United States Military Standard RG58 Coaxial Cables are flexible and lightweight coaxial cable with a solid 20 American Wire Gauge (AWG) conductor, a 50-ohm characteristic impedance and maximum voltage rating of 1,900 volts. They feature a low-density polyethylene dielectric insulation with a dielectric constant of 2.3 and a diameter of 0.116 inches (2.9mm), a tinned copper braided shield and a PVC jacket. The outside diameter of the cable is 0.195' (4.95 mm), which makes it suitable for indoor and vehicular use where size matters. It is best for signal frequencies up to 1GHz, where its attenuation is 14.5 decibels per 100 feet. Above that frequency, attenuation increases, and at 5GHz it is approximately 60 dB/100 ft. RG58 coaxial cable supports 10Base2 Ethernet.
These cables come in different versions (types) corresponding to different conductors including RG58 (pure annealed copper conductor), RG58/U (single solid core copper conductor), RG58A/U (multi-core tinned copper conductor with generally low loss foamed insulation) or RG58C/U (multi-strand tin-plated copper conductor and polyethylene solid core). RG58 A/U Coaxial Cables with PVC jacket are ones most used in WiFi, Wireless LAN, GSM, and Monitoring and Control of Network Infrastructure Sites. Also they are standard cables for avionics installations in experimental (non-certified) aircraft.
The mil-spec coaxial specification version of RG58 is the M17/28-RG58 Coaxial Cables. These cables are like their standard RG58 counterparts except that they feature a stranded tinned copper conductor and the outer conductor is a 36 AWG tinned copper braid.
RG58 Coaxial Cables are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. Sourced from quality manufacturers they priced and sold by the foot or meters (depending on the manufacturer). They can be furnished in standard or cut to order lengths.
Connectors compatible with RG58 coaxial cables are also offered and include BNC bayonet connectors, Low-Profile screwed TNC connectors and screwed FME connectors.
(*) The letter "U" means indicates that the conductor of the cable is copper while letters "A", "B", "C" are used when the conductor is aluminum thin.

Connectors are used on electrical wiring harnesses and are essentially enclosures (i.e., shells) which house contacts with wires. The electrical connection into the system at the contact termination is either a soldered or crimped connection (the latter removable from the connector with the use of a special tool). The shell and insert may be moisture resistant or a hermetic seal. The inserts in each connector must be oriented for correct mating, and the shell or insert usually contains a keying feature to prevent miss-mating that could damage the connector or result in an electrical problem.
Connectors can be of a Plug (“male”) or Receptacle (“female”) type. Receptables are also termed as sockets or jacks. Plugs have prolonged connecting pins which fit into the mating sockets. Receptables have mounting features such as a flange with holes. Connectors used in aircraft are mostly those complying with Military Standards (MIL-STD) and Military Specifications (MIL-SPEC).
Different connectors, structured in series, are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines to provide cost-effective solutions for a variety of applications. Sourced by quality suppliers, they are available in plug or receptable types.
AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MIL Standard MS5015 series connectors meet MIL-C-5015 specification. Sigma-Tek 5000B Series Attitude Indicators (Artificial Horizons) are air-driven gyros that have a pictorial horizon mask and fixed airplane. The mask moves to indicate climb, dive, and bank. Bank and pitch attitudes are displayed so that the pilot’s sensing of the gyro indication is the same as the interpretation of the relation between the wings of the aircraft and the natural horizon during visual flight. These instruments are FAA certified (TSO-C4c), and can be used to replace the aircraft’s turn coordinator when equipped with an inclinometer. Different versions available mainly based on the layout, dispay colors, warning flag and lighting capabilities. Lighted indicators do not include lamp trays which are sold separately based on the aircraft voltage (14V or 28V).
WULTRAD INC. is a manufacturer of non-certified flight and engine instruments under FALCON GAUGE brand for experimental and homebuilt aircraft. Although their products are Non-TSO, they are made to TSO or MIL specifications for quality.
FALCON GAUGE Electrical Turn Coordinator is used for displaying the angular rate and sideslip of turning in horizontal flying and turning. The inclinometer indicates the slip angle of the aircraft while in a turn. A power failure flag drops into view whenever the voltage drops below a level for proper operation. The Turn Coordinator incorporates a built-in voltage regulator so it can be used with either 14VDC or 28VDC power system. It is compact in size and light weight eliminating radio interference.
This small, lightweight unlighted turn coordinator is excellent for homebuilt aircraft. Works for 14 Volt or 28 Volt systems. Features, power out warning flag with a 0° Panel. Fits Standard 3-1/8" Cut Out, 3-3/4" long.
The RAY ALLEN (RAC) RP4 LED position indicator is designed to be installed in the cockpit providing an indication of the servo output shaft position. This indicator supercedes and it is a direct replacement for previous RAC RP3. The RP4 indicator uses ten LED lights to show the position of a actuator output shaft (or position sensor arm). There are also two amber colored LED's, one on each end of the indicator scale, to act as a reference for the green indicator light, especially in dark conditions. The 10 LEDs are the brightest available for superior visibility in sunlight, but can be dimmed for night flight. It can be installed horizontally or vertically.
The RAC RP4 position indicator is panel mounted using a faceplate and two countersunk, 2-56 x 7/16" screws (two spare finishing screws are included). The distance between the screw holes is identical to the older Ray Allen RP3 LED indicator. Although the faceplate dimensions are identical between the RP3 and RP4 indicators, the panel cutout size is slightly different between the RP3 and RP4. If you are replacing and older unit with a new RP4, you will only need to increase the size of your panel hole. The RP4 faceplate will cover the older RP3 panel hole. The RP4 faceplate measures 1.75"(45 mm) X .75"(19 mm) and it is 1.6"(41 mm) in depth. It is now the standard position indicator included in Ray Allen trim systems, or can be purchased separately for special applications such as a cowl or wing flap indicator.
The RP4 includes a RP4-L1 label (featuring Elev1, Elev2, Ail, Rudder, Flaps). A RP4-L2 label (featuring Cowl Flaps, < >, on/off) is also available and is sold separately.
NOTE: Labels can only be ordered together with . In ordering these high quality labels please be advised that rocker switches and needle indicators require a large label, LED indicators use a small label. Can be only included in orders of respective RP4 position indicator(s) (not separately).

