BAND-IT Junior® series smooth ID hose clamps come in a wide choice of widths, thicknesses and inside diameters in Imperial and Metric systems. They are made from different materials such as 201 austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel or Galvanized Carbon Steel (GCS). With their leak resistant design BAND-IT JS® clamps out-perform the other common clamping methods of hose sleeve clamping. They reduce the risk of leaks especially when used on thin walled hoses, ensuring that hose sleeving stays in place through the life of the sleeve. Their low profile buckle design reduces the clearance needed around the hose and has no sharp edges or tail that could cause injuries. Available for hose assemblies up to 8" outside diameter.
BAND-IT Junior® clamps are also offered as preformed clamps used in a wide array of agricultural and industrial applications. Preformed clamps are made from Alloy 625, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its high strength, high toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. They are vibration resistant and require no hammering or crimping to complete installation. Clamps automatically lock in place under full tension in one simple level movement of the clamp tool(*).
BAND-IT JS® Clamp Features:
Vibration resistant lip lock design. No hammering or crimping
Unique buckle nest and smooth ID design reduces leak paths
Double wrapped steel bands for additional strength
Various materials for corrosive environments
Sold in packages with specified number of clamps per package indicated after the letters "PKG" in the product reference number (SKU).

Hydraulic & pneumatic fittings (also called compressed air connectors) are used today in a wide range of applications as a connection for conductors such as hoses, tubes, pipes and machinery carrying fluids or gas and compressed air respectively to maintain their pressure without leakage. Whether their intended use is for fluids (hydraulic) or gas/compressed air (pneumatic) they are manufactured in a range of materials from plastic and aluminum to steel and stainless steel for maximum corrosion and chemical resistance. They come in different specifications (for military, aerospace or industrial uses), different thread types, such as British Standard Pipe (BSP) or U.S. National Pipe Thread (NPT/PTF) and sizes in inch or metric systems. Depending on the specific conductor/fitting application requirement different fittings are selected. Push-in fittings are quick and easy to install, connect and disconnect, even multiple times. Compressed air couplings, consisting of a socket and plug combination are self-sealing connecting components traditionally used for pneumatic tools, hall installations and laboratory equipment. Compressed air distributors are the ideal choice whenever distribution of compressed air to different systems is required. Different types can be used to direct the compressed air from one access point to several outputs at the required location.
Hydraulic & pneumatic fittings are offered as OEM parts from well known manufacturers or as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are included in different product presentations throughout our Web Platform. In addition, a comprehensive range of tools and accessories (separately presented) are also offered ranging from connecting and disconnecting pliers, tubing and pipe cutters to union nuts, sealing caps, hollow bolts, hose clips, tubing straps and others.
Extending our range of offered fittings for hydraulic systems and fluid power applications, JIC (Joint Industry Council) 37° flare fittings can be supplied as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product porffolio. JIC fittings share the same 37° flare angle as AN (Army-Navy) fittings, listed separately but they exhibit significant differences in materials, design tolerances, and intended applications. Typically made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass, JIC 37° flare fittings are commonly used in agricultural equipment, construction, and general hydraulic industrial applications unlike AN fittings which were originally designed, developed and still widely used for military and aerospace applications meeting their strict performance requirements. Although JIC fittings are often interchangeable with AN fittings and also a cost-effective alternative for less demanding applications, AN fittings should be a prefered choice for aerospace, military or critical applications in high-pressure or high-precision environments.
Please consult the supplied documentation or contact us for non listed items.
Flared sleeve fittings are cylindrical metallic parts designed to be used on tubing to back up the flared end and provide a bearing surface for the coupling nut, thereby reducing wear on the tubing flare. The inside diameter of the flanged end is countersunk to form a seat for the flare when assembled to a mating fitting.
Coupling sleeves conforming to SAE International, standard AS5176 standard replace respective MS20819/AN819 sleeves and they are offered as part of our own (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. Sourced from quality producers these fittings are manufactured in different materials including 4130 Steel, Copper, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES) and Aluminum & Titanium Alloys. Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting.
Depending on their Part Number they are sold in pieces but also in packs a with specified number of fittings indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU).
The AN6298 bulkhead nuts are plain, hexagon nuts used in various aerospace applications. These have been superseded by respective part numbers of SAE International standard SAE-AS5178. Typically made from high-strength steel or corrosion-resistant alloys they are designed for use in high-stress environments such as aircraft assemblies. Sourced from quality manufacturers they are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials and thread sizes. The fitting composition is designated by a code letter in the part number of the fitting (No code letter for Steel, “D” for Aluminum Alloy, “J” for 304 Stainless Steel (CRES), “K” for 316 Stainless Steel or “T” for Titanium Alloy.
