RBC NICE 5000 Series bearings are similar in construction to those of 400 Series except that they have a flange on the outer ring to locate the bearing when pressed into a tube or housing, thus eliminating the need for an external mounting device. Designed for moderate loads and speeds (not exceeding 1200 rpm) where running accuracy and noise level requirements do not warrant the more expensive precision ground bearings. They feature a full ball complement without a retainer. The rings are case hardened and the soft steel band on the outer ring of the unitized assembly allows the bearing to be pressed into a housing without the necessity of close housing tolerances. The bearings are supplied pre-greased as a standard.

Manufactured to the highest standards, the Andair standard fuel selector range incorporates 1/4"(FS16), 3/8"(FS20) and the 1/2"(FS25) valves. These valves allow for multiple tank switching of one fuel line. Duplex fuel selectors are also offered by Andair (see separate product presentations). FS16, FS20 and FS25 series of fuel selectors are designed for safety, provide a precise and smooth feel in operation  and come in different types, ranging from Type 1 ON/OFF shut off valves to valves with multiple positions to ensure the right fuel tank selection. Can be supplied with different fittings. To prevent the pilot switching the wrong tank or turning the fuel off they feature  a large red lever with 'Fuel' engraved on it and a clearly labelled fascia plate to indicate which tank has been selected. It allows for a good solid detent at each tank position and also the button on top of the lever must be raised to switch the fuel off.

Designed for use with Light Sport and Ultralight aircraft, FS16 series 1/4" fuel selectors come in the following types:

Type 1 (FS16x1): simple 1/4” ON/OFF shut off valve with 90 degrees action between the two positions. On the FS16x1 there are two ports and either port can be used as the inlet or outlet.

Type 2 (FS16x2): Three way 1/4” fuel selector with positions LEFT-RIGHT-OFF and a 90 degree action between each tank selection. No lower fitting for use where there is little space behind the valve. 

Type 4 (FS16x4): Designed for high wing aircraft, it has four lever positions OFF - LEFT - BOTH – RIGHT with a 90 degree action between each position.On the FS16x4 there are 3 ports. The lower port is the outlet to the engine is 1/8 NPT Female. The inlet, side ports are 1/8 NPT Female and are at the 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions when looking at the valve with the brass ball spindle pointing upwards. At the 3 o'clock position there is a blanking plate that covers up a PTFE gland opposing the forces of the other 2 PTFE glands.

Type 2 and Type 4 valves do not allow cross feed between each tank when the selector is in the OFF position.

For a number of years CLEVELAND WHEELS & BRAKES offered standard organic & heavy-duty asbestos brake linings for their wheels and brakes. In January 1988 these two types of brake linings were discontinued and a single, improved brake lining was introduced with improved performance and durability compared to older linings. Different versions are available to fit aircraft models based on their year of construction. Brake linings are sold as pad only or as kits together the required number of rivets. An oil pressure sensor is a device used to measure the oil pressure on an engine. The term oil pressure sensor is often used to denote  at least two different and distinct types of sensor - an oil pressure switch and and oil pressure sender.

An oil pressure switch is an egine protection device. It is a mechanical device that has a switch inside. The oil pressure switch may be 1, 2, or 3 insulated terminals (pins). Traditionally most oil switches for protection close when they activate, to show low oil pressure. 

An oil pressure sender is a device that senses the oil pressure of an engine and transmits it to the engine or machine controller. It is used as a generator protection device, to display the oil pressure to a user or for logging and diagnostic purposes. Unlike an oil pressure switch, it can display a range of readings.

Oil pressure sensors are used aircrafts and offered either as parts from the respective OEMs or as replacement parts from third parties. They are alternatively termed as HOBBS switches.

SUPERIOR PANEL TECHNOLOGY (SPT) has developed a brighter, more uniform and longer lasting glare shield lighting system. The 18” x 1” glow strip electroluminescent lamps provide a beautiful fluorescent-like aviation green or a white light output. The SPRL fuel locking and non-locking caps have secure sealing and easy finger tip operation. These caps are made from the highest quality modern engineering plastics with Viton o ring seals (which can be easily replaced). The mounting rings are anodized aluminum with the flange recessed to give a perfect flush fit whether it is riveted under a metal skin, as in the RV series, or built into a composite structure. The PARKER HANNIFIN electronic plug amplifier VS 111 provides control for proportional pressure, directional, and throttle valves.

The plug amplifier may be mounted directly on the proportional solenoids and secured with a screw. The output of the amplifier supplies DC current for controlling one proportional solenoid.

This current is proportional to the command signal at the input of the amplifier. Through this, together with a proportional valve, an infinitely variable adjustment can be made to the pressure or flow.

The MS27643/AS27643 series airframe control bearings are offered by various manufacturers. They are  double row, ball, self-aligning, heavy duty bearings produced in accordance with AS7949 specification.

Depending on the manufacturer, rings and balls of these bearings are produced from premium quality AISI 52100 chrome steel or CRES 440C materials.  External surfaces (except bore, caps, and seals) are cadmium plated per AMS-QQ-P-416 or zinc nickel plated per OEM specifications.
