Solid shank rivets are relatively low-cost,  permanently installed fasteners used as structural parts in aircraft and other applications where reliability and safety consist a priority.  These rivets are produced in accordance with military and other international standards such as US Army-Navy (AN) standard and Mil-Spec (MS) that followed. AN426/MS20426 and AN470/MS20470 Series rivets are solid aluminum rivets with countersunk head or universal head respectively. Those of NAS 6203 through NAS 6220 series, superseding their NAS 11(xx) counterparts, are tension hexagon head high strength close tolerance short-thread alloy steel bolts with a minimum tensile strength of 160,000 psi and a minimum shear strength of 95,000 psi.

AL2024 is an aluminium alloy, with copper as the primary alloying element. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA heat treated aluminum rectangular bars from 2024 alloy are sourced from quality producers. They are offered in T3/T4/T6/T651 tempers for use in a range of aviation and industrial applications, consisting a cost effective solution when large quantities are demanded. They comply with ASTM specifications and they are available for cut to order in different dimensions and surface finishes. Unit of sale is 1 Ton (US or Metric as specified) with Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 1 Ton. Sea/sea-surface transport to customer destination can be provided. AVIATIONEU NEW ERA Hexagon Socket Head Screws are made of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel with a Black Oxide or Galvanized finish (depending on the P/N) and a strength class of 4.8 or other as specified by the letter "S" in the P/N. They are fully threaded, coarse type, and produced by certified manufacturers in accordance with DIN 7984 standard. They are offered in competitive prices in different diameters ("M" designated), indicating the screw's diameter in mm and lengths in mm. The thread pitch (the distance between threads measured along the length of the screw) expressed in mm is indicated by the "P" designation in the P/N. Sold in packs of 500, 250 or  50 pieces depending on the selected product. The number of pieces included in each pack is mentioned after "PK" designation.

15F Series - They can be installed to provide either push button or push panel operation. Easy installation of externally threaded nut-retained receptacle. Push-to-open, push-to-close operation.

50F Series - Mid-size fasteners with snap-in stud & clip-on or snap-in receptacles. Stud assemblies incorporate plastic washers to protect decorative surfaces. Offered in a wide variety of head styles  and tool- and hand-operated studs. Available for general purpose (50F 900N) or extra heavy-duty (50F 3700N) uses.

D4002 Series - Heavy-duty fasteners with a wide choice of receptacles and studs as well as fixed and floating receptacle options. These fasteners use a variety of grommets designed to reinforce the panel for added strength.

99F Series - Fasteners with an increased grip range of 1.5mm, encapsulated  splash resistant design, and externally threaded receptacles for use in castings or on panels with a retaining nut.

715F/716F Series - These fasteners are suitable for automatic installation with an easy and economic clip-on installation for studs & receptacles. They open and close by 1/4-turn push of the finger. Due to their small size, they are suited for use in electrical engineering and electronics. 715F Series comes with a tensile capability of 700 N max & 600 N working load. 716F Series has tensile capability of 1,400 N max and a 1,200 N working load.

717F Series - High strength push turn fasteners featuring a robust design, max tensile strength 3,000 N, and a working load of 2,500 N. The spring receptacles can either be rivet or screw mounted for easily installation.

PT-10 Series - Fasteners with increased grip range of 3.0mm, fast and easy installation of stud & washer and snap-in spring receptacle. They open and close by 1/4-turn push of the finger.

AL7050 (known as a commercial aerospace alloy) is a heat-treatable aluminium alloy with zinc as the main alloying element, combining high mechanical strength, good stress corrosion cracking resistance and toughness at subzero temperatures. Typical mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum in metric and imperial systems include a tensile strength of 515 MPa (74695 psi), a yield strength of 455 MPa (65992 psi) and a fatigue strength of 240 MPa (34809 psi). Particularly suitable for heavy plate aerospace and other commercial and military applications, such as fuselage frames, bulkheads, wing skins and aircraft structures.
