ATI® TOOLS 106A series flush swivel type rivets are manufactured from S2 high-grade shock-resistant steel and machined in accordance with MIL-STD GGG-R-425. They feature protection with plastic coating to prevent damage during shipment and storage, blended radius between cup and chamfer with no sharp edges, which coin or mar skin, highly polished precision cup, free of machine marks and ridges and chamfered corners. The CHERRY® Nut-Plate family of fasteners offers an extensive range of head styles in a low cost, pull through style rivet. MS20604 and MS20605 Standard pull-thru rivets are unique blind rivets typically used in nut plate applications. MS20604 and MS20605 series blind rivets are superseded by those of NASM20604 and NASM20605 respectively.They are both non structural blind rivets with universal head (MS20604) or 100 deg. flush head (MS20605). These rivets are ideal in circumstances with very limited clearance while allowing for a secure set on both sides of the application. The symmetrical insertion allows for access and installation on either side while retaining its blind rivet capacity of one-sided installation. NASM/MS 20604 rivets come with a Universal Head, allowing for ease of installation while retaining strength and security.

Shank diameter 0.401".  Different sizes are available serve specification requirements for face diameters and lengths.

Jo-Bolt is a trade name for an internally threaded three-piece rivet. A Jo-Bolt consists of three factory preassembled parts, a threaded steel alloy bolt, a threaded steel nut, and an expandable stainless steel sleeve. During installation the bolt is turned while the nut is held. This causes the sleeve to expand over the end of the nut, forming the blind head and clamping against the work. When driving is complete, a portion of the bolt breaks off. The high shear and tensile strength of the Jo-Bolt  fasteners makes them suitable for use in high-stress applications where some of the other blind fasteners would not be practical. Other advantages include their excellent resistance to vibration, weight saving, and fast installation by one person. Jo-Bolts are often encountered in the permanent structure of late model aircraft, in areas which are not often subjected to replacement or servicing. Manufactured to different aerospace standards such as NAS 1669, 1670, 1750, or 1751 they are offered as OEM parts of their respective producers or as respective Standard part numbers under our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines.

CHERRY® AEROSPACE MAXIBOLT® Blind Bolts (also termed as rivets) are multi-piece assemblies, capable of being installed from one side of the workpiece. Typically used in higher strength aircraft structural areas they are offered as Maxibolt®,  Maxibolt® Plus and Titanium Maxibolt® Blind Bolts. They can be installed with the use of CHERRY® tools for a most reliable installation performance.

CHERRY® Maxibolt® Blind Bolts are supplied in alloy steel and A-286 CRES materials. They conform to MS90353/MS90354, and MS21140/MS21141 Standards, meet MIL-F-81177 and MIL-F-8975 requirements, and are listed in QPL81177 and QPL8975. Shear strength for the steel version is 112 KSI and  95 KSI for the A286 CRES version.  CHERRY® Maxibolt® Plus Blind Bolts are available in -5, -6, and -8 diameters and stainless steel, and titanium materials. One tool and pulling head installs all three diameters. Creating a larger blind side footprint, they provide excellent performance in thin sheet and non-metallic applications. The flush breaking stem eliminates shaving while the extended grip range accommodates different application thicknesses. Economy models of gauges for shop rivet heads and rivet lengths are available from ATS.

ATS rivet head gauges are offered as a set of four gauges for -3, -4, -5, & -6 rivets. Each gauge measures MINIMUM height and MINIMUM diameter of shop heads AFTER setting. Works for measuring both universal head and flush rivets. Color coded anodized finish.

ATS rivet length gauge measures -3, -4, -5 & -6 rivets. Used to check length of rivets BEFORE setting. Works with universal and flush head rivets.

Countersinking is used to ensure that flat head screws or fasteners sit flush against the workpiece. Blind rivets (also commonly referred to as POP Rivets) are mainly used in applications where there is no access to the rear (blind side) of the joint. Rivets have a two-piece construction, the rivet body, shell, or hat and the stem or mandrel. Both the hat and mandrel are pre-assembled and ready to use. Rivets are installed by using a riveting tool to draw the mandrel which causes the body to deform and clamp down on the joint. Upon reaching the designed clamping force, the mandrel snaps and is discarded. They come in different materials, sizes, military or industrial standards, can be installed with the use of a riveting tool and cover a wide range of structural and non structural applications. A benefit of blind rivets is that they are not material specific and therefore they can be used to combine two different material types together. Furthermore, there is no way to over or under-torque a rivet. If the appropriate diameter and grip range are chosen correctly, the rivet will be installed perfectly every time.

