CTA 2000 series of adhesives are all two part adhesives with 1:1 ratio, meaning the adhesive and the activator are equal size.  CTA 2000 series range from Structural Acrylic (Methyl Methacrylate), Reinforced Polyurethane or Epoxy resins.  The strongest of these adhesives would be the Methacrylate adhesive, high temp resistance, tensile and shear performance. Capable of filling gaps up to 10mm whilst maintaining it’s structural strength and characteristics and capable of going through a powder coat oven short term at 220°C. Open times vary from 4-50 minutes.  Polyurethane adhesives have low or no odour or shrinkage and are more environmentally friendly.  Epoxy resins are traditional yet still have have a unique quality as they are available clear and can be better at bonding some metals such as copper and brass with open times varying from 5 – 50 minutes.

CTA two part structural adhesive 2105 is CTA strongest two part adhesive and also the company's biggest selling item. It is suitable for bonding aluminium, steel, engineered plastics and composites together. Available in neutral or black colours, in 50ml and 400ml cartridges and in various packages of 1, 2, 6 or 12 cartridges per pack.

PPG AEROSPACE® Corrosion Inhibitive Aircraft Sealants & Jointing Compounds include different products offered in different packings.

PPG AEROSPACE® P/S (Pro Seal) 870 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealants are two-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compounds.  They have a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250­°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275° (135°C). They act as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on the aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The cured sealant maintains elastomeric properties after limited exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas. Offered in A, B & C classes.

P/S 870 Class A uncured material is suitable for application by brush in thickness up to 25 mils. It cures at room temperatures to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. Supplied in two-part kits and Semco® cartridges.

P/S 870 Class B uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. Available in two-part kits or Semkit® cartridges. 

P/S 870 Class C uncured material is designed for roller and faying surface sealing applications. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. Available in two-part kits and Semco® cartridges.

PPG AEROSPACE® Proseal P/S 890 Class A and B are aircraft integral fuel tank sealants. GOODRICH® ShineMaster™ Prep is a deep-cleaning surface treatment that prepares de-icers for the ShineMaster™ luster. SHELL® lubricating oils can be used on turbines (TURBO turbine oils separately presented), rotary and reciprocating compressors (CORENA), stationary gas engines (MYSELLA), power-generation (ARGINA & GADINIA), transformers (DIALA), axle, gear and transmission systems (SPIRAX ), slideways (TONNA), as bearing & circulating oils (MORLINA), process oils (RISELLA X) as well as for worm drive gears (OMALA). TELLUS hydraulic oils, Coolants and GADUS greases are also offered as part of SHELL® range of industrial lubricants. ZET-CHEMIE® brand relates to a broad range of lubricants, cleaners and corrosion protection products for metal processing developed, manufactured and distributed by by ZET-CHEMIE GmbH for 30 years.

ZET-CHEMIE® water-miscible cooling lubricants are based on mineral oil-containing emulsion concentrates or mineral oil-free solutions. They have been used many years successfully for processing all kinds of materials. Their cutting and grinding oils are based on mineral or syntethic base oils and can be used in both chip and non-cutting metal machining processes. 

ZET-CHEMIE® corrosion protection products provide plants and components with the best corrosion protection depending on the application requirements.

ZET-CHEMIE® metal cleaners effectively address requirements for cleanliness of components in metalworking. 

ZET-CHEMIE® range of industrial lubricants can be used in a wide range of applications. 

HLP hydraulic oils feature good demulsifying properties, high stability against ageing and wear protection. They correspond to DIN 51524 Part 2. Available in the viscosity range ISO 2 – 150. HLP-D hydraulic oil conforms to DIN 51524 Part 2 with excellent detergent and dispersion features, plus wear protection. Available in the viscosity range ISO 68 – 150. 

CLP high-performance industrial gearbox oils are suitable for all industrial applications. They correspond to DIN 51517 Part 3. Their load stage is greater than 12. Available in the viscosity range ISO 5 – 680.

CGLP sliding track lubricating oils are suitable for tracks and guide rails. Their good demulsifying properties prevent them mixing with cooling lubricants. Correspond to DIN 51502 CGLP. Available in the viscosity range ISO 32 – 460.

VDL ZET-compressor oils with low evaporation losses and high stability against ageing conform to DIN 51506 VDL. Used in reciprocating and rotary lobe compressors according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Available in the viscosity range ISO 68 – 150. 

ZET-CHEMIE®  paraffin-based machine oils can be used for lubricating spindles in tooling machines. Transparent and resistant to oxidation. Available in the viscosity range ISO 2 – 32. 

ZET-CHEMIE® product portfolio also includes multi-purpose, fluid, bearing, high temperature and silicon greases in all NLGi classes and all container sizes from cartridges through to drums.Also car oils for petrol or diesel engines and trucks with EURO IV emission limits.
