve material on each end over the basic hose assembly. Please refer to chart for correct size or contact us for additional information.