Non structural break mandrel blind rivets are offered as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines. They are produced in accordance with the DIN 7337 Standard of the German Institute for Standardisation (Deutsches Institut für Normung, DIN) or respective replacing ISO Standards (ISO 15983 or ISO 15977 for protruding or flat/countersunk head rivets respectively). Structural screws are made of alloy steel, are properly heat treated, and can be used as structural bolts. Those commonly used in aircraft applications are manufactured to aerospace/military standards/specifications. They are offered as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines structured in different series based on the standard of their conformance. Some of the screws commonly used include NAS204 through NAS235 and AN509/AN525 series. 

MS24694 Series structural screws have a 100° countersunk Phillips head. They replace the respective AN509 series structural screws of materials and finishes. Minimum tensile strength for steel is 125,000 psi. They are fabricated from alloy steel and cadmium plated per specification QQ-P-416A, Type II, Class 3 or 300 Series Stainless Steel unplated designated by the letters "S" and "C" respectively in the product part number after MS24694 and before the size number.

RAPCO produces quality FAA-PMA approved replacement organic and metallic brake linings for Cleveland and McCauley brake assemblies on most general aviation aircraft. Organic linings are actually made from a semi metallic mix. RAPCO combines brass, copper and Kevlar fibers with a high temperature binding compound to provide outstanding performance and long service life. Most RAPCO organic linings have a built in wear indicator, which reduces the risk of damage to the brake disc and helps to optimize lining life. RAPCO organic linings are available in boxes of 10 or in organic lining kits containing the proper number of linings and rivets necessary for replacement on Cleveland or McCauley brake assemblies. They are convenient to have on hand when the need for relining occurs. Metallic lining replacements for the Cleveland brake assemblies are made of sintered steel, a specially developed process that fuses metallic particles to a steel carrier plate. RAPCO metallic linings offer long life and excellent braking performance.

Blind Rivets are multi-piece rivet assemblies, capable of being installed from one side of the workpiece.Traditionally, blind rivets were used on aircraft leading edges, trailing edges, and close out areas which are limited to access to one side of the structure.  Current blind rivet usage has expanded to many additional areas of the aircraft in an effort to decrease labor expense and to address the ergonomic issues of solid riveting.

The CherryMAX® locked spindle blind rivets by CHERRY® AEROSPACE are the most reliable, high strength structural fasteners with visual inspectability in the world today. They are also known as "bulbed" fasteners due to their large blind side bearing surface, developed during the installation process. They feature a a visibly inspectable  "Safe-lock" locking collar for more reliable joint integrity, and their own installation washers, which eliminate the problems resulting from worn tool anvils. CherryMAX® rivets are used in thin sheet applications and in materials that may be damaged by other types of blind rivets. They meet the requirements of PS-CMR-3000 and can be supplied in 1/8" through 1/4" diameters in both nominal (CR3212 and CR3213 Series) and 1/64" oversize diameters (CR3242 and CR3243 Series).

The MS21141 Series of blind fasteners are high srength pull type protruding head blind bolts (or otherwise termed as rivets) made of corrosion resisting steel (typically A286 stainless steel) with a 95 KSI shear strength. These fasteners are produced by different manufacturers and sold uder their respective brands and part numbers. Indicative examples include PCC CHERRY AEROSPACE CR7621 Series of Maxibolt® Blind Bolts or  HOWMET AEROSPACE Unimatic® UBP-EU Blind Bolt Fasteners. These blind bolts are offered in different nominal diameter sizes & corresponding grip ranges in inches, passivated or cadmium plated and with or without lubrication. They can be installed with the use of single action tools and they are supplied either as OEM part numbers of their respective manufacturer or MS21141 Standard part numbers under our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. In the case of OEM parts, these are listed separately. Sold in pieces or packs where the specified number of fasteners per pack is indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU). 

Depending on the selected size & stock conditions alternate part numbers of the same fastener may be supplied in lieu of the ordered, meeting or exceeding Standard specifications.
