Flared sleeve fittings are cylindrical metallic parts designed to be used on tubing to back up the flared end and provide a bearing surface for the coupling nut, thereby reducing wear on the tubing flare. The inside diameter of the flanged end is countersunk to form a seat for the flare when assembled to a mating fitting.

Coupling sleeves conforming to SAE International, standard AS5176 standard replace respective MS20819/AN819 sleeves and they are offered as part of our own (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. Sourced from quality producers these fittings are manufactured in different materials including 4130 Steel, Copper, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES) and Aluminum & Titanium Alloys. Hose and tubing insert fittings are available in high density black polyethylene or white nylon. SAE-AS1034/MS24401/AN821 90° series elbow 90°, flared tube fittings are available as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches.  AN821 and MS24401 series elbow fittings are superseded by the respective elbows of SAE International, standard AS1034 series. These fittings are made from different materials including Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES), and Titanium Alloy. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.)  in inches. The following Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting. Finish code “V” in the PN indicates high purity Aluminum coating for “W” or “D” fittings.

“J” for CRES, type 304

For example, a 90° elbow fitting with a flared tube 3/8 in. size connection corresponds to PN AS1034D0606 when made from Aluminum Alloy or AS1034W0606 when made from 7075-T73 Aluminum Alloy replacing respective AN821-6D 90° elbow fitting from Anodized Aluminum Alloy with a 37 deg flared tube 3/8 in. connection, and a  UNJF / Class 3A thread of 9/16-18 in. size. AN821 fittings of tube outer diameters  3/4 in. (size 12) and above come with UNJ / Class 3A threads.

Note: In SAE AS standards for new designs, aluminum fittings with material code letter D in their Part or Identifying Number (PIN) are replaced by those with material code letter W for Aluminum Alloy 7075-T73 providing a higher tensile strength. In addition CRES fittings with material code letter S can be used for replacement parts. For new designs use of CRES fittings with material code letter R is recommended for applications requiring higher temperature.

The 302A/303 medium pressure hose includes a seamless synthetic rubber compound inner tube with a single cotton braid reinforcement and a synthetic rubber outer cover. Operating temperatures: -65°F to +160°F (-53ºC to +71ºC). Used in air or vacuum instrument systems, automatic pilots and lines to pressure gauges used with these systems as specified in MS33620. AN822 90° Flared Tube & Pipe Thread Elbow Fittings are superseded by those of Military Standard MS20822 and these are superseded in turn by SAE-AS5195 standard. These fittings are made from different materials such as carbon steel, aluminum or corrosion resistant steel (stainless steel), sourced from quality manufacturers and offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different tube outer diameters and NPT thread sizes in inches. Thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are used in certain hydraulic control applications where low volumetric expansion properties are desired for more precise actions or control. Such applications include those for precision gauging, pilot lines, steering lines, grease systems, as well as other applications which cannot be subject to conductivity (use around power lines) or where moisture cannot be present, such as for spray foam. As with "rubber" hydraulic hose, not all brands of thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are built the same even though they may meet the same SAE specifications. Higher end brand hoses will typically be made to higher tolerances, better compounds, better resistance to various factors, added durability, enhanced engineering methods, and additional assurance of a proven system. With leading, innovative manufacturers such as Aeroquip, the market has seen improvements in hose design - such as more flexibility, lighter weight, higher temperature compounds, tougher covers, less manufacturing defects, and overall more durable products.

ΕΑΤΟΝ SYNFLEX® thermoplastic hose and tubing has been replacing rubber hose or metal tubing designs offering customers a number of benefits, including flexibility, durability, abrasion resistance, lighter weight materials, superior chemical resistance, variety of colors, high pressure capability and extended product performance.

Each component of the SYNFLEX® hose assembly system is compatible with other approved Eaton components to which it relates ensuring a complete hose assembly system. Component compatibility, along with the use of quality components, insures the production of reliable hose assemblies when properly assembled. Intermixing of fittings and hose not specifically engineered and designed for use with each other and Eaton equipment is not recommended and may result in the production of unsafe or unreliable hose assemblies. This can result in hose assembly leakage, hose separation or other failures which can cause serious bodily injury or property damage from spraying fluids, flying projectiles, or other substances. NYLO-SEAL tube fittings are exceptionally strong. The bodies, made of nylon, are stronger than machined fittings of similar composition. They are furnished complete with nut/sleeve assemblies, made of acetal copolymer. Since the sleeve snaps into and is retained by the nut there is no fumbling for a loose sleeve. Just insert tube into the fitting and tighten the nut 2 to 2-1/2 full turns. Note: The most frequently used combination of tube and pipe sizes are 1/4" Tube x 1/8" Pipe and 3/8" Tube x1/4" Pipe.

DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® FD45 Series quick disconnect couplings are  general purpose industrial interchange couplings offered in different sizes, materials, port  and multiple valved and non-valved configurations. They are replaced by EATON Hansen HK 1-8 Series couplings which set the industry standard for ISO B Couplings.

They feature a rugged PUSH-PULL design ball latch mechanism allowing quick and easy connection and disconnection of hose lines. The AE701 hoses consist an upgraded version and a direct replacement for old 601 ones, widely used for aircraft fuel and oil lines where flexibility and light weight are prime considerations.
