Atlas Copco Roto Inject Fluid (RIF) NDURANCE is a mineral based oil specially formulated to protect GA-GX rotary screw compressors. RIF NDURANCE unique additive package enables its operation in harmony with all other components in the compressor.

RIF NDURANCE allows the compressor to operate in dusty and humid conditions and keeping the system deposit free. Protects the compressor against oxidation leading to a longer drain interval, up to 4 000h or 1 year when operatng in mild conditons.

Its tailor made viscosity (55mm²/s) together with specially designed an -wear additives provide the compressor with the right lubrication for rotors, bearings and gears for a wide spread of operating conditions, preventing metal-metal contact of critical parts.

Ensures that lubricant will keep its original properties after separation from water. It will also keep water out of the oil circuit, avoiding corrosion on the metal parts.

RIF NDURANCE  is offered in different containers with 5, 20, 209  and 1000 liters' capacity.

PPG AEROSPACE® P/S (Pro Seal) 870 Corrosion Inhibitive Sealants are two-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compounds.  They have a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250­°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275° (135°C). They act as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on the aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The cured sealant maintains elastomeric properties after limited exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas. Offered in A, B & C classes.

P/S 870 Class A uncured material is suitable for application by brush in thickness up to 25 mils. It cures at room temperatures to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. Supplied in two-part kits and Semco® cartridges.

P/S 870 Class B uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates. Available in two-part kits or Semkit® cartridges.

PPG AEROSPACE® Proseal P/S 890 Class A and B are aircraft integral fuel tank sealants. Proseal P/S 890 Class A is designed for brush and fay sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselge sealing applications. Proseal P/S 890 Class B  is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. The combination provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to resist deterioration and deposit formation in both the liquid and vapour phases, as well as excellent resistance to foaming The effective operating range of Mobil Jet Oil II is between -40 ºC (-40 ºF) and 204 ºC (400 ºF). EXXONMOBIL® AVIATION Mobil Jet Oil 254 is a third-generation oil formulated to deliver exceptional high-temperature thermal stability  (HTS), excellent resistance to coking and deposit control as well as exceptional oxidation and corrosion protection. It meets the demanding requirements of latest technology  aircraft-type gas turbines operating over a wide range of severe operating conditions.  When compared to a typical Type II lubricant, Mobil Jet Oil 254 reduces bulk oil oxidation by up to 50 percent and shows deposit control capability 50 F higher.  These properties have been confirmed in various laboratory tests including; the Corrosion-Oxidation Stability Test,  Alcor Deposition Test, Vapor Phase Coker, Erdco High-Temperature Bearing Test, Ryder Gear and the Mobil Thin Film Oxidation Test.The closely controlled low-temperature viscosity of Mobil Jet Oil 254, along with its low pour point (below -54 ºC), ensure good low-temperature fluidity to permit starting and lubrication at temperatures as low as -40 ºC.  In extensive laboratory testing and in-flight experience, Mobil Jet Oil 254 also exhibits excellent bulk oil stability at temperatures up to 232 ºC (450 ºF) for extended periods.  The evaporation rate at these temperatures is low enough to prevent excessive loss of volume.  The load-carrying ability of Mobil Jet Oil 254 comes from its synthetic base stock viscosity and, therefore, is not subject to loss from viscosity index additive shear.

EXXONMOBIL® MOBIL MOBILTEMP SHC™ Series Synthetic Antiwear Greases are primarily intended for high temperature applications. They combine the unique features of polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids with those of an organo-clay, non-soap thickener. The excellent resistance to thermal/oxidative degradation provided by the PAO base, coupled with the excellent high temperature structural stability and high dropping point of the clay thickener result in outstanding high temperature greases. The wax-free nature of the synthetic base fluid and its high viscosity index also provide superior low temperature lubrication as well as excellent film protection at high temperatures. They meet or exceed the requirements of DIN 51825:2004-06 - KP HC 1-2 K -50. There is no Military specification for these products.

Petroleum distillates include a range of products such as mineral oils, naphtha solvents, heavy fuel oils, waxes, benzenes and others used in many industrial and other applications. Naphtha Solvents are chemical product comprised of volatile and extremely flammable liquid hydrocarbons  derived from the refining of crude oil but can also be produced from natural gas condensates or petroleum distillates. Naphtha solvents are very strong and versatile, often used in hydrocarbon cracking, laundry soaps, and cleaning fluids among other applications. Those conforming to Mil-Spec TT-N-95 or its latest Rev. B (TT-N-95B) are aliphatic naphtha acrylic cleaning solvents available in Type I or Type II for use in organic coatings and as a cleaner for acrylic plastics. Usual packings include 1 USG cans, 5 USG pails or 55 USG drums.

AEROSHELL® 500 2nd Generation Synthetic Turbine Engine Oil from Shell Aviation is a 5 centistoke synthetic hindered ester oil incorporating additives to improve thermal and oxidational stability and also metal passivation. Developed essentially to meet the requirements of Pratt & Whitney 521 B Type II and MIL -L-23699 specifications, it is suitable for certain civil and military aero-engines requiring this class of lubricant but also approved for use in their industrial and marine derivatives which retain the essential design elements of their aviation versions. High Viscosity Index Synthetic Base Fluids used in AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 500 maintain viscosity and protect components more effectively under the high shear stresses that a turbine system places on lubricants. The outstanding high temperature and oxidation stability of AEROSHELL® Turbine Oil 500 is due to the natural properties of the synthetic hindered ester base fluids used. These fluids are clean running in that they tend to dissolve varnish and sludge rather than leave deposits on working surfaces.

NYCO NYCOLUBE® family of high performance mineral and synthetic lubricants are used for different aeronautical, defence and industrial applications such as engines, helicopter gear boxes, power-drive units for aircraft engines, on-board aeronautical instruments, equipment anti-seize and assembly, LRU (Line Replaceable Units), CLP (Cleaners, Lubricants and Preservatives) for the maintenance of weapons, gear boxes, power reduction gearboxes, air compressors or high-temperature chain oils.

NYCOLUBE® 30 is a petroleum lubricating oil with a minimum viscosity of 11 cSt at 40°C. It is inhibited against corrosion and has water-displacing properties. Can be used as a general purpose preservative oil for military equipment, primarily to protect weapons of all calibers from rust during storage.
