The RCA 22 Series of vacuum artificial horizon are controlled by air driven precision gyros to present the pilot with pitch and roll information. HONEYWELL BENDIX KING® KX 155A and KX 165A TSO'd Panel-Mounted NAVCOMM Transceivers update the concept of the combined navigation and communications radio for the 21st century. With such features as programmable comm channels, support for 8.33 kHz Comm tuning (KX 165A model only), GPS QuickTune, multiple operating modes, remote channel increment with flip-flop tuning & a built-in timer, they combine a sophisticated appearance with a number of advanced capabilities including:

Programming of up to 32 Comm channels in a non-volatile memory circuit for ready recall of regularly used frequencies.

Pre-selected frequencies stored in a non-volatile memory circuit.

When interfaced to the KLN 94 GPS, both the standby Comm and Nav frequencies can be selected and remotely tuned from the GPS database.

The KX155A (a KX155 upgrade) provides access to all 200 NAV and 760 COMM frequencies, along with its optional 40-channel glideslope. In addition to its standard use, it incorporates new features including a bearing-to-station mode and a radial-from-station mode, an internal Course Deviation Indicator (CDI) for use when the external CDI is being driven by a GPS receiver, and an elapsed-time and approach timer. The KX 155A system offers 10W minimum COMM transmitter power.

The KX-165A NAV/COMM replaces BENDIX KING® KX-155, KX-155A and KX-165 NAV/COMMs which are discontinued but are still available for outright sale or in exchange for returned customer owned units in USED Serviceable or Overhauled Conditions with FAA 8130-3 Form certification. The letters "SV","OH" and "EX" in the product reference numbers (SKU) indicate the condition/sale terms. 

Very similar to KX 155, the BENDIX KING® KX 165 NAV/COMM additionally incorporates an internal VOR/LOC Converter to directly drive the BENDIX KING®  KI 525A HSI (part of the KCS 55A Compass System). It can also display the current radial from the active VOR instead of the standby NAV frequency. Other features include 10 watts min transmitter power, easy-to-read, bright gas-discharge display, large, self-dimming, microprocessor- controlled gas discharge readouts and solid-state electronic tuning for fast, accurate selection of all 200 NAV and 760 COMM frequencies.

The KX 165A (-0201 model) NAV/COMM is a slide in 8.33 kHz replacement for its predecessors, the KX 155A which is discontinued and KX 165A 25 kHz NAV/COMMs (-0101 model). Completely redesigned, it features programmable Comm channels, support for 8.33kHz Comm tuning, GPS Quick-Tune, multiple operating modes, remote channel increment with flip-flop tuning and a built-in timer.

Mounting racks, connectors and manuals  for the installation of the NAV/COMMs are also offered.

The vertical speed indicator is a precision instrument which provides an accurate indication of rate of change of altitude. UNITED INSTRUMENTS TSO'd (TSO-C8b) 7000 Series vertical speed indicators (VSI) offer several configurations and have been selected as standard equipment by aircraft manufacturers worldwide for use in most production aircraft.. The GARMIN® GTR series COMM TSO'd panel mounted transceivers (please see separate presentation) together with the GARMIN® GNC series NAV/COMM radios are replacement products for the popular SL30 and SL40 models. The GARMIN® GNC series NAV/COMM radios are offered with either a 10 W (GNC 255A) or 16W (GNC 255B) COMM featuring a 25 kHz or 8.33 kHz spacing. Both come with a an internal VOR/LOC converter, a 40-channel glideslope (GS) receiver and include the rack, connector kit, and back plate. They are offered as units only or as kits with a 4ft harness to AUDIO Panel.  If purchased with the 4ft harness, they can only be used  in experimental aircraft.

The EDM 930 by JPI collects and displays engine data in a useful way. This EDM monitors engine temperatures and voltages, adjusts the fuel/air mixture, and diagnoses engine malfunctions. The EDM 930 display screen is arranged into three sections. The top left is the RPM and MAP section. The bottom left is the Scanner® section. And the right side is the Bar Graphs section. 

The RPM and MAP Display shows the RPM (Revolutions per Minute) and the MAP (Manifold Pressure).

The AVIASPORT indicators (gauges) are reliable, accurate and solid, combining the accumulated experience of more than twenty years with the latest technology  They have been designed for ROTAX engines and their display areas are divided into red, green and yellow zones in line with Rotax limits. They use a pointer that turns 240º or 320º, providing high resolution. AVIASPORT range of gauges includes CHT, EGT, tachometers, oil and fuel pressure, oil and coolant temperature, fuel level, voltmeters & ammeters and offered with casings of different sizes: 80mm; 57mm and 52mm.

The AVIASPORT fuel pressure gauges  have been designed especially to measure fuel pressure in Rotax® engines 912 and work both with 12V and 24V systems. Unlike mechanical gauges, the AVIASPORT ielectronic gauges use a high precision sensor to be installed close to the engine, preventing fuel lines in the cockpit. These gauges are sold without sending units or as kits with matching senders whenever specified.

Connectors are used on electrical wiring harnesses and are essentially enclosures (i.e., shells) which house contacts with wires. The electrical connection into the system at the contact termination is either a soldered or crimped connection (the latter removable from the connector with the use of a special tool). The shell and insert may be moisture resistant or a hermetic seal. The inserts in each connector must be oriented for correct mating, and the shell or insert usually contains a keying feature to prevent miss-mating that could damage the connector or result in an electrical problem. 

Connectors can be of a Plug (“male”) or Receptacle (“female”) type. Receptables are also termed as sockets or jacks. Plugs have prolonged connecting pins which fit into the mating sockets. The ADF 3502-() Receiver is designed for professional applications in the frequency range 190.0 kHz to 1799.5 kHz. The system is ideally suited for installations where minimum space is available. The small, lightweight control unit CU 5502 fits into a standard 2 ¼” (57mm) round instrument cutout and is only 2 ½” deep. The ADF Receiver can be installed at any convenient place in the aircraft. The RS 422 interface between CU and Rx reduces inter-wiring. The control unit CU 5502 offers a clear, high contrast, double line display, which is readable under all lighting conditions, even in bright sunlight. The frequency can be selected in 0.5 kHz/1kHz, 10 kHz/100 kHz steps by using variable speed frequency control. The pre-selection in the channel memory of the preset display allows instant switchover by pushing a “Flip-Flop” key to a new NDB en-route for indication of the cross bearing for a position fix relatively to a second NDB. The output of the receiver is compatible with indicator ID 3502 and the converter AC 5303/04 for RMI.

The ADF 3500 system features an extensive automatic self-test function. After switch-on, the microprocessor and the frequency synthesizer are thoroughly checked by a test subroutine. The remote receiver RA 3502-() unit can also be controlled by CDU of FMS systems.

UMA NON TSO'd Electronic Amp Meter Gauges (Ammeters) are available in different series for different measurement ranges and installation in different panel hole diameters. 1-1/4" series allow utilization of panel space without compromising readability. They can be powered from 14 or 28 volts. Signals are acquired from remote mounted sensors, processed and displayed on analog dials with easy to read markings. Each gauge uses rugged aircore meter movement for vibration resistance and repeatability. Each gauge can be placed in a 1-1/4” diameter hole and mounted behind the panel with (4) 6-32 screws. They can be cluster mounted as close as 11/2” centers. Also available as new manufacture electric with 2-1/4" dia. Other UMA series of electronic ammeters include 2-1/4" series with moving coil and 85° Sweep and 2-1/4" Dual Amp/ 0-30 volt meters with moving coil  and 85° sweep.
