Download (5.3MB)Non-latching automatic self-sealing and Thread-Lok Quick Disconnect (QD) valved hose couplings are manufactured by the Stratoflex Products Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation.
Automatic couplings are recommended for use with today's advanced precision fluid systems for space flight, aircraft, ground and undersea applications. Stratoflex non-latching automatic self-sealing couplings are designed for use in diverse applications like electronic cooling systems, hydraulic accumulators/cylinders, brake systems, manifolds, vapor cycle and cryogenic systems. Automatic couplings are best utilized where space is limited, and hands off operation is required. Small envelope, high performance and unsurpassed reliability are key features of Stratoflex non-latching couplings. Available in different tube sizes, from sub-miniature to one inch in aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium and other exotic materials. They meet SAE Aerospace Standards AS4251,AS5072/1/2/3.
The Parker Stratoflex’s Thread-Lok Quick Disconnect (QD) valved couplings provide a proven solution for fluid conveyance systems for aerospace and derivative markets when envelope and weight are important and robust performance is critical. Applications range from hydraulic, fuel, and cooling systems to pneumatic, air data systems, landing gears, wheel and brakes hydraulic fluid motors, military ground vehicles and space applications. Their respective Thread-Lok Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Quick Disconnect (QD) couplings are intended for use with fluid conveyance systems providing a robust connection for ground service equipment to the aircraft flight systems. The Thread-Lok QD is used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications.
They integrate a highly reliable and robust positive locking mechanism to ensure the performance needed in difficult aircraft system environments such as the engine nacelle, landing gear and brake systems, and other QD demanding installations . The Thread-Lok QD couplings can be used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications while they provide a simple one-hand operation to thread the QD halves together with a visual confirmation of proper and full coupling to improve both time and safety.
The Thread-Lok QDs incorporate tang and slot design, with QDs engaging and locking in one position when the coupling halves are threaded together and fully connected, providing both visual and touch indication of the fully connected position. They use Parker’s efficient, self-sealing valve design that permits fluid flow with minimum pressure loss and turbulence.
Available in different tube sizes, from ¼ to one inch. Their stainless steel construction meets typical electrical bonding requirements. They meet or exceed MIL-C-25427 and AS1709 specifications.

BAND-IT Junior® series smooth ID hose clamps come in a wide choice of widths, thicknesses and inside diameters in Imperial and Metric systems. They are made from different materials such as 201 austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel or Galvanized Carbon Steel (GCS). With their leak resistant design BAND-IT JS® clamps out-perform the other common clamping methods of hose sleeve clamping. They reduce the risk of leaks especially when used on thin walled hoses, ensuring that hose sleeving stays in place through the life of the sleeve. Their low profile buckle design reduces the clearance needed around the hose and has no sharp edges or tail that could cause injuries. Available for hose assemblies up to 8" outside diameter.
BAND-IT Junior® clamps are also offered as preformed clamps used in a wide array of agricultural and industrial applications. Preformed clamps are made from Alloy 625, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its high strength, high toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. They are vibration resistant and require no hammering or crimping to complete installation. Clamps automatically lock in place under full tension in one simple level movement of the clamp tool(*).
BAND-IT JS® Clamp Features:
Vibration resistant lip lock design. No hammering or crimping
Unique buckle nest and smooth ID design reduces leak paths
Double wrapped steel bands for additional strength
Various materials for corrosive environments
Sold in packages with specified number of clamps per package indicated after the letters "PKG" in the product reference number (SKU).

Thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are used in certain hydraulic control applications where low volumetric expansion properties are desired for more precise actions or control. Such applications include those for precision gauging, pilot lines, steering lines, grease systems, as well as other applications which cannot be subject to conductivity (use around power lines) or where moisture cannot be present, such as for spray foam. As with "rubber" hydraulic hose, not all brands of thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are built the same even though they may meet the same SAE specifications. Higher end brand hoses will typically be made to higher tolerances, better compounds, better resistance to various factors, added durability, enhanced engineering methods, and additional assurance of a proven system. With leading, innovative manufacturers such as Aeroquip, the market has seen improvements in hose design - such as more flexibility, lighter weight, higher temperature compounds, tougher covers, less manufacturing defects, and overall more durable products.
ΕΑΤΟΝ SYNFLEX® thermoplastic hose and tubing has been replacing rubber hose or metal tubing designs offering customers a number of benefits, including flexibility, durability, abrasion resistance, lighter weight materials, superior chemical resistance, variety of colors, high pressure capability and extended product performance.
Each component of the SYNFLEX® hose assembly system is compatible with other approved Eaton components to which it relates ensuring a complete hose assembly system. Component compatibility, along with the use of quality components, insures the production of reliable hose assemblies when properly assembled. Intermixing of fittings and hose not specifically engineered and designed for use with each other and Eaton equipment is not recommended and may result in the production of unsafe or unreliable hose assemblies. This can result in hose assembly leakage, hose separation or other failures which can cause serious bodily injury or property damage from spraying fluids, flying projectiles, or other substances. The ΕΑΤΟΝ warranty is limited to apply only when approved ΕΑΤΟΝ hose fittings and compatible ΕΑΤΟΝ SYNFLEX® hose are used with Eaton assembly equipment.
Hoses are priced and sold by the foot unless otherwise specified. Fittings can be separately purchased in pieces.

Depending on their Part Number they are sold in pieces but also in packs a with specified number of fittings indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU).
SAE-AS1035/MS24402/AN824 series tee, flared tube fittings are available as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines in different materials, tube outer diameters and thread sizes in inches. The AN824 series tee fittings are superseded by the respective fittings of SAE-AS1035 series (SAE International, Standard SAE AS1035, FITTING, TEE, STANDARD AND REDUCER, FLARED). They are manufactured from Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRES), Titanium Alloy. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.) in inches. The following Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting. Finish code “V” in the PN indicates high purity Aluminum coating for “W” or “D” fittings.
Depending on their Part Number they are sold in pieces but also in packs a with specified number of fittings indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU).
No code letter in part number for Carbon Steel
“D” for Aluminum Alloy (except 7075-T73)
“J” for CRES, type 304
“K” for CRES, type 316
“R” for CRES, type 321
“S” for CRES, type 347
“T” for Titanium Alloy 6AL-4V
“W” for Aluminum Alloy 7075-T73
For example, AS1035D in the PN of the fitting indicates that these are made from Aluminum Alloy.
Note: In SAE AS standards for new designs, aluminum fittings with material code letter D in their Part or Identifying Number (PIN) are replaced by those with material code letter W for Aluminum Alloy 7075-T73 providing a higher tensile strength. In addition CRES fittings with material code letter S can be used for replacement parts. For new designs use of CRES fittings with material code letter R is recommended for applications requiring higher temperature.
