GATES brand name is synonymous with engineered state-of-the-art quality hoses, couplings and accessories to cover an extensive range of application requirements ranging from water to welding, petroleum to pressure washing, and from mining to material handling. Every hose system component is tested under harsh environmental conditions and rigorous operational demands to ensure your Gates solution maximizes your value and minimizes your downtime. GATES couplings & ferrules feature simple coupling design and revolutionary performance. A brief overview of GATES hoses and couplings is provided at the Product Description section. For additional information please consult the supplied documentation or contact us.
In close co-operation with their respective quality manufacturers, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA industrial hoses address application requirements in many different industries. Combined with an extensive range of available fittings they consist cost-effective solutions with their high quality, cost savings and prompt deliveries. Apart from the hoses, custom hose assemblies can be furnished with fittings pre-installed as per customer specifications.
Hoses are sold in feet or meters and fittings or hose assemblies in pieces. For additional information please consult the Product Description section or contact us for a quotation.
EATON AEROQUIP® brand name represents quality and innovation for aerospace and other industrial applications with a wide range of hoses, fittings, couplings and connectors available to cover application requirements. Following the acquisition of Eaton’s hydraulics business by DANFOSS, EATON AEROQUIP® products form now part of DANFOSS product portfolio.
DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® 816/8846/8891 series flared hose fittings can be used with DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® 601 hoses and are available in different sizes. The 816 series straight hose fittings and 8891 series 90 Deg. hose fittings both consist of a pre-assembled nut/nipple assembly and an internally threaded hose socket. The size 4 fitting has a cadmium plated steel nut and nipple. Sizes 6, 8 and 10 nuts and nipples, and all sizes of sockets, are anodized aluminum. The 8846 series fittings are 45° hose fittings with swivel flared UNJF threads. They are noted for their outstanding performance as a result of a unique lipseal design concept. During assembly the nipple spur cuts a lip in the tube stock of the hose forming the fluid seal.
For additional information please consult the supplied documentation or contact us.
Note: DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® 816 fittings ARE NOT THE SAME as AN816 fittings. Please specify at the time of ordering.
VENA® HT Series flexible hoses (SCAT equivalent) are made of one layer of glass fabric silicone coated and visible steel wire spiral inside. For use in conducting extremely cold or hot air (temperature range: -65°F to +550°F). Available in different internal diameters in inches. Sold by the foot.
NYLO-SEAL tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.
Hydraulic & pneumatic fittings (also called compressed air connectors) are used today in a wide range of applications as a connection for conductors such as hoses, tubes, pipes and machinery carrying fluids or gas and compressed air respectively to maintain their pressure without leakage. Whether their intended use is for fluids (hydraulic) or gas/compressed air (pneumatic) they are manufactured in a range of materials from plastic and aluminum to steel and stainless steel for maximum corrosion and chemical resistance. They come in different specifications (for military, aerospace or industrial uses), different thread types, such as British Standard Pipe (BSP) or U.S. National Pipe Thread (NPT/PTF) and sizes in inch or metric systems. Depending on the specific conductor/fitting application requirement different fittings are selected. Push-in fittings are quick and easy to install, connect and disconnect, even multiple times. Compressed air couplings, consisting of a socket and plug combination are self-sealing connecting components traditionally used for pneumatic tools, hall installations and laboratory equipment. Compressed air distributors are the ideal choice whenever distribution of compressed air to different systems is required. Different types can be used to direct the compressed air from one access point to several outputs at the required location.
Hydraulic & pneumatic fittings are offered as OEM parts from well known manufacturers or as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are included in different product presentations throughout our Web Platform. In addition, a comprehensive range of tools and accessories (separately presented) are also offered ranging from connecting and disconnecting pliers, tubing and pipe cutters to union nuts, sealing caps, hollow bolts, hose clips, tubing straps and others.
Extending our range of offered fittings for hydraulic systems and fluid power applications, JIC (Joint Industry Council) 37° flare fittings can be supplied as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product porffolio. JIC fittings share the same 37° flare angle as AN (Army-Navy) fittings, listed separately but they exhibit significant differences in materials, design tolerances, and intended applications. Typically made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass, JIC 37° flare fittings are commonly used in agricultural equipment, construction, and general hydraulic industrial applications unlike AN fittings which were originally designed, developed and still widely used for military and aerospace applications meeting their strict performance requirements. Although JIC fittings are often interchangeable with AN fittings and also a cost-effective alternative for less demanding applications, AN fittings should be a prefered choice for aerospace, military or critical applications in high-pressure or high-precision environments.
Please consult the supplied documentation or contact us for non listed items.
EATON AEROQUIP® brand name represents quality and innovation for aerospace and other industrial applications with a wide range of hoses, fittings, couplings and connectors available to cover application requirements. Eaton’s hydraulics were acquired by DANFOSS and form part of DANFOSS product portfolio.
DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® AE246/AE446/AE546/AE846 Series Hoses are based on AE246 advanced technology designed, tested and proved high pressure 3000 psi PTFE hose with Hi-Pac®braid reinforcement containing densely packed small diameter wires braided over a minimum thickness Teflon tube. This reinforcement offers up to 50% lighter in weight while the wires absorb stress more uniformly resulting in a stronger wire braid with less metal. Available in different tubing sizes and internal diameters in inches. They meet or exceed AS1339 performance requirements.
The AE546 series hoses feature an integral braided polyester chafe guard (manufactured by braiding polyester yarn onto existing hose styles) while those of AE246 series come with an integral silicone firesleeve.
The AE446 and AE846 Series hoses are AE246 high pressure teflon hoses with an integral silicone asbestos free fire protection (sleeve), adhering directly onto the hose metal braid and end fittings to form a smooth, tight bond.
Common end fittings used with these hoses include CRES fittings of -3 to -12 thread size, flared (MS33656), flareless (MS33514) or BSP type offered in straight, 45 deg and 90 deg styles.
“Super Gem” Reusable Flared Fittings can also be used with these hoses. They consist of 3 pieces: a socket, sleeve and nipple assembly.Made from corrosion resistant materials elbow fittings are available in standard, 45°, and 90° styles. Mate with AS4395 and AS33514 end connections. These service proven flared fittings provide permanent protection against leakage, even after high temperature aging and pressure impulsing to 250,000 cycles or more. This is due to the separation of the sealing function from the retention function.
The AEROQUIP® hoses are priced and sold by the foot unless otherwise specified. Fittings can be separately purchased in pieces.
For additional information please consult the Product Description section and the supplied documentation.
