100 Series

AVIATIONEU NEA ERA 100 Series of aviation headsets includes PNR model 100 (GA) with dual plugs for airplanes and 100 (H) with U174 plug for military/helicopter operations. They feature  23dB and 24dB  noise reduction ratings respectively. 100 Series PNR headsets are Low cost, entry level headsets, ideal for General Aviation pilots and flight schools. Their ANR counterparts (Models 100A (GA) & 100A (H) are offered with a 29dB noise reduction rating and without or with Bluetooth capability, indicated by the letters "BT" in the product reference number (SKU). The RAY ALLEN (RAC) RP4 LED position indicator is designed to be installed in the cockpit providing an indication of the servo output shaft position. This indicator supercedes and it is a direct replacement for previous RAC RP3. The RP4 indicator uses ten LED lights to show the position of a actuator output shaft (or position sensor arm). There are also two amber colored LED's, one on each end of the indicator scale, to act as a reference for the green indicator light, especially in dark conditions. The 10 LEDs are the brightest available for superior visibility in sunlight, but can be dimmed for night flight. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. 

The RAC RP4 position indicator is panel mounted using a faceplate and two countersunk, 2-56 x 7/16" screws (two spare finishing screws are included). The distance between the screw holes is identical to the older Ray Allen RP3 LED indicator. Although the faceplate dimensions are identical between the RP3 and RP4 indicators, the panel cutout size is slightly different between the RP3 and RP4. If you are replacing and older unit with a new RP4, you will only need to increase the size of your panel hole. The RP4 faceplate will cover the older RP3 panel hole.The RP4 faceplate measures 1.75"(45 mm) X .75"(19 mm) and it is 1.6"(41 mm) in depth. It is now the standard position indicator included in Ray Allen trim systems, or can be purchased separately for special applications such as a cowl or wing flap indicator.

The RP4 includes a RP4-L1 label (featuring Elev1, Elev2, Ail, Rudder, Flaps). A RP4-L2 label (featuring Cowl Flaps, < >, on/off) is also available and is sold separately.

SF’s Lift Detector is the foundation of SAFE FLIGHT’s Stall Warning systems. This was the first and still the industry standard for stall warning in light aircraft. It  consists of a small tab or vane which senses the change of the stagnation point on the wing and an alerting device used for stall warning. The  detector warns by light and horn of any danger of an approaching stall regardless of the flight maneuver. It comes in different variations complete with installation kit & instructions. 

SF’s SCc Angle of Attack (AoA) system meets FAA requirements by providing both flashing red LEDs and an unmistakable audio output to alert the pilot of increasing AoA and an impending stall. It consists of two key components, the Lift Transducer and the the Indexer Computer. Available for retro-fit. KANARDIA INDU Series round Airspeed Indicators are part of INDU diverse family of non-certified gauges for use in ultralight aeroplanes, autogyros and helicopters. They feature an LCD display with possibility to personalise the displays and scales. They are offered as standalone (master) IAS units with internal pressure sensors or as slave instruments. The slave version requires a master altimeter or some PFD like KANARDIA NESIS, EMSIS, AETOS or HORIS to be present on the CAN bus. 

KANARDIA INDU Series round altimeters are available for two standard panel hole diameters of 57 mm (2.25") and 80 mm (3.15"). As an option they can be ordered with an Outside Air Temperature (OAT) digital sensor at additional cost. When static pressure (altitude) is present on the CAN bus, OAT sensor enables also the TAS  as well.

The ICOM IC-A220 Series of VHF Air Band 760 COMM transceivers operating in 118-136.975MHz range are offered as non certified (IC-A220) or certified (IC-A220T) versions. The IC-A220  is a popular fit with experimental and light sport aircraft. The TSO/ETSO approved IC-A220T will work for all certified aircraft and it comes as a standard unit complete with install kit and mounting tray (IC-A220T), adapted unit IC-A220T-K with edge connector MBA-3 (*) fitted as a replacement for King KY96A/97A, KY196A/197A (**), Icom A200 or A210,and adapted unit IC-A220T-G with D-Sub connector MB113 as a replacement for Garmin SL40 (***). 

Production of  IC-A220T has been discontinued. IC-A220T transceivers have limited availability  in NEW or NEW SURPLUS condition from existing stocks and they are also offered as USED units.

Both IC-A220 and IC-A220T radios support  8.33 kHz and 25 kHz frequency spacings and feature OLED display, 20 memory channels and 20 history memory channels, "flip-flop" arrow button switches between main and stand-by channels, 8W output power, a built-in 2 station intercom, 12 or 24 volt compatibility and automatic squelch. They can be used for radio upgrades and replacecements of  KY96A/KY97A & SL40 radios.

