POLY-FLO® Polyethylene Tubing
POLY-FLO® tubes are flexible, economical thermoplastic tubes fabricated from high molecular weight polyethylene for improved strength. The base resin has the greatest resistance to environmental stress cracking of all the regular polyethylenes. Used for instrument or pneumatic lines. Offered by PARKER & other manufacturers in natural or different colors and sold by the foot.
PARKER Poly-Flo® Polyethylene (PE) Series, Industrial Grade tubing has been designed for pneumatic applications. These tubes are economical with limited stress crack resistance, and comply with ASTM D 1248 classification: Natural: Type 1, Class A, Category 3 Colors: Type 1, Class B, Category 3. NSF-51 listed (excludes black). Withstand more than 500 hours of Igepal solution. Their recommended operating temperature range for service at rated pressures with compatible fluids is -80°F (-62°C) to +175°F (+79°C). Pressure ratings are lower at elevated temperature. Not recommended for residential water systems. PARKER Poly-Flo® Polyethylene tubes match with PARKER TrueSeal™ & Fast & Tite® fittings. A tube support can be used with this tubing for maximum holding power where tensiling, vibration or pressure spikes may occur.
POLY-FLO® tubes from other manufacturers are also offered meeting A.S.T.M. D-1248-60T, Type 1, Class A, Grade 4 and Federal Specification LP- 590, Type 2, Grade 7. Supplied in natural color Matching Nylo-Seal nylon or polyethylene fittings can be used with these tubes.
NYLAFLOW®, Nylon Tubing (Separately listed)
Nylaflow®, Nylon tubes are high-quality pressure tubes available in different types: the most common T (Thin Wall) and H (Heavy Wall) general purpose tubing made from type 6/6 nylon, LM premium high flex tubing improved light stability, and LP low pressure, general purpose type 6 nylon tubing with carbon added for UV stability. Nylaflow® tubing is suitable for applications that require toughness, resilience, a small bend radius and high burst strength with T and H tubes mostly used in applications requiring durability, resilience, a small bend radius, and high burst strength. and LM tubes are often selected for automotive fuel lines, lubrication lines, air lines, and vacuum environments. Available with custom markings, cut to length and custom packaging.
