CONNTECT® produces and supplies combustion turbine fuel additives, compressor cleaners & wash systems and related products. CONNTECT® gas turbine compressor cleaners include CONNTECT® 5000, 6000, 7000 and CONNTECT® AF-100 anti-icing fluid for use with all CONNTECT® compressor cleaners. CONNTECT® 5000 - concentrated water based gas turbine compressor cleaner specifically designed to remove deposits commonly found on gas turbine compressor blades.

CONNTECT® 6000 - concentrated non-toxic high performance low foam water based gas turbine compressor cleaner with cleaning efficiency similar to solvent-based cleaners.

CONNTECT® 7000 - concentrated solvent-based gas turbine compressor cleaner. The combination of non-ionic surfactants, emulsifiers and organic solvents is specifically designed to remove deposits commonly found on gas turbine compressor blades including carbonaceous deposits, oil, grease and soot. It should not be used undiluted.

The ash free ingredients in CONNTECT® cleaners have been carefully selected to ensure that no incremental trace elements can contribute to corrosion of the hot section of the gas turbine, while they contain special inhibitors to ensure compatibility with aluminum, nickel, nickel-cadmium, stainless steel, titanium and common coatings including painted surfaces and elastomers. They can be generally mixed at 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water but the method of injection and total amount of cleaning solution required differs for ON LINE and OFF LINE cleaning.

CONNTECT® AF-100 is a superior quality, specially designed propylene glycol based gas turbine anti-icing fluid for use with all CONNTECT® compressor cleaners. It is non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. High purity, ash free product insuring no incremental contamination of the hot section of the turbine.  Depending upon the percentage of AF-100 used, the freezing temperature of the cleaning or rinsing solution can be reduced down to -22 deg. F (-30 deg. C). However, its viscosity increases significantly at cold temperatures should not be mixed with cleaner or water when the  product is very cold.

EXXONMOBIL® MOBIL™ AERO Series Aviation Hydraulic Fluids includes AERO HFA, HF, and HFS hydraulic fluids offered for aircraft systems where use of hydrocarbon hydraulic fluids is required. 

They are low viscosity, high VI (viscosity index) fluids with excellent low temperature properties, good anti-wear performance, and good chemical stability.

MOBIL™ AERO  HFA is a premium quality fluid that meets the requirements of the U.S. Military specification MIL-H-5606A (obsolete). It has a very high VI and is suitable for use at temperatures down to -54 ˚C (-65 ˚F). While this quality fluid is no longer used by the US Military, it is still used in some older, small private, and small commercial aircraft. It is also used in industrial and commercial equipment requiring good fluidity at very low temperatures, where MOBIL™ AERO  HFA provides long, trouble-free service over a wide range of

MOBIL™ AERO HF is a premium quality fluid that is approved against the most current version of U.S. Military specification MIL-PRF-5606. SOLIDUS INDUSTRIES ZOK 27 Gold Standard have been designed to meet the requirements of the OSPAR Convention for reduced environmental impact in sensitive marine environments, such as the North Sea. This scheme is administered by Cefas in the UK. They consist the perfect solution for maintaining peak performance of gas turbine compressors operating in ecologically sensitive environments. Regular on-line and off-line washing with ZOK 27 Gold Standard produces outstanding results: reducing fuel consumption, exhaust gas temperatures and emissions, while simultaneously increasing power recovery and the overall lifespan of engine components – all this while minimising  environmental footprint.

ZOK 27 and ZOK 27 Gold Standard  are available as CONENTRATED (CNCTR) and READY TO USE (RTU) product versions in different packing options, 12.5 liters (3.3 USG) cans, 25 liters (6.6 USG) cans, 210 liters (55 USG) drums and 1000 liters (264 USG) IBC containers.

ZOK 27 READY TO USE (RTU) versions are intended for users who do not have access to demineralised water. CONENTRATED (CNCTR) vesrions can be diluted 1 to 4 with water before use (20% solution). Demineralised water (<11μS/cm conductivity) should be used for hot/on-line cleaning. Good quality drinking water (<500μS/cm conductivity) may be used for cold/off-line cleaning.

The only cosmetic treatment system approved for use on Goodrich de-icers. As a secod step GOODRICH® AgeMaster #1 rubber preservative can be used  that replenishes the emollients destroyed by ozone and protects against weather. For use on neoprene de-icers only. GOODRICH® ShineMaster™ cosmetic coating can then be applied as the third step in your de-icer care process. ASG KUBER MIL-R-25134 B Paint Remover & Lacquer Solvent is a thickened, non phenolic aircraft paint stripper which meets the requirements of BOEING Document D6-17487 and MIL-PRF-25134 C. MIL-R-25134 B is a viscous liquid developed to remove multiple coats of paint. It clings to vertical as well as the underside of horizontal surfaces. MIL-R-25134 B can be applied as received by brushing or spraying. It is specially designed to remove lacquer and enamel coating finishes from metal surfaces of aircraft or other surfaces while it can also be used for stripping various types of paints such as varnish, zinc chromate primer, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.

Allow MIL-R-25134 B sufficient dwell time for thorough loosening or blistering of the paint. When paint is loose, thoroughly agitate all areas with a stiff bristle brush. The complete removal of the paint residues is accomplished with high pressure, high volume, cold water or with a steam cleaning machine. Normally one coat of MIL-R-25134 B is sufficient to remove more than one paint coating. Where multicoat systems have to be removed, it may be necessary to use more than one application of MIL-R-25134 B.

CHEMETALL ARDROX® 3140 Corrosion Preventative contains film forming agents, antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors in a refined hydrocarbon solvent base. Provides long term protection for raw materials, sub-assemblies and finished components, which are to be stored or used in corrosive environments. 

CHEMETALL ARDROX® 6367 Turbine Engine Cleaner is a liquid concentrate which consists of an aqueous blend of biodegradable surfactants and corrosion inhibitors formulated to clean the compressor sections of gas turbine engines. It is solvent free and removes deposits, oils and their oxidation products in the compressor area. Contains corrosion inhibitors providing protection against corrosion for up to 3 days during engine standstill times. Does not contain any EDTA, NTA or their salts. Regular cleaning with Ardrox® 6367 helps maintain peak engine efficiency and reduces maintenance and fuel cost. Ardrox® 6367 is compatible with recognized antifreeze materials used during cold weather cleaning. Approved for use in a range of turbine engines including CFM56 CP5060 , GE SPM 70-80-04, Ref. C04-140, P&W SPM 70-12-00, SPMC 87-10A, Rolls Royce CSS 260 and others. Offered in different packaging options including 25-liter pails and 55 USG drums.
