DANFOSS EATON AEROQUIP® AE246/AE446/AE546/AE846 Series Hoses are based on AE246 advanced technology designed, tested and proved high pressure 3000 psi PTFE hose with Hi-Pac®braid reinforcement containing densely packed small diameter wires braided over a minimum thickness Teflon tube. This reinforcement offers up to 50% lighter in weight while the wires absorb stress more uniformly resulting in a stronger wire braid with less metal. Available in different tubing sizes and internal diameters in inches. They meet or exceed AS1339 performance requirements.

The AE546 series hoses feature an integral braided polyester chafe guard (manufactured by braiding polyester yarn onto existing hose styles) while those of  AE246 series come with an integral silicone firesleeve. 

The AE446 and AE846 Series hoses are AE246 high pressure teflon hoses with an integral silicone asbestos free fire protection (sleeve), adhering directly onto the hose metal braid and end fittings to form a smooth, tight bond.

Common end fittings used with these hoses include CRES fittings of -3 to -12 thread size, flared (MS33656), flareless (MS33514) or BSP type offered in straight, 45 deg and 90 deg styles.

“Super Gem” Reusable Flared Fittings can also be used with these hoses. Nylaflow®, Nylon Tubing is a high-quality pressure tubing, available in several types. Nylaflow® tubes are tough and durable, offering low friction and high flexibility. Offered by different producers, Nylaflow® tubing is suitable for applications that require toughness, resilience, a small bend radius and high burst strength. Nylaflow® tubing offers superior burst strength compared to vinyl, ethylene, and urethane tubing and it is a high performance, long-lasting alternative to copper, rubber, aluminum and other types of plastic tubing. Its high burst rating makes it a common solution pneumatic and hydraulic lines. Nylon has excellent chemical resistance and can withstand exposure to relatively high concentrations of harsh chemicals at elevated temperatures. Its extremely smooth inner surface resists abrasion and wear and makes for a low coefficient of friction. It is often used in corrosive environments because of its excellent resistance to harsh chemicals. 

Nylaflow® tubing comes in different types.

Types T (Thin Wall) and H (Heavy Wall) are the most common Nylaflow general purpose tubing made from type 6/6 nylon. FDA compliant for use in food or beverage handling applications also meeting 3A sanitary standards. The High performance of this Nylon tubing makes it perfect for applications that require durability, resilience, a small bend radius, and high burst strength.

Type LM tubing is a premium high flex tubing available in two types: natural or black, which exhibits improved light stability. Type LM offers excellent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. Often used in automotive fuel lines, lubrication lines, air lines, and vacuum environments.

Type LP tubing is a low pressure, general purpose type 6 nylon tubing with carbon added for UV stability. 

Nylaflow® nylon tubing is available with custom markings, cut to length and custom packaging. It can be cut with a sharp knife and flared hot or cold. They are odorless, tasteless and noncorrosive.

Typical applications of Nylaflow® tubing include airlines, grease lines, vacuum lines, and hydraulic lines.

The EATON AEROQUIP FC300 are AQP elastomer hoses with a blue, abrasion-resistant fabric cover with single wire braid reinforcement over a synthetic rubber inner tube for longer life. The Parker Stratoflex’s Thread-Lok Quick Disconnect (QD) valved couplings provide a proven solution for fluid conveyance systems  for aerospace and derivative markets when envelope and weight are important and robust performance is critical. Their respective Thread-Lok Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Quick Disconnect (QD) couplings are intended for use with fluid conveyance systems providing a robust connection for ground service equipment to the aircraft flight systems. The Thread-Lok QD is used in a wide range of pressure and temperature applications.

They integrate a highly reliable and robust positive locking mechanism to ensure the performance needed in difficult aircraft system environments such as the engine nacelle, landing gear and brake systems, and other QD demanding installations . The EATON AEROQUIP AE102 Aerospace  Firesleeve was specially developed to meet the fire resistance requirements of FAA TSO C53a or TSO-C75. This firesleeve can be indentified by its orange colored outer surface.  It can be used for all fuel, oil, hydraulic, fire extinguisher & propeller feathering lines for "Fire-proof"(*)  hose lines functioning effectively within a continuous operating temperature range of -65F to +450F (-54C to +232C). It is denser and more tightly woven and has more fiberglass than most of the competition. Even the thickness of the protective silicone is better. Available in different internal diameters in inches. BAND-IT Junior® series smooth ID hose clamps come in a wide choice of widths, thicknesses and inside diameters in Imperial and Metric systems. They are made from different materials such as 201 austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel or Galvanized Carbon Steel (GCS). With their leak resistant design BAND-IT JS® clamps out-perform the other common clamping methods of hose sleeve clamping. They reduce the risk of leaks especially when used on thin walled hoses, ensuring that hose sleeving stays in place through the life of the sleeve.
