SAE J30R6 Fuel and Oil Hoses
This SAE J30 Standard covers fuel and oil hoses, coupled and uncoupled, for use with gasoline, oil, diesel fuel, lubrication oil, or the vapor present in either the fuel system or in the crankcase of internal combustion engines in mobile, stationary, and marine applications. Section 6 covers low-pressure coupled and uncoupled synthetic rubber tubes and covers (SAE 30R6), (SAE 30R7), (SAE 30R8). This standard covers the hose portion only. Assemblies/couplings whenever required are suject to agreement with customers according to the specific application requirements.
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA SAE J30R6 rubber fuel/oil hoses are premium quality multi purpose hoses fully compliant with SAE J30R6 and British BSAU108/2 specifications. Very flexible for easy fluid routing, they are intended for use in automotive and engine applications for the conveyance of petroleum products with up to 50% aromatic content such as petrol (including unleaded petrol), diesel, ethanol and gasoline. Made of synthetic nitrile rubber (nitrile butadiene rubber,NBR aka Buna-N) with a high tensile synthetic fiber reinforcement (substituting respective steel) and a EPDM rubber cover resistant to oils and fuels, heat, ozone and weather. Rated Temperature Range: -40°C to +120°C. Working Pressure: 20 Bar, Bursting Pressure: 60 Bar. Applications: use as coolant, radiator, fuel, oil & air hose. Offered in different metric sizes (Tube ID from 5 to 25 mm, 3/16" to 1.00"). Sold in meters.
SAE 100R Series High Pressure Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA 100R Series high pressure hydraulic hoses consist of an inner tube of oil synthetic rubber, middle layer, 1, 2 or 3 layers of high tensile braided steel wires and an oil, abrasion and weather proof synthetic rubber lining. The inner rubber tube transfers the pressure to the medium, lining protects the steel wire reinforcement from corroding while the outer rubber lining protects the steel wire from wearing. These hoses feature use of synthetic rubber with excellent oil & heat aging resistance, fatigue resistance and high weaving, winding hose length. They can be used for a wide range of industrial applications from mine hydraulic support and engineering constructions to ships, agricultural machinery, machine tools. Suitable for transfer of hydraulic fluids such as glycol, mineral oils, dissolvable oils, fuel and lubrication oils, water base liquids, emulsion, hydrocarbons etc.
They are offered in different diameters and meet different working pressure and temperature requirements. Operating Temperatures: Oil: -40°C to +100°C, Air: -30°C to 50°C, Water Emulsion: up to +80°C and beyond depending on the selected product.

SAE100 R2 steel wire reinforced hydraulic hoses are suitable for petroleum based hydraulic oils due to their oil resistant tubes. Their structure includes: black and oil resistant synthetic rubber tube, two layers of high-tensile steel wires braid reinforcement and a black, oil, abrasion and weather proof synthetic rubber cover. They can convey the oils without producing excessive heat and leaks.Temperature Range: -40℉ to +250℉ (-40℃ to +121℃). SAE 100R2 AT hoses are mainly used for high pressure hydraulic systems in industry and agriculture (farm tractors, dump trucks,in-plant hydraulic equipment).
Steam Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA steam hoses are made from excellent heat-resistant rubber. The reinforcement is braided with copper facing wire. They can be used for conveying saturated steam and superheated water continually at a temperature below 150 ℃ or intermittently at a temperature below 160 ℃. Offered in different I.D./O.D. meeting working and burst pressure application requirements.
Air Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA air hoses are intended to transfer air to air tools (such as air sprayers) or compressor equipment in fueling stations and other applications.

Flexible Metal Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA stainless steel metal hoses consist of an outer braided layer wth one or multilayers and joints or flanges at both ends. They feature high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance (-196℃-+420℃), light weight,small volume, and good flexibility. Widely used in aviation spaceflight oil, chemical industry, metallurgy, power paper making, wood, textile, building, medicine, food. tobacco etc.
Water Suction Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA water suction hoses are used for light re medium water suction and discharge operations, including delivery of water and other neutral liquids at normal temperature in industry mining, agriculture, construction work, parks and home daily life.
Made from synthetic rubber tubes with a black cover from synthetic rubber, wrapped, spiral embossed layline and a spiral-piled fabrics and wire helix reinforcement.
Operating Temperatures: -32 °C to +82°C (-25 ℉ to +180 ℉)
Sand Blasting Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA sand blasting hoses can be used for conveying sand or other abrasive materials engineered for sand/shot blasting purposes in ordnance factories, steel furniture manufacturing workshops, heavy engineering industries etc.

