AEROSHELL® Fluid 31, synthetic hydrocarbon based aircraft hydraulic fluid with greatly improved fire resistance characteristics when compared with conventional petroleum products. Approved to MIL-PRF-83282D.

AEROSHELL® Fluid 41, mineral oil based  "super clean" hydraulic oil manufactured to a very high level of cleanliness and possesses improved fluid properties. It is suitable for use with brake and hydraulic systems with synthetic rubber seals.

AEROSHELL® Mineral Fluid 5M-A, highly refined, medium viscosity mineral oil with an extreme pressure additive and additives for good oxidation and corrosion protection. No longer produced. Limited availability till stock exhaustion. A possible alternative could be NYCO Nycolube 3525 meeting the same specification MIL-PRF-6086F.

AEROSHELL® Fluid 61, synthetic hydrocarbon base hydraulic fluid specifically inhibited to provide excellent oxidation stability for the oil. Approved to MIL-PRF-46170 Type I.

AEROSHELL® Fluid 602, synthetic hydrocarbon coolant fluid for aircraft electronics. No longer produced. Limited availability till stock exhaustion. Consider CASTROL® BRAYCO™ 889 meeting same specification MIL-PRF-87252E .

AEROSHELL® Fluid 71, preservative mineral hydraulic fluid of improved cleanliness. It is composed of a mineral base oil with an additive package which results in a product with excellent corrosion preventative properties as well as excellent oxidation stability, and good anti-wear characteristics.

INTERCONNECT SOLUTIONS COMPANY (ISC) is a manufacturer of cables, cable assemblies, harnesses, and control panels which are used in a wide range of applications in Commercial and Military Aircraft, Lifesaving Medical Devices, Weapon Systems, Inflight Entertainment and Power Systems. The company is a supplier of Boeing and Airbus for their commercial aircraft. 

UMETA Grease Nipples are offered in different types including hyraulic, ball, flush, bayonet, and button-head. Standard versions made of bright and passivated zinc-plated steel, stainless steel (V2A + V4A), or brass according to international product standards (e. g. DIN, ISO, SAE, BS, JIS). They are case-hardened according to DIN, zinc-plated and passivated. They are essential for maintenance and repairs and can be used for protection of the lubrication point against dirt and humidity and standardized connection to the grease gun. Different applications of UMETA grease nipples include bearings, hinges for machines, vehicles, industry, cardan and drive shafts, linear guides, hydraulic cylinders, drives, chains, axes and others. 

UMETA hydraulic grease nipples have a conical thread, the head diameter is 6.5 - 0.2 mm. Upon request, UMETA can manufacture grease nipples with different measurements, threads, thread types (for example, cylindrical thread), with other opening pressures.

Hydraulic connectors 515/G - 516/G are recommended as nozzles with  the use of plastic caps for protection and conservation.

ATTWOOD S3 Series Automatic Bilge Switch incorporates a proprietary Electronic Sensing technology to detect bilge water levels and trigger pump activation and has been engineered to operate in any bilge water mixture consistently without failure. Anchor nuts (aka nutplates or anchor plates) are terms used interchangeably and relate to stamped sheet metal fasteners with an internally threaded tube and a plate with two clearance holes for rivets. They are used in blind mounted panel applications in aerospace and other industrial sectors where hex nuts cannot be used or an attached nut is required for ease of maintenance. 

Anchor nuts can be Fixed or Floating, the latter being easier to use due to their built-in nut (threaded hole) able to "float" slightly thus providing a convenient connection point for threaded rods, such as bolts, from the backside. In the case of Fixed anchor nuts, the built-in nut is static (i.e. without the capability to “float”) and the threaded rod must be positioned perfectly over the hole. Self-locking anchor nuts are those with a built-in locking mechanism preventing them from loosening over time from vibrations. They are extensively used in aerospace, automotive, and construction industries.

Depending on their intended application, nutplates conform to different military, aerospace, ISO or other industrial standards such as the German DIN, U.S. (ASME & ASTM, IFI, ANSI), British BS, Japanese JIS and others. They are offered as OEM parts under their respective brands or under our own labelled (AVIATIONEU NEW ERA) product lines intended as cost-effective alternatives to the respective OEM products. Listed in accordance with their standard of compliance, Fixed and Floating nutplates come in different materials (such as steel or CRES & finishes),  in single/double lug configurations and Metric ISO οr Unified thread sizes. There is currently no U.S. Military Standard (MS) specification for Metric nutplates. Depending on the selected product and availability, nutplates can be supplied with a dry film lube specified by the letter "L" in the respective part number. Sourced from quality manufacturers, AVIATIONEU NEW ERA MS21078 series nutplates are fixed self-locking, two-lug nutplates with elastic insert and plain rivet holes.  Made from cadmium plated steel they are available in different Unified thread sizes and replace respective AN366F series nutplates.  Sold in pieces but also in packs where the specified number of nuts per pack is indicated after the letters "PK" in the product reference number (SKU). Stainless Steel alloy 13-8 PH (UNS S13800) is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel alloy featuring excellent strength, high hardness, superior toughness, and good corrosion resistance. Good transverse toughness properties are achieved by tight chemical composition control, low carbon content,and vacuum melting.

