The CHERRY® Nut-Plate family of fasteners offers an extensive range of head styles in a low cost, pull through style rivet. Rivet heads include the CCR/CCMR274, “Universal”, CCR/CCMR264, 100° Flush, and the CCR/CCMR244, 100° Reduced Flush head (NAS 1097). Sleeve materials include C1018 steel or A-286 CRES stainless steel. Single action installation tools are all that is required to complete this low cost fastening system. Solid shank rivets are relatively low-cost,  permanently installed fasteners used as structural parts in aircraft and other applications where reliability and safety consist a priority.  These rivets are produced in accordance with military and other international standards such as US Army-Navy (AN) standard and Mil-Spec (MS) that followed. AN426/MS20426 and AN470/MS20470 Series rivets are solid aluminum rivets with countersunk head or universal head respectively. Sourced from quality suppliers they are offered as part of our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are  available in different diameters and lengths and sold by the pound (lb). (*) The HI-LOK™ fasteners from HI-SHEAR CORPORATION, subsidiary of LISI AEROSPACE, are the second most used fasteners in aircraft structural assembly after the solid rivets MS20470 and MS20426. The HI-LOK™ fastener system includes a rivet pin (similar to a screw but with additional advantages) and a collar (similar to a nut).

ATI® TOOLS 106A series flush swivel type rivets are manufactured from S2 high-grade shock-resistant steel and machined in accordance with MIL-STD GGG-R-425. They feature protection with plastic coating to prevent damage during shipment and storage, blended radius between cup and chamfer with no sharp edges, which coin or mar skin, highly polished precision cup, free of machine marks and ridges and chamfered corners. Blind Rivets are multi-piece rivet assemblies, capable of being installed from one side of the workpiece.Traditionally, blind rivets were used on aircraft leading edges, trailing edges, and close out areas which are limited to access to one side of the structure.  Current blind rivet usage has expanded to many additional areas of the aircraft in an effort to decrease labor expense and to address the ergonomic issues of solid riveting.

CherryLOCK® ‘A’ Code “non-shift”, self-plugging blind rivets 

Single action, mechanically locked, wire-drawing fasteners providing excellent hole-fill and sheet take-up capability. They conform to the Procurement Specification NAS 1400 and Standards Pages NAS 1398 and NAS 1399.These rivets are offered in aluminum, monel and A-286 stainless steel materials in a wide variety of diameters and grip ranges. CherryLOCK® ‘A’ Code  "Wiredraw"  rivets are locked spindle flush fracturing structural rivets manufactured in 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16" and 1/4" diameters in 100° flush head and protruding head style configurations and offer grip ranges from .020 in the smaller diameters to 1.073 in the larger diameters. The 3/32" diameter rivet is available in A-286 only with grips ranging from .020 to .562. Rivets 1/8" diameter and larger have head markings to identify grip, material and manufacturer for ready inspection. The flush fracturing spindle eliminates the need for shaving and meets the flushness requirement of the NAS 1400 specification. These rivets are especially suited for sealing applications and joints requiring excellent sheet take-up and allow simple installation with a wide variety of Cherry® nonshifting and shifting tools. 

Both CherryLOCK® ‘A’ & Wiredraw Rivets rivets are designed to provide strong, reliable fastening solutions, but the choice between them may depend on specific application requirements, such as material compatibility, strength needs, and installation conditions. Bulbed CherryLOCK® locked spindle and flush fracturing structural rivets

They consist a complete shear fastening system.  Their features can be utilized for optimum strength and performance in both thick and thin sheets. They provide the highest possible design integrity, particularly in double dimple or thin backside sheet applications. CherryLOCK® hydroshift installation tool systems are required for installation. RAPCO produces quality FAA-PMA approved replacement organic and metallic brake linings for Cleveland and McCauley brake assemblies on most general aviation aircraft. Organic linings are actually made from a semi metallic mix. RAPCO combines brass, copper and Kevlar fibers with a high temperature binding compound to provide outstanding performance and long service life. Most RAPCO organic linings have a built in wear indicator, which reduces the risk of damage to the brake disc and helps to optimize lining life. RAPCO organic linings are available in boxes of 10 or in organic lining kits containing the proper number of linings and rivets necessary for replacement on Cleveland or McCauley brake assemblies. They are convenient to have on hand when the need for relining occurs. Metallic lining replacements for the Cleveland brake assemblies are made of sintered steel, a specially developed process that fuses metallic particles to a steel carrier plate. The MS21141 Series of blind fasteners are high srength pull type protruding head blind bolts (or otherwise termed as rivets) made of corrosion resisting steel (typically A286 stainless steel) with a 95 KSI shear strength. These fasteners are produced by different manufacturers and sold uder their respective brands and part numbers. Indicative examples include PCC CHERRY AEROSPACE CR7621 Series of Maxibolt® Blind Bolts or  HOWMET AEROSPACE Unimatic® UBP-EU Blind Bolt Fasteners. These blind bolts are offered in different nominal diameter sizes & corresponding grip ranges in inches, passivated or cadmium plated and with or without lubrication. They can be installed with the use of single action tools and they are supplied either as OEM part numbers of their respective manufacturer or MS21141 Standard part numbers under our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. ATS rivet length gauge measures -3, -4, -5 & -6 rivets. Used to check length of rivets BEFORE setting. Works with universal and flush head rivets.

POP® PRG510A/MCS510A series air rivet guns are strong, compact, and trouble-free pneumatic tools ideal for continuous high-production riveting.
