CONNTECT® produces and supplies combustion turbine fuel additives, compressor cleaners & wash systems and related products. CONNTECT® gas turbine compressor cleaners include CONNTECT® 5000, 6000, 7000 and CONNTECT® AF-100 anti-icing fluid for use with all CONNTECT® compressor cleaners. They are suitable for both ON LINE and OFF LINE use while ceaners can be injected directly into the compressor while the turbine is operating ON LINE extending periodic OFF LINE cleaning intervals and reducing average power loss. CONNTECT® 5000 - concentrated water based gas turbine compressor cleaner specifically designed to remove deposits commonly found on gas turbine compressor blades.

CONNTECT® 6000 - concentrated non-toxic high performance low foam water based gas turbine compressor cleaner with cleaning efficiency similar to solvent-based cleaners.

CONNTECT® 7000 - concentrated solvent-based gas turbine compressor cleaner. The combination of non-ionic surfactants, emulsifiers and organic solvents is specifically designed to remove deposits commonly found on gas turbine compressor blades including carbonaceous deposits, oil, grease and soot. It should not be used undiluted.

The ash free ingredients in CONNTECT® cleaners have been carefully selected to ensure that no incremental trace elements can contribute to corrosion of the hot section of the gas turbine, while they contain special inhibitors to ensure compatibility with aluminum, nickel, nickel-cadmium, stainless steel, titanium and common coatings including painted surfaces and elastomers. They can be generally mixed at 1 part cleaner to 4 parts water but the method of injection and total amount of cleaning solution required differs for ON LINE and OFF LINE cleaning.

CONNTECT® AF-100 is a superior quality, specially designed propylene glycol based gas turbine anti-icing fluid for use with all CONNTECT® compressor cleaners. It is non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. High purity, ash free product insuring no incremental contamination of the hot section of the turbine.  Depending upon the percentage of AF-100 used, the freezing temperature of the cleaning or rinsing solution can be reduced down to -22 deg. F (-30 deg. C). However, its viscosity increases significantly at cold temperatures should not be mixed with cleaner or water when the  product is very cold.

EXXONMOBIL® MOBIL™ AERO Series Aviation Hydraulic Fluids includes AERO HFA, HF, and HFS hydraulic fluids offered for aircraft systems where use of hydrocarbon hydraulic fluids is required. 

They are low viscosity, high VI (viscosity index) fluids with excellent low temperature properties, good anti-wear performance, and good chemical stability.

MOBIL™ AERO  HFA is a premium quality fluid that meets the requirements of the U.S. Military specification MIL-H-5606A (obsolete). It has a very high VI and is suitable for use at temperatures down to -54 ˚C (-65 ˚F). While this quality fluid is no longer used by the US Military, it is still used in some older, small private, and small commercial aircraft. It is also used in industrial and commercial equipment requiring good fluidity at very low temperatures, where MOBIL™ AERO  HFA provides long, trouble-free service over a wide range of

operating conditions.

MOBIL™ AERO HF is a premium quality fluid that is approved against the most current version of U.S. Military specification MIL-PRF-5606. It has physical properties very similar to MOBIL™ AERO HFA, and also meets “super-clean” requirements required by modern aircraft hydraulic systems. It is intended primarily for military aircraft. It is also used as a hydraulic fluid for small private and small commercial aircraft, and as a strut fluid in landing gear of large commercial aircraft. It is approved as a NATO Code Number H-515 fluid.

MOBIL™ AERO HFA and HF are composed of mineral oil base stocks and contain shear-stable VI improvers.

MOBIL™ AERO HFS is a synthetic polyalphaolefin lubricant that is approved against the most current version of U.S. Military specification MIL-PRF-83282. It does not contain a VI improver. It is designed for use at temperatures down to -40˚C (-40˚F). It provides better flammability and volatility, improved stability, but has a higher viscosity at low temperature than MOBIL™ AERO HF. It meets the “super-clean” requirements. It is intended primarily for US Military aircraft. It is approved as a NATO Code Number H-537 fluid.

Naphtha Solvents are chemical product comprised of volatile and extremely flammable liquid hydrocarbons  derived from the refining of crude oil but can also be produced from natural gas condensates or petroleum distillates. Naphtha solvents are very strong and versatile, often used in hydrocarbon cracking, laundry soaps, and cleaning fluids among other applications. Those conforming to Mil-Spec TT-N-95 or its latest Rev. B (TT-N-95B) are aliphatic naphtha acrylic cleaning solvents available in Type I or Type II for use in organic coatings and as a cleaner for acrylic plastics. Usual packings include 1 USG cans, 5 USG pails or 55 USG drums.

TOTALENERGIES (formerly TOTAL)  has developed a comprehensive range of Hydraulic Oils included in HYDRANSAFE product family. 

