The Parker Aerospace (Stratoflex Products Division) offers a broad array of PTFE, rubber and metal hose and hose assemblies, hose fittings, rigid tube assemblies, couplings, quick disconnects, swivel joints, fuel break-away valves, hydraulic fuses, and flow regulators, and specialty fittings including permanently swaged and welded fittings suitable for virtually any aerospace application. Parker Stratoflex 111 hoses come in different tube sizes, hose outside (OD) and inner diameters and they are designed for operation under different working, proof and burst pressures.
Product Specifications:
Hose meets or exceeds the requirements of "MIL-H-8794" "MIL-DTL-8794" standards. Fittings meet the requirements of MIL-A-5070. Hose assemblies meet or exceed requirements of MIL-H-8795. See information bulletin IB-1030 for TSO approvals.
Construction: Tube - Seamless synthetic rubber adhesive.
Reinforcement - One fiber braid and one high tensile steel wire braid.
Cover - Fiber braid impregnated with oil and mildew resistant rubber adhesive.
Identification: Stratoflex name and part number; specification number, size number, quarter and year of manufacture; and federal identification number (CAGE).
Applications: Aircraft hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant, fuel and oil systems. See MS33620 and MIL-H-8795.
Temperature Range: Size -3 thru -12: -65 to +250 F (-54 to +121 C); Size -16 thru -48: -40 to +250 F (-40 to +121 C)