The chemical composition includes Chromium (Cr) 12.25-13.25%, Nickel (Ni) 7.5-8.5%, Molybdenum (Mo) 2.0-2.5%, Aluminum (Al) 0.90-1.35% as content weight with other metals covering the balance. This alloy is double melted in a Vacuum Induction Furnace followed by Consumable Electrode Vacuum Melt (VIM-VAR). In some cases, a second melting  by Electroslag Remelting (ESR) is implemented. It is weldable (inert gas shielding with Helium is preferred). Corrosion resistance is similar to 304 Stainless, with greatest resistance in the fully hardened conditions. Stainless Steel 13-8 PH comes in different shapes mostly in bars/rods, wires, forgings, rings and extrusions but also in sheets or plates.

Stainless steel 13-8 Mo is used in a range of applications including pins, valves, shafts, screws and bolts, missile components, fittings and fasteners, injection molding equipment, nuclear and petrochemical industry equipment as well as aircraft components such as engine, landing gear and structural sections.

Stainless Steel 13-8 PH grade round bars/rods are offered as part of AVIATIONEU NEW ERA product lines. Sourced by quality producers, these bars/rods are offered in Condition A (Annealed) and in different diameters in inches and pre cut lengths in inches or feet. KINGFISHER manufactures a wide range of grease fittings from both mild steel and stainless steel in different thread types. All Kingfisher mild steel hydraulic fittings are made of high quality steel and are case hardened to prevent wear. A surface ball check prevents entry of dirt. Fitting are zinc plated to withstand the corrosion tests demanded by the world standards. Springs are heat treated after coiling to ensure prolonged life. Kingfisher Kinglok® system allows assembly of angle hydraulic fittings using a unique leak-proof mechanical joint. The head is made with an annular groove in the plain portion. On assembly the head is forced into the body and metal is swaged info the groove. The Kinglok method of construction provides a very substantial mechanical joint with a leak-proof fit.

Kingfisher grease fittings are sold in pieces and convenient packs of specified number of pieces each. In the case of packs, the number of included pieces is indicated in the product reference number (SKU) after the letters "PK". Also offered in convenient Grease Fitting and Fitting Cap Kits.

Nylaflow®, Nylon Tubing is a high-quality pressure tubing, available in several types. Nylaflow® tubes are tough and durable, offering low friction and high flexibility. Offered by different producers, Nylaflow® tubing is suitable for applications that require toughness, resilience, a small bend radius and high burst strength. Nylaflow® tubing offers superior burst strength compared to vinyl, ethylene, and urethane tubing and it is a high performance, long-lasting alternative to copper, rubber, aluminum and other types of plastic tubing. Its high burst rating makes it a common solution pneumatic and hydraulic lines. Nylon has excellent chemical resistance and can withstand exposure to relatively high concentrations of harsh chemicals at elevated temperatures. Its extremely smooth inner surface resists abrasion and wear and makes for a low coefficient of friction. It is often used in corrosive environments because of its excellent resistance to harsh chemicals. 

Nylaflow® tubing comes in different types.

Types T (Thin Wall) and H (Heavy Wall) are the most common Nylaflow general purpose tubing made from type 6/6 nylon. FDA compliant for use in food or beverage handling applications also meeting 3A sanitary standards. The High performance of this Nylon tubing makes it perfect for applications that require durability, resilience, a small bend radius, and high burst strength.

Type LM tubing is a premium high flex tubing available in two types: natural or black, which exhibits improved light stability. Type LM offers excellent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. Often used in automotive fuel lines, lubrication lines, air lines, and vacuum environments.

Type LP tubing is a low pressure, general purpose type 6 nylon tubing with carbon added for UV stability. 

Nylaflow® nylon tubing is available with custom markings, cut to length and custom packaging. It can be cut with a sharp knife and flared hot or cold. They are odorless, tasteless and noncorrosive.

Typical applications of Nylaflow® tubing include airlines, grease lines, vacuum lines, and hydraulic lines.

Top quality shielded & jacketed single and multiple-conductor aircraft wires by ACS  conforming to MIL-C-27500 specification which replaces MIL-C-7078/3. They incorporate MIL-W-22759/18 basic wire and feature a Tefzel™ ETFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene resin) insulation, a shield of tin- plated copper braid and a jacket of Tefzel™. They are temperature rated to 150°C & voltage rated at 600 volts. Available in different gauge(*) sizes. Color: White. Sold in feet (in 10 ft increments) or rolls/spools of specified length in feet indicated after the letters "RL"in the product reference number (SKU).
