FLIGHTCOM 403MC 4 Place...
The FLIGHTCOM 403MC is a 4-place panel mount, easy to use, voice-activated mono intercom with 3-position transmit capability designed to fit almost anywhere in the panel.
The GARMIN® GTR series COMM TSO'd panel mounted transceivers together with the GARMIN® GNC series NAV/COMM radios (please see separate presentation) are replacement products for the popular SL30 and SL40 models. They include new features to reduce pilot workload, while also offering an affordable solution to meet the requirements of the 8.33 kHz channel spacing European Union mandate under the Single European Sky (SES) initiative. They are more powerful than their SL-series predecessors with 10- or 16-Watt transmit power available versions. They are offered as units only or as kits with a 4ft harness to AUDIO Panel. If purchased with the 4ft harness, they can only be used in experimental aircraft.
The GARMIN® GTR series COMM TSO'd panel mounted transceivers together with the GARMIN® GNC series NAV/COMM radios (please see separate presentation) can be used as the replacement products for the popular SL30 and SL40 models.
The GARMIN® GTR series COMM transceivers and GNC series NAV/COMM radios include a breadth of new features to reduce pilot workload, while also offering an affordable solution to meet the requirements of the 8.33 kHz channel spacing mandate recently enacted by the European Union under the Single European Sky (SES) initiative. These products have truly reinvented the stand-alone aviation COMM radio with novel features like reverse database look-up and the COM monitor function, which bring new efficiencies to cockpit radio management. Beyond that, these products demonstrate Garmin’s commitment to aviators worldwide, providing the solutions they need to meet the latest regulatory requirements in their regions, such as the recent SES mandate which aims to enhance safety and efficiency of air transport in Europe by tripling the number of channels available for aircraft communications. This mandate requires all European aircraft using European airspace to be equipped with 8.33 kHz radios by December 31, 2017. Select GTR and GNC models offer both 25 kHz and the 8.33 kHz operational capabilities required to comply with the law.
The series offers a variety of original features never seen before in a stand-alone COMM radio. A unique frequency database makes it easy to find all the frequencies associated with a given airport or facility just by entering the location name or station ID. And when manually tuning a frequency, the reverse lookup function will automatically provide the navaid and/or airport identifier. Pilots can also find the nearest airport, area control center, flight service station, weather frequencies and VORs. All models also include a COM monitor function, which provides the utility of two receivers in one, allowing the pilot to listen to transmissions like ATIS without leaving the active ATC frequency, as one example.
The GTR and GNC series automatically store the 20 most recently called frequencies. Plus, the radios allow for storage of up to 15 favorite frequencies such as the pilot’s home airport or other frequently visited destinations. A familiar flip-flop feature allows channels to be entered in a standby window, and then activated with a press of a button. All models also include a built-in, voice activated two-place intercom making it a great solution for a two seat aircraft without an audio panel. A built-in timer can assist with approaches, holds and other assigned maneuvers.
The GTR series are more powerful than their SL-series predecessors with versions available with 10- or 16-watt transmit power.
The GNC NAV/COMM and GTR COMM series of radios are now even better with the addition of new, Night Vision Goggle (NVG) capable versions.

The PAI-700 TSO'd Vertical Card Compass is manufactured exclusively by Precision Aviation, Inc. This non-liquid (dry) type compass is magnet driven thus it is subject to lead and lag, however, these tendencies are greatly reduced due to the absence of pendulosity. It is inherently stable due to the use of eddy current damping which is a natural phenomenon built into the basic design and as such has no overshoot. The PAI-700 has been designed to replace the float/liquid type compasses eliminating leaking fluid or backward azimuth readings. Available for Southern and Northern Hemisphere and different supply systems (5V, 14V and 28V). Precision Avionics Inc. also manufactures different compass brackets for overhead or glare shield mounting.
The Precision PAI-700 Vertical Card Compass consists of a 2" vertical rotating dial which is compared with a fixed miniature airplane (lubber line) to present the magnetic heading of the aircraft at all times. Heading information is more natural because the heading is read at the12 o'clock position and off the nose of the miniature aircraft. The compass card rotates and presents all quadrants in their true relation to line of flight. Requires no power (except for lighting) to operate. Installed in many current production aircraft & helicopters. Size: 2-7/8"H x 2-3/8"W x 2-1/8"D. Wt. 0.6 lb. After installing compass must be compensated using standard compensation procedures. Also used in sailplanes.
Note: Compass deviation card is included. A mount, sold separately, is required for installation with the unit.
Electric 12V Fuel Quantity Sender 10-180 Ohm for Mitchell Fuel Quantity Gauge D1-211-5074. For 24V operation, order P/N PE-111-4074 Resistors for each instrument.
"AR" Series connectors from AMPHENOL are multi-purpose connectors used in aerospace, military and computer periphery applications. Designed per ARINC 404 specifications AR connectors utilize pin and socket contacts manufactured in conformance with MIL-C-39029. They meet or exceed the requirements of MIL-C-81659 and ARINC Specification 404.
These connectors are available in five shell styles with up to four insert cavities. Inserts in AR product line accommodate signal and power contacts in sizes 12, 16, 20 and 22. Coaxial contacts are available in sizes 5 and 9. Insert arrangements are available utilizing a single type contact or a combination of standard and coaxial contacts.

Sigma-Tek 5000B Series Attitude Indicators (Artificial Horizons) are air-driven gyros that have a pictorial horizon mask and fixed airplane. The mask moves to indicate climb, dive, and bank. Bank and pitch attitudes are displayed so that the pilot’s sensing of the gyro indication is the same as the interpretation of the relation between the wings of the aircraft and the natural horizon during visual flight. These instruments are FAA certified (TSO-C4c), and can be used to replace the aircraft’s turn coordinator when equipped with an inclinometer. Different versions available mainly based on the layout, dispay colors, warning flag and lighting capabilities. Lighted indicators do not include lamp trays which are sold separately based on the aircraft voltage (14V or 28V).