Food Hoses
Food hoses of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product line are manufactured with hygienic grade nontoxic rubber compound. They are designed for multiple uses in breweries, for conveying wine, alcoholic liquors etc., dairy plants for carrying milk/dairy products and other food industries.
Construction:
Tube: Abrasion, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Cover: white or blue CR/BR.
Reinforcement: High tensile cord and high tensile steel wire helix.
Operating Temperatures: -20 °C to +80°C (-4℉ to +176 ℉).
Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA thermoplastic hydraulic hoses meet different SAE specifications.
SAE 100 R7 thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are ideal for medium pressure hydraulic systems, such as machine tool applications and lift equipment.
SAE 100 R8 thermoplastic nylon hoses are ideal for high pressure hydraulic systems, and suited for use in construction, agricultural, off-highway vehicle, and plant maintenance equipment.
Both SAE 100 R7 and SAE 100 R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality fluid resistant thermoplastic, the reinforcement from suitable synthetic fiber and the cover from high quality thermoplastic resistant to weather and hydraulic fluids for longer service life. Both have a working temperature range of -40 °C to +93 °C.
Both SAE 100 R7 and SAE 100 R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hoses are suitable for delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids.
The SAE 100 R14 hydraulic hoses with PTFE tube are suitable for delivering petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature of -54 °C to +204 °C. These hoses can be divided into two kinds according to the structure and material: type A and type B.
Type A is composed of tube and reinforcement. The tube is made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and the reinforcement is made from one layer of 303 XX stainless steel. Type B is almost similar to type A in structure. Like Type A it is composed of inner surface, tube made from PTFE and reinforcement made from one layer of 303 XX stainless steel but it has an inner surface which is electrically conductive used to prevent the electrostatic charge.
Rotary Drilling Hoses
Rotary drilling hoses of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product line come with multiple layers of high tensile steel wire reinforcement. They are offered in 5 grades according to the working pressure: grade A, grade B, grade C, grade D and grade E.
They are mainly used for conveying water-based or oil-based mud and other fluids in the working temperature range of -30 °C to +82 °C. Often used in oil fields, cement repairing, geological exploration and water conveyance for coal excavation. These hoses are composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Made from NBR, the tube is resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oils. The reinforcement is made from 2-8 layers of high tensile and high strength spiraled steel wire, ensuring that the hose has a solid structure and is resistant to high pressure. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, mainly chloroprene rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cut, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight. As a result of their construction the hose have a longer service life.
Nylon Resin Hoses
Nylon resin hoses are used in a wide range of applications because of their advantages. They are resistant to solvents, organic acids, alkalis and oils but also resistant to abrasion, corrosion and cracking. Additionally, they do not become brittle or swell, they are lightweight and can be bent freely. The AVIATIONEU NEW ERA nylon resin hoses are offered in three different types according to their structure: nylon pressure hoses, fiber reinforced nylon resin hoses and steel wire reinforced nylon resin hoses.
Nylon pressure hoses are resistant to abrasion and corrosion caused by chemical fluids. They are flexible and easy to install. These hoses feature a slippery inner surface, making water or other fluids flow smoothly, a steady size, resistance to deformation and very low permeability. They are composed of two parts: inner surface and outer wall. The inner surface is made from high quality resin and the outer wall is made from nylon.
Nylon pressure hoses can be used:
- to deliver air, water and chemical fluids.
- in irrigation control systems, textile mills, food industries, vehicles and the fuel delivery system of steamship.
- in vacuum and air conditioning system.

Inner diameter: 4 mm to 80 mm.
Wall thickness: 0.75 mm to 3 mm.
Fiber reinforced nylon resin hoses are resistant to abrasion, corrosion, chemical fluids and oils. Also resistant to high temperature and high pressure. They exhibit a long service life because of their excellent aging resistance. They are composed of three parts: inner surface, reinforcement and outer wall. The inner surface is made from resin to ensure the smooth flow of fluids. The reinforcement is made from high quality synthetic fiber, resulting in a solid structure of the hose. The cover is made from nylon of various colors, making the hose colorful.Fiber reinforced nylon resin hoses can be used:
- in vehicles, such as automobile pressure braking system, power steering system, brake pipe control system.
- in excavators, loaders and cranes, such as hydraulic transportation system and the hydraulic control system of engineering machinery.
- in liquid resin pipelines.
Steel wire reinforced nylon resin hoses are widely used in vehicles and engineering machinery. Also used for fluid transmission of hoisting and conveying machinery or as the high pressure spraying paint hoses and high pressure cleaning hoses due to their excellent high pressure resistance. Resistant to oils, heat and aging.
Silicone Hoses
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA heat resisting silicone hoses are made up of high quality raw material with extreme temperature resistance. Mainly used in special environments, such as high temperature or high pressure environments.
