NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are light-weight, aircraft application clamps from 300-series stainless steel available with either a 1/4" round slotted screw or a 1/4" slotted hex-head screw. 

NAS1922/NAS1924 series clamps are included as part of our own branded (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They are available in different sizes (NAS1924 clamps are available in sizes 48 & above). Both screw styles can be supplied with optional lock wire hole for tamper resistance. MIL-DTL 6000D Soft Flexible Aircraft Fuel (*), Oil, Water & Alcohol Rubber Hoses (superseeding MIL-DTL-6000C hoses) are offered as part of our own labeled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines. They replace the respective MIL-DTL 6000C hoses.

These hoses are designed to handle oil, alcohol, coolant, and water.  The tube of these hoses is oil resistant with a black cover reinforced with high strength mildew resistant yarns. It withstands extreme temperature conditions from -40 deg. F to +250 deg. F.  Lightweight, flexible and easy-to-handle, they meet or exceed U.S. military specs and consist the right choice for hard-to-get-to spots in tight engine compartments. Their burst pressure is 1000 PSI (400 PSI for the hose with ID 2-1/2 in.). 

AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MIL-DTL 6000D hoses are available in different internal and outer diameters in inches. Priced and sold in feet in one foot increments. The last part of our product reference code (SKU) indicates the inner diameter of the hose in inches.

POLY-FLO tube is a flexible, economical thermoplastic tube fabricated from high molecular weight polyethylene for improved strength. The base resin has the greatest resistance to environmental stress cracking of all the regular polyethylenes. Used for instrument or pneumatic lines. Use Nylo-Seal fittings (259-N inserts are required), nylon or polyethylene hose fittings such as 0710-153. It meets A.S.T.M. D-1248-60T, Type 1, Class A, Grade 4 and Federal Specification LP- 590, Type 2, Grade 7. Color:- natural.

DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® FD45 Series quick disconnect couplings are  general purpose industrial interchange couplings offered in different sizes, materials, port  and multiple valved and non-valved configurations. They are replaced by EATON Hansen HK 1-8 Series couplings which set the industry standard for ISO B Couplings.

They feature a rugged PUSH-PULL design ball latch mechanism allowing quick and easy connection and disconnection of hose lines. Flared sleeve fittings are cylindrical metallic parts designed to be used on tubing to back up the flared end and provide a bearing surface for the coupling nut, thereby reducing wear on the tubing flare. The inside diameter of the flanged end is countersunk to form a seat for the flare when assembled to a mating fitting.

The AE701 hoses consist an upgraded version and a direct replacement for old 601 ones, widely used for aircraft fuel and oil lines where flexibility and light weight are prime considerations. They are made from specially formulated synthetic rubber  inner tube with two layers of stainless steel wire outer braid reinforcement.  Because of their lighter weight and lower operating pressure than type 303 hose, AE701 hoses are not recommended for hydraulic lines. The AE501 hoses are AE701 hoses overlaid with a blue braided chafeguard cover of tough polyester yarn. Both AE701 and  AE501 hoses meet MIL-H-83797, TSO C53a,Type A specification.

The AE401 series hoses are AE701 hoses with an integral cover of silicone rubber compound. They meet MIL-H-83797, TSO C53a,Type C specification.

Flared tube coupling nuts conforming SAE International standard AS5175 are used for a leak-free solution on aircraft and other applications replacing respective AN818 parts. Material Code Letters in the part numbers indicate the composition of the fitting (No code for Steel 1137 or 4130, "D" for Aluminum alloys (except 7075-T73), "J" for 304 Stainless Steel (CRES 304), "K" for 316 Stainless Steel (CRES 316), "T" for Titanium 64AI-4V or "W" for Aluminum 7075-T73. These nuts are designed to be used with AS5176 and MS20819 sleeves. The 2 digits after the series code indicate the tubing outer diameter (O.D.)  in inches.
