SHELL® extensive range of industrial lubricants including the company GTL (gas-toliquids) technology (*) oils highlight the difference between industry standards and industry-leading performance. Lubricating Oils
TURBO turbine oils (separately presented) combine rapid air release with excellent filterability to ensure best performance of turbines. Their anti-wear performance helps reduce the risk of turbine failure. Their excellent load-carrying capacity relates to reliable performance, even under severe, peak-load operation or cyclic peak-loading conditions. The fire-resistant performance effectively address fire hazards while selective additive combinations minimise deposits on parts like filters or bearings, reducing the likelihood of corrosion and wear.
CORENA compressor range of oils includes both dedicated rotary compressor as well as reciprocating compressor oils. Designed to promote system efficiency, these oils suppress foaming and release trapped air, helping to keep compressors working as intended. They prioritise oil life reducing maintenance costs over the long term. In addition, the CORENA range helps equipment to operate longer without interruption.
ARGINA & GADINIA power-generation engine oils are suitable for marine propulsion engines for small to mid-size vessels, marine auxiliary engines and stationary power generation applications. Designed to minimise deposit build-up and to keep engines clean.
OMALA industrial gear oils enhance system efficiency and productivity with effective lubrication, protection of gearbox components from wear and contamination and extension of oil drain intervals lowering associated maintenance costs. In addition, they increase load carrying capacity extending the life of components by protecting them, even in arduous low-speed, high-torque working conditions.
DIALA transformer oils extend the transformers' operational lifetime and oil drain intervals while providing their excellent protection under higher loads and across a wide range of operating temperatures. They eliminate the risk of oil-related copper corrosion from sulphur build-up with transformer oils that are effectively sulphur free and are offered in a product range to match specific needs.
MORLINA bearing & circulating oils protect vital components from wear, even in the most severe of conditions resulting in maximisation of equipment uptime and efficiency and productivity improvements across operations. Further benefits include excellent demulsibility, preventing rust and corrosion build up as well as lower friction and increased energy efficiency and sustainability (longer oil drain intervals, reduced packaging and carbon-neutral product characteristics).
RISELLA X process oils are high-quality technical white oils, based on gas to liquids (GTL) technology, that offer excellent performance in selected applications because unlike other oils, they are made from pure synthesis gas. This leads to final products with a distinct molecular structure providing extra purity and excellent performance in selected applications.
MYSELLA stationary gas engine oils have been formulated to reliably navigate low-oil consumption and high-temperature environments with Shell Mysella S7 N Ultra able to provide up to 4,000 hours ODI2. They reduce the likelihood of unexpected maintenance or part replacement, providing a reliable operation by sustaining planned maintenance intervals.To protect against high temperatures and pressures, Shell MYSELLA oils deliver superior deposit control – keeping ring belts, pistons and cylinder liners less susceptible to wear. Furthermore, they reduce the corrosion of engine components and lower sludge formation.
SPIRAX axle, gear and transmission oils improve energy efficiency and reduce the need for longer maintenance of construction, agriculture or mining vehicles increasing their utilisation.
TONNA range of slideways oils is especially designed to lubricate machine tool slides, tables and feed mechanisms. With excellent frictional properties, very good slideway adhesion and excellent anti-wear performance, they provide efficient machining accuracy and reliable protection for equipment.
Hydraulic Oils
TELLUS hydraulic oils have been formulated to help selection of the oil that delivers maximum support to user operations through enhanced wear protection, long oil life and high system efficiency.
They maximise the uptime of hydraulic systems with enhanced wear protection designed for the most severe operating conditions. They deliver effective power transmission while improving the energy efficiency of equipment. Coolants and Greases
COOLANTS have been designed to protect engines from overheating and protect the cooling systems from damage caused by corrosion, scaling and sediment build-up. They help to prevent damages of water pump and cylinder liners from cavitation, pitting and corrosion preventing loss of their efficiency. They also protect heat exchangers from damage caused by freezing, corrosion, scale and sediment, and provide effective heat transfer performance.
GADUS greases are a comprehensive family of greases designed to improve system efficiency, extend equipment service life and drive your productivity. Designed to offer protection across various applications and deliver optimum value to user operations, They help to protect equipment in challenging conditions and long-life applications, improve operational efficiency across applications and simplify operations with multipurpose greases. GADUS greases can be used n cement, mining and other heavy industries, in transport vehicles operating at peak performance across longer mileage through enhanced wear protection, long grease life and extreme-pressure additives, in onshore and offshore wind turbines as well as robotic arms. The e-grease, designed especially for electric vehicles provides excellent performance in noise reduction, controlled friction and wear protection.