DYNON AVIONICS AOA/Pitot probes perform two functions: airspeed and angle of attack sensing. These functions require having two pressure ports on the tip of the probe. The normal pitot pressure port is on the front face of the probe and is designed to be insensitive to angle of attack. The second pressure port is located on an angled surface just under the pitot port and is designed to be very sensitive to AOA. They are under-wing mount, L-shaped probes which can be installed easily with simple plug-n-play integration with Dynon and Advanced Products.Their installation requires a mounting bracket sold separately. The pressure from each port is delivered via separate air lines to the instrument where they are compared to previously calibrated scenarios specific to the aircraft. Competitively priced, they are offered in Non-Heated and Heated versions. The Heated AOA Pitot includes a nichrome heating element that is regulated by a separate pitot heater controller unit supplied with the pitot. The controller actively monitors a temperature sensor embedded within the pitot head and regulates the power to maintain a constant temperature. This not only conserves energy but additionally prolongs the life of the heater. The controller also outputs a signal that can be wired to a warning light in the cockpit to warn the pilot anytime there is a malfunction or that the pitot is turned off.

The FAA TSO'd RCA26AK (14V) and 26BK (28V) series of electric attitude indicators (artificial horizons) by KELLY MFG (RC ALLEN) are known for their dependability and ruggedness. They incorporate tremendous advances in presentation, precision, and reliability. With a proven track record for dependability and ruggedness, the attractive new extended color schemes and ultra-precise spherical presentation (eliminating old parallax problems) they set a new standard for safety. These gyros provide a more accurate IFR reference for the beginning instrument pilot or a Cat II captain. A new three phase motor/inverter is designed into the gyro enabling it to operate at lower temperatures which extends to useful life. The instruments employ a new, high precision air erection system which provide erection torque for maintaining a proper vertical alignment reference. The erection air is supplied by a turbine pump which is integrally coupled with the gyro motor. Through maximum utilization of unitized construction the design is free of resonant frequencies below 100 HZ and thus cannot respond to low frequency disturbances which can cause dither and premature wear out of the unit. The display portion of the instruments has a directly coupled roll movement, and a pitch movement mechanism identical to that of the field proven vacuum gyros produced by R.C.Allen since 1966. A "pull to cage" spring type force limited mechanism assures immediate alignment and stability whenever power has been applied to the gyro, a feature non-existent on vacuum driven gyros. These artificial horizons have a hybrid inverter which converts the aircraft DC power to the required voltage and frequency for motor operation. All units have a pull cage knob and a power failure flag that drops into view whenever the supply voltage is lost or when the voltage has dropped below a level of acceptable for proper operation of the gyro. Slip indicator can be added to satisfy FAA AC91-75 upon request. Available in 14V or 28V voltage versions with fixed or movable pointer, lighted or unlighted, power failure flag, panel tilt and optional inclinometer. Mating connector MS3116E8-4S and panel screws are now included with each new instrument at no extra charge.