HYDRANSAFE HFA E3 and HFA S5 are intended for use in hydraulic systems in Aviation, Steel, Metalworking, Energy, Chemicals, Food processing, Textile, Automotive Manufacturing, Wood and Paper, Cement & Materials, & Mining sectors. Can be used on hot pressing machines and systems specially designed for low-viscosity aqueous fluids. Operating temperatures: +5 °C to +55 °C. HYDRANSAFE HFA E3 features an excellent stability overtime, good antiwear properties, excellent anti foam properties, good anti-corrosion, anti-rust properties even with a soft water, and good resistance to bacterial growth. HYDRANSAFE HFC-E 46 & HFC-E 68 are non flammable (fire resistant) & biodegradable  water based hydraulic fluids, boosted in antiwear and anti corrosion additives to match mineral based performances on pump tests and replace standard mineral oils with equal equipment protection. Both are intended for use in applications in Steel, Automotive Manufacturing, Mining, Aluminium, Construction Equipment and Mining industries. Designed to work on all kind of hydraulics pumps in various conditions, in mobile and stationary equipment. Ultimately biodegradable to facilitate usage in sensitive areas such as undergournd mining, agriculture, tunelling etc. they provide superior fire protection compared with standard HM or HFDU oils without compromising mechanical performances. They absorb water enabling usage in environments subject to high water contamination.

HYDRANSAFE HFDU 46, HFDU 68, and HFDU LC 168 Biodegradable hydraulic oils are recommended in the event of incidental leaks into the environment. They feature  considerable fire resistance, and exceptional lubricating properties which guarantee a substantial reduction in wear, and therefore a longer service life of the hydraulic components. They exhibit a high flash point and high spontaneous ignition temperature, low pour-point providing good performances at low temperature, very good anticorrosion properties enhanced service life, and a very high natural viscosity index guaranteeing a viscosity constantly adapted to the temperature range in which the fluid must be used. Operating temperature: -10 °C to +70 °C on a continuous basis, +120 °C at peak periods.

ASG KUBER MIL-R-25134 B Paint Remover & Lacquer Solvent is a thickened, non phenolic aircraft paint stripper which meets the requirements of BOEING Document D6-17487 and MIL-PRF-25134 C. MIL-R-25134 B is a viscous liquid developed to remove multiple coats of paint. It clings to vertical as well as the underside of horizontal surfaces. MIL-R-25134 B can be applied as received by brushing or spraying. It is specially designed to remove lacquer and enamel coating finishes from metal surfaces of aircraft or other surfaces while it can also be used for stripping various types of paints such as varnish, zinc chromate primer, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.

Allow MIL-R-25134 B sufficient dwell time for thorough loosening or blistering of the paint. When paint is loose, thoroughly agitate all areas with a stiff bristle brush. The complete removal of the paint residues is accomplished with high pressure, high volume, cold water or with a steam cleaning machine. Normally one coat of MIL-R-25134 B is sufficient to remove more than one paint coating. Where multicoat systems have to be removed, it may be necessary to use more than one application of MIL-R-25134 B.

Offered in 1 US gallon and 5 US gallon sizes. Filter Cleaning Kits are also offered containing 1 US gallon of AFS Oil, 1 gallon of AFS Cleaner/Degreaser, a 16-ounce bottle and spout for re-oiling, a cleaner/degreaser sprayer, and seamer pliers (2-inch and 6-inch).

Thermal fluids (aka thermal oils, thermic fluids, thermo fluids, heat transfer fluids, heat transfer oils, hot oils, thermic oils or thermo oils.) are specialized liquids used to transfer heat from one point to another in various industrial processes, including chemical processing, oil and gas refining, and power generation. Designed to operate at high temperatures they can provide efficient and reliable heat transfer, even under extreme conditions. Selecting the right transfer fluid depends on its thermal properties, which include its viscosity, heat capacity, the heating system it’s used in, and the application itself.  When dealing with complex applications that may have multiple heat transfer options and therefore specific calculations may be required. Factors such as the temperature and pressure requirements of the application, combined with the thermal properties of a fluid and the limitations of the heater need to be considered. There are different types of thermal fluids including water, glycol, organic (derived from petroleum) and synthetic (produced from advanced chemical processes) offered under respective brands of their producers such as Eastman (Therminol®/Marlotherm®), Dow Chemical (Dowtherm™), ExxonMobil (Mobiltherm™), and others.

Key properties of heat transfer fluids include thermal stability, low viscosity, high flash and fire points, and low toxicity helping to ensure safe and reliable operation of heat transfer systems. Their selection depends on various factors, including the operating temperature range, heat transfer efficiency requirements, system design, and safety considerations.

BURNDY® PENETROX™ is a family of oxide-preventing compounds (complexes) used for inhibiting oxidation or corrosion, producing poor initial contact resistance and for correcting electrical junction between metal parts such as conductors. All BURNDY® PENETROX™ complexes consist of homogeneously suspended metal particles that improve electrical conductivity and increase the integrity of the contact providing improved connections whether for copper or aluminum compression and bolted connectors. BURNDY® PENETROX™ product range includes:

PENETROX™ A, petroleum-based complex with equally suspended zinc particles. UL Listed to 600 volts and used for contacts such as aluminum to aluminum, aluminum to copper and aluminum conduit threads. It is not advised to use with rubber or thermoplastic insulated conductors.

PENETROX™ A-13, synthetic-based complexes with suspended zinc particles. Suitable for aluminum to aluminum, aluminum to copper contacts and aluminum conduit threads. It can be used with rubber or thermoplastic. Penetrox A-13 is UL Listed for all voltages.

PENETROX™ E, synthetic-based complex consisting of equally suspended copper particles. Used for copper to copper contacts, copper threads and all grounding applications. UL Listed. 

PENETROX™ HT, synthetic silicone based complexes with equally suspended zinc and nickel-aluminum combination particles. Used for aluminum to aluminum contacts. Penetrox HT is advised for use with high temperature ACSS and ACCC connectors. They are not UL Listed.
