KURT HYDRAULICS SAE 100R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hoses & Couplings SKU: KURT-HOSE-SAE100R7

SAE100 R7 thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are commonly used with petroleum, fire-resistant, and water-base fluids, pneumatic, fuel, and lubricating systems. These hoses are poduced by different manufacturers such as KURT HYDRAULICS, DANFOSS EATON, PARKER and others they are offered as standard (conductive) and non-conductive (blocking electrical flow). They are generally composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube and cover are made from high quality thermoplastic while reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber.

KURT HYDRAULICS, part of KURT Manufacturing Group. manufactures and supplies a wide range of hydraulic fittings, hoses and couplings. The KURT HYDRAULICS thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Available in different grades for medium- to high-pressure applications in a range of sizes from 1/8” to 1”, depending on grade. Matching hydraulic fittings, quick crimpers, and more are also offered to create a complete hydraulic system

KURT HYDRAULICS SAE100 R7 hoses feature a three-layer construction—nylon inner tubes, braided synthetic fiber reinforcements, and flexible, durable urethane outer sleeves. Offered in electrically conductive and non-conductive styles in most grades. They are rated up to 5000 PSI WP and 20000 PSI BP, varying by grade and diameter. All grades and sizes feature an operational temperature range from -40°F to +212°F.

Hoses are priced and sold by the foot unless otherwise specified. Fittings can be separately purchased in pieces.
