NYLO-SEAL tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.

Flared sleeve fittings are cylindrical metallic parts designed to be used on tubing to back up the flared end and provide a bearing surface for the coupling nut, thereby reducing wear on the tubing flare. The inside diameter of the flanged end is countersunk to form a seat for the flare when assembled to a mating fitting.

Coupling sleeves conforming to SAE International, standard AS5176 standard replace respective MS20819/AN819 sleeves and they are offered as part of our own (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. Sourced from quality producers these fittings are manufactured in different materials including 4130 Steel, Copper, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES) and Aluminum & Titanium Alloys. DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® wire reinforced synthetic rubber hoses are offered in different series (types) described below to meet respective application requirements. 

The AE701 hoses consist an upgraded version and a direct replacement for old 601 ones, widely used for aircraft fuel and oil lines where flexibility and light weight are prime considerations. They are made from specially formulated synthetic rubber  inner tube with two layers of stainless steel wire outer braid reinforcement.  Because of their lighter weight and lower operating pressure than type 303 hose, AE701 hoses are not recommended for hydraulic lines. The AE501 hoses are AE701 hoses overlaid with a blue braided chafeguard cover of tough polyester yarn. Both AE701 and  AE501 hoses meet MIL-H-83797, TSO C53a,Type A specification.

The AE401 series hoses are AE701 hoses with an integral cover of silicone rubber compound. They meet MIL-H-83797, TSO C53a,Type C specification.

Plastic tubes sleeves  combine durability and flexibility with low cost and light weight. Depending on the selected tube/sleeve, and intended use, they have resistance properties such as chemical, abrasion, kink, wear and tear resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, biocompatibility, and others. BAND-IT Junior® series smooth ID hose clamps come in a wide choice of widths, thicknesses and inside diameters in Imperial and Metric systems. They are made from different materials such as 201 austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel or Galvanized Carbon Steel (GCS). With their leak resistant design BAND-IT JS® clamps out-perform the other common clamping methods of hose sleeve clamping. They reduce the risk of leaks especially when used on thin walled hoses, ensuring that hose sleeving stays in place through the life of the sleeve. Their low profile buckle design reduces the clearance needed around the hose and has no sharp edges or tail that could cause injuries. Available for hose assemblies up to 8" outside diameter.

BAND-IT Junior® clamps are also offered as preformed clamps used in a wide array of agricultural and industrial applications. Preformed clamps are  made from Alloy 625, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its high strength, high toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. Their REFFLEX® advanced systems of refrigeration flexible hoses are offered in two sizes, DN-2.0mm, and DN-5.0mm while larger sizes are covered by their COLDLEX® system. NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are light-weight, aircraft application clamps from 300-series stainless steel available with either a 1/4" round slotted screw or a 1/4" slotted hex-head screw. 

NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are included as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are available in different sizes (NAS1924 clamps are available in sizes 48 & above). Both screw styles can be supplied with optional lock wire hole for tamper resistance. Black Oxide coated band versions (designated by the letter "L" in the part number) are also offered for increased wear resistance.

Like their SAE-AS5174/MS24392/AN815 union flared tube counterparts, SAE-AS5406/AN832 series fittings are manufactured from Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES), Titanium Alloy. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.)  in inches. The following Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting.