The new OROLIA-KANNAD INTEGRA 406 GPS ELT is a major step forward in the development of ELT technology and aircraft safety. The analog and digital portable two-way radios (walkie talkies), manufactured by QUANZHOU YANTON ELECTRONICS CO., LTD., come in different models covering UHF or VHF and UHF frequency bands and different power outputs for communication over different distances. They have an ergonomic design and cover the needs of various operations. YANTON radios are approved by the Ministry of Information Industry in China and the European CE, RoHS and USA FCC certified/approved for use in other countries.

The ICOM IC-A210 Series of VHF 760 COMM transceivers operating in 118-136.975MHz range are offered as non certified radios. Featured with OLED displays,"flip-flop" arrow button switches between main and stand-by channels, GPS memory function, a built-in DC-DC converter accepting 12/24VDC power source, a built-in voice activated intercom allowing pilot-copilot communication via the headset and two types of rear-panel adapters included for streamlined plug-in connectivity, ICOM A210 series transceivers are a meaningful choice for radio upgrades and replacecements as they are interchangeable with IC-A200, KY96A/KY97A & SL40 radios. HONEYWELL BENDIX KING® Panel-Mounted KLN 35A VFR GPS & KLX 135A VFR GPS/COMM with moving map. These products are DISCONTINUED and NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN NEW CONDITION.

The KLN 35A VFR GPS receiver combines satellite derived GPS worldwide navigation system with moving map graphics, a high-visibility display and and a choice of customized Jeppesen Nav Data databases, including coverage for Americas, Atlantic and Pacific areas. The KLX 135A offers even greater capability, incorporating all the same GPS performance and features as the KLN 35A also integrating a TSO'd, 760-channel, very-high frequency (VHF) communications radio with its navigation functions.

Limited Availability exists in USED devices which can be furnished in Serviceable or Overhauled conditions indicated respectively by the letters "SV" and "OH" in the product reference numbers (SKU and  accompanied by the relevant certification (e.g. yellow tag, 8130-3 form). In addition, they may be offered as exchanges / trade-ins  for returned customer owned units indicated by the letter "EX" in the SKU.  In the case of an exchange/trade-in option of a customer unit, the  full selling price of the ordered unit is charged and the core credit is refunded or credited towards future orders when our co-operating supplier verifies that the unit is in a reasonable, repairable condition. It is recommended that this option is selected by our customers mainly for upgrades and only in cases when their units are functioning properly at the time removal from the aircraft. HONEYWELL BENDIX KING® Panel Mounted DME

BENDIX KING® Silver Crown Plus line of Panel Mounted 100 watt KN 62A and 50 watt KN 64 DME are self-contained, 200-channel systems, which can be channeled remotely through almost any NAV receiver or tuned directly with their own frequency selection knobs. United States Military Standard RG58 Coaxial Cables are flexible and lightweight coaxial cable with a solid 20 American Wire Gauge (AWG) conductor, a 50-ohm characteristic impedance and maximum voltage rating of 1,900 volts. They feature a low-density polyethylene dielectric insulation with a dielectric constant of 2.3 and a diameter of 0.116 inches (2.9mm), a tinned copper braided shield and a PVC jacket. The outside diameter of the cable is 0.195' (4.95 mm), which makes it suitable for indoor and vehicular use where size matters. It is best for signal frequencies up to 1GHz, where its attenuation is 14.5 decibels per 100 feet. Above that frequency, attenuation increases, and at 5GHz it is approximately 60 dB/100 ft. The PAI-700 TSO'd Vertical Card Compass is manufactured exclusively by Precision Aviation, Inc. This non-liquid (dry) type compass is magnet driven thus it is subject to lead and lag, however, these tendencies are greatly reduced due to the absence of pendulosity.  It is inherently stable due to the use of eddy current damping which is a natural phenomenon built into the basic design and as such has no overshoot. The PAI-700 has been designed to replace the float/liquid type compasses eliminating leaking fluid or backward azimuth readings. Available for Southern and Northern Hemisphere and different supply systems (5V, 14V and 28V). Precision Avionics Inc. also manufactures different compass brackets for overhead or glare shield mounting.

The Precision PAI-700  Vertical Card Compass consists of a 2" vertical rotating dial which is compared with a fixed miniature airplane (lubber line) to present the magnetic heading of the aircraft at all times. Heading information is more natural because the heading is read at the12 o'clock position and off the nose of the miniature aircraft. The compass card rotates and presents all quadrants in their true relation to line of flight. Requires no power (except for lighting) to operate.
